Abstract

Bisnis pengolahan kopi Sahabat adalah bisnis mengolah biji kopi menjadi kopi bubuk dan kopi durian. Bisnis pengolahan kopi Sahabat memiliki peluang bisnis yang menjanjikan dalam upaya meningkatkan nilai tambah dan keuntungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai tambah dan Cost Volume Profit termasuk Laba Bersih, Break Even Point, Profitabilitas dan Derajat Operating Laverage pada bisnis pengolahan kopi Sahabat. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis nilai tambah metode Hayami dan metode Cost Volume Profit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tambah diperoleh dari pengolahan biji kopi hingga kopi bubuk 250gr dan 1 kg 9,83% dan 12,46%, sedangkan kopi durian 200 gr dan 30 gr adalah 64,99% dan 35,57%. Hasil analisis volume keuntungan biaya menunjukkan bahwa laba bersih yang diperoleh usaha pengolahan kopi dari kopi bubuk 250 gr dan 1 kg adalah Rp.3.259.902 / bulan dan Rp.4.732.781 / bulan, sedangkan kopi durian 200 gr dan 30 gr adalah Rp. 4.853.798 / bulan dan Rp.1.722.111 / bulan. Titik impas kopi bubuk 250 gr dan 1 kg adalah 3,309 sachet / bulan dan 697 sachet / bulan, sedangkan titik impas kopi durian 200 gr dan 30 gr adalah 39 sachet / bulan dan 770 sachet / bulan. Profitabilitas kopi bubuk 250 gr dan 1 kg adalah 4,35% dan 6,01%, sedangkan kopi durian 42,69% dan 20,15% dan Degre of Operating Laverage kopi bubuk 250 gr dan 1 kg adalah 1,77 dan 1, 59, sedangkan kopi durian 200 gr dan 30 gr adalah 1,15 dan 1,69.

Abstract

The Sahabat coffee processing business that process coffee beans into ground coffee and durian coffee. The Sahabat coffee processing business has a promising business opportunities in an effort to increase value added and profits