Abstract

Prevalensi penyakit tidak menular yang cenderung tinggi berpotensi menimbulkan kejadian katastropik di Kota Jambi, sementara kemampuan masyarakat untuk membiayai pelayanan kesehatan cukup terbatas. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan yang mempengaruhi pola belanja kesehatan katastropik pada peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) mandiri di Kota Jambi. Studi dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui desain crosssectional. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket yang melibatkan 80 responden. Data dianalisis melalui uji chi-square dan uji regresi logistik berganda. Hasil studi bahwa pola belanja kesehatan masyarakat di Kota Jambi cenderung menimbulkan belanja katastropik sebesar 31.3%. Terdapat hubungan antara jenis kelamin, status pernikahan, pekerjaan, pendapatan, jumlah anggota keluarga, pemanfaatan JKN, status sakit, rawat inap dan rawat jalan dengan pola belanja katastropik. Determinan pendapatan, jumlah anggota keluarga dan status sakit menjadi pencetus paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi pola belanja kesehatan katastropik. Perlu memprioritaskan peserta JKN mandiri terutama kategori pendapatan rendah atau rentan miskin, sebagai sasaran utama program kesehatan preventif dan promotif yang mengacu pada pola hidup sehat yang dapat melindungi keluarga dari belanja katastropik.

Abstract

Komunikasi efektif merupakan kunci bagi perawat untuk mencapai keselamatan pasien berdasarkan standar keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit. Rumah sakit Raden Mattaher Provinsi Jambi merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang telah menerapkan program keselamatan pasien sejak tahun 2010. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi efektif dengan pelaksanaan budaya keselamatan pasien di RSUD Raden Mattaher Provinsi Jambi. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain Cross Sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Instrument pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan signifikan pelaksanaan budaya keselamatan pasien dengan komunikasi efektif nilai p=0,00 3,409 (95% CI= 1,796-6,471). dengan adanya komunikasi efektif dengan metode SBAR dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan budaya keselamatan pasien yang baik di rumah sakit.

Abstract

Many Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) both in the production sector and in the service business sector have been hit by various challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Among these challenges are a significant decline in turnover, a decrease in customers, difficult to obtain raw materials, and challenges to marketing activities due to government policies related to limiting public interaction and also implementing health protocols throughout Indonesia, including the tourist area of Tugu Keris Siginjai. Jambi City. Currently, MSME actors in the Tugu Keris Siginjai tourist area are faced with the era of a new order or what is known as the new normal. The current New Normal era provides opportunities and challenges for MSME actors to rebuild their businesses which had slumped during the pandemic. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing integrated marketing communications for SMEs in the Tugu Keris Siginjai Tourism Area, Jambi City in the new normal era. The researcher uses a qualitative research approach to explain the integrated marketing communication carried out by MSMEs in the new normal era which is described in the form of words and a comprehensive picture. From the results of this study it was found that the adaptation of the concept of integrated marketing communication in the new normal era by MSMEs in the Tugu Keris Siginjai tourist area in Jambi City includes elements of advertising, direct marketing, public relations and sales promotions that have not been maximally implemented, this is due to the limited budget for carrying out activities. Integrated marketing communication, especially in the current new normal era, so that not all components or elements of integrated marketing communication can be applied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the determinants of willingness to pay national health insurance contributions to independent participants in Jambi City. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional design. The population is all participants of the National Health Insurance (JKN) in 3 sub-districts (East Jambi District, Jambi Market and Jelutung) namely 42,592 participants. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between, income, perception of illness and ability to pay contributions with willingness to pay contributions, and there is no relationship between education and the number of family members with willingness to pay contributions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The decrease in the number of old patient visits in 2019 to 2020, namely patients who carry out reuse at the Jambi Kambang General Hospital. The decreasing number of old patients in several polyclinics and emergency rooms can be a symptom of a decrease in loyalty to Kambang Jambi General Hospital. This study aim to determine the relationship between the perception of the marketing mix and the loyalty of outpatients at Kambang Jambi General Hospital. This research was quantitative study used cross sectional desain. Sample was outpatients, totaling 105 patients, taken with purposive sampling technique. Data collected from July 2021 to March 2022, used questionnaires that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed by two-stages such as univariate and bivariate using chi-square test. There was correlation between the marketing mix and patient loyalty with the marketing mix of Place (p-value=0.017) PR=2.899, Promotion (p-value=0.000) PR=4526, People (p-value=0.000) PR=6.789, Process (p-value=0.001) PR=3.955, and Physical evidence ( p-value=0.009) PR=3.018. Meanwhile, product marketing mix (p-value=0.136), and price (p-value=0.371) unrelated to loyalty. The variables that have a correlation with the marketing mix are place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence, and those that do not have a correlation with the marketing mix are product and price. Thus, the hospital is expected to be able to improve the marketing mix of places, promotions, people, processes, and physical evidence tailored to the needs and desires of patients so that patient loyalty increases at Kambang Jambi General Hospital. Keywords : Patient, Perception, Marketing Mix, Loyalty  ABSTRAK Menurunnya jumlah kunjungan pasien lama pada tahun 2019 sampai 2020, yakni pasien yang melaksanakan pemanfaatan ulang di Rumah Sakit Umum Kambang Jambi. Jumlah pasien lama di beberapa poli dan juga instalasi gawat darurat (IGD) yang menurun sehingga mampu menjadi gejala adanya penurunan loyalitas bagi Rumah Sakit Umum Kambang Jambi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi bauran pemasaran dengan loyalitas pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Kambang Jambi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross sectional. Sampel penelitian yaitu pasien rawat jalan yang berjumlah 105 pasien. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2021 hingga Maret 2022, menggunakan kuesioner yang sudah di uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis dua tahap univariat dan bivariat dengan uji kai-kuadrat. Terdapat hubungan bauran pemasaran terhadap loyalitas pasien dengan bauran pemasaran Tempat (p-value=0.017) PR=2.899, Promosi (p-value=0.000) PR=4526, Orang (p-value=0.000) PR=6.789, Proses (p-value=0.001) PR=3.955, dan Bukti fisik (p-value=0.009) PR=3.018. Sedangkan yang tidak berhubungan yaitu bauran pemasaran Produk (p-value=0.136), dan Harga (p-value=0.371). Variabel yang memiliki korelasi dengan bauran pemasaran  adalah tempat, promosi, orang, proses, dan bukti fisik, dan yang tidak memiliki korelasi dengan bauran pemasaran adalah produk dan harga. Dengan demikian, rumah sakit diharapkan untuk dapat meningkatkan bauran pemasaran tempat, promosi, orang, proses, dan bukti fisik yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan pasien sehingga loyalitas pasien meningkat di Rumah Sakit Umum Kambang Jambi. Kata Kunci: Pasien, Persepsi, Bauran Pemasaran, Loyalitas

Abstract

ABSTRACT Performance is a function of encouragement and expertise for a person in carrying out an obligation and work in order to have a certain degree of ability and ability. Based on the Profile of Departement of Municipality Jambi in 2022, it is known that of the 12 types of health services in of Departement of Municipality Jambi, there are 8 health services whose performance has decreased. The research was quantitative research with a cross sectional study design. The sample in this study were 82 employees, selected purposive sampling who worket at  of Departement of Municipality Jambi. Data collected was on January 25 2022 until March 16 2022. The dependent variables are age, gender, education, years of service, position, vision and mision, goals, measure of success, satisfaction with rewards, satisfaction with superios, satisfaction with coworkers. Data analized 2 stages such, Univariat, Bivariat used pearson correlation. The was correlation between age (p = 0.001), vision and mission (r = 0.334, p = 0.002), goals (r = 0.277, p = 0.012) measure of success (r = 0.507, p = 0.000), satisfaction with rewards (r= 0.332, p=0.003), satisfaction with superiors (r=0.365, p=0.001), and satisfaction with co-workers (r=0.311, p0.004) with employee performance. There was correlaton, vision and mission, goals, measures of success, satisfaction with rewards, satisfaction with superiors, and satisfaction with co-workers with employee performance. It is hoped that the Health Departement of Municipality Jambi has supported factors in achieved indicators of success, superiors must be firm in gived warnings to employees, paid attention to employees salarie.    Keywords: Performance, Strategic Planning, Job Satisfaction, Employees  ABSTRAK Kinerja adalah suatu fungsi dari dorongan dan keahlian bagi seseorang dalam melaksanakan suatu kewajiban dan pekerjaan agar memiliki derajat kesanggupan dan kemampuan tertentu. Berdasarkan Profil Dinas Kesehatan Kota Jambi Tahun 2020 diketahui bahwa dari 12 jenis pelayanan kesehatan yang ada di Dinkes Kota Jambi, terdapat 8 pelayanan kesehatan yang capaian kinerjanya mengalami penurunan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Jumlah sampel adalah 82 pegawai yang bekerja di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Jambi, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling  Pengumpulan data pada 25 Januari 2022- 16 maret 2022. Variabel dependennya umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, masa kerja jabatan, vii misi, tujuan sasaran, ukuran keberhasilan, kepuasan terhadap imbalan,, kepuasan terhadap atasan, dan , kepuasan terhadap rekan kerja . Analisis data dilakukan dengan 2 tahap, analisis  Univariat, Analisis Bivariat yang terdiri dariUji Korelasi Pearson. Terdapat hubungan antara Visi misi (r=0,334, p=0,002), tujuan sasaran (r= 0,277, p=0,012)  ukuran keberhasilan (r=0,507, p= 0,000),  kepuasan terhadap imbalan (r= 0,332, p=0,003), kepuasan terhadap atasan (r=0,365, p=0,001), dan kepuasan terhadap rekan kerja (r=0,311, p-0,004) dengan kinerja pegawai. Ada hubungan visi misi, tujuan sasaran, ukuran keberhasilan, kepuasan terhadap imbalan, kepuasan terhadap atasan, dan kepuasan terhadap rekan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai. Diharapkan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Jambi memiliki faktor pendukung dalam mencapai ukuran keberhasilan, atasan tegas dalam memberikan peringan kepada pegawai, serta memperhatikan gaji pegawai.    Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Perencanaan Strategis, Kepuasan Kerja, Pegawai

Abstract

A brand that is widely known to the public is a very important asset for the company. Therefore, maintaining and increasing brand equity is a serious and challenging job, because what is faced is customer expectations. This study aims to describe consumer perceptions of the brand association of beverage products containing vitamin You-C 1000. This type of research is a descriptive survey method. The population of this study are consumers or buyers of vitamin You-C 1000 beverage products in Indomaret Broni, Jambi City. The sample was determined by accidental sampling technique, so 38 respondents were obtained in Indomaret Broni Jambi City from June 2022 to July 2022. Data collection techniques were by distributing questionnaires and literature studies. The data processing technique used is data processing with the help of SPSS version 26 software and using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that consumer perceptions of brand associations can be seen from several dimensions, namely: the dimension of assurance, the dimension of personal identification, the dimension of social identification, the dimension of status, the dimension of willingness to accept brand extension, and the dimension of willingness to recommend a brand. The findings of the analysis on all these dimensions state that consumer perceptions of the brand association of beverage products containing vitamin You-C 1000 in Indomaret Broni, Jambi City are perceived positively.

Abstract

The application of traditional learning methods has not shown a significant increase in learning outcomes in terms of critical thinking, scientific attitudes and communication skills. Students need innovative learning that can improve learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to measure the increase in student learning outcomes between before and after implementing the project-based learning model (PjB).This research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental design. The number of respondents was 36 students of the fifth semester of the Jambi University Public Health Sciences Study Program. The instrument used is an assessment sheet before (pre-test) and an assessment sheet after (post-test) the experiment. Measurement of improvement in learning outcomes includes aspects of critical thinking, scientific attitude and communication skills. Data collection was carried out twice in the pre-test and post-test. Data processing using statistical software. Data analysis was carried out through the univariate and bivariate analysis stages using the T test. The results showed that there were differences in student learning outcomes between before and after applying the project-based learning model (PjB) on aspects of communication skills, critical thinking and learning achievement. The application of project-based learning contributes to improving student learning outcomes who are able to think critically, have a scientific attitude and are skilled in communication. So it is recommended that every subject in higher education use this learning method which makes students actively involved in complex learning processes.

Abstract

Background: Contribution Assistance coverage for National Health Insurance Participants Participation among recipients is greater than that of non-participants, but the use of health services by National Health Insurance PBI participants in Indonesia remains relatively low. This study aims to determine in 2021 which factors influence the utilization of health services by National Health Insurance PBI group participants in Jambi City. Methods: This study is a quantitative cross-sectional investigation. The sample consisted of 106 random samples collected using the technique of accidental sampling. In this study, the independent variables were education, occupation, knowledge, attitudes, perceptions of health conditions, affordability, and information, while the dependent variable was health service utilization. Respondents filled out questionnaires to generate data. The data analysis consisted of univariate and bivariate (chi-square) tests. Result: This study's findings indicate that the majority of respondents, 61.3%, do not utilize health services. Knowledge (0.000), attitudes (0.003), perception of health conditions (0.012), and information are associated with the utilization of health services, according to this study's statistical analyses (0.000). In addition, there is no correlation between education (0.147), occupation (0.295), affordability (0.787), and the utilization of health services among National Health Insurance (JKN) PBI group participants. Conclusion: There is a correlation between knowledge, attitudes, perceptions of health conditions, and information and the utilization of health services by National Health Insurance for the PBI Group participants in Jambi City.

Abstract

The project-based learning (PjBL) model is understood to improve student's abilities in the learning process. The use of conventional learning methods is still dominant in the Jambi University Public Health Department. Student-centered learning innovation is needed through the application of project-based learning models. The purpose of this study was to identify differences in critical thinking skills and student communication skills between the application of project-based learning and conventional learning in the National and Regional Health Development System courses. The research was conducted at the Jambi University Public Health Science Study Program for semester V students with a total of 36 students. The research design was a quasi-experiment involving an experimental class and a control class. The instruments used were test sheets with indicators of measuring critical thinking skills and oral communication skills test sheets and report assessment sheets. Data collection was done twice with pre-test and post-test. Data processing used statistical software. Data analysis was carried out in stages using the T-test. The results showed that there were differences in the critical thinking skills (p=0,002) and communication skills (p=0,004) of students between the application of project-based learning and the application of conventional learning. There is an effect of project-based learning on students' critical thinking skills and communication skills in the National and Regional Health Development System course.Project-based learning is recommended to be applied to every course in various study programs in higher education, especially case-based study materials. The PjBL method provides opportunities for students to be directly involved in completing projects to solve problems that are examined so that it is expected to be able to increase students' thinking power to think critically and hone communication skills by being actively involved in a complex learning process.
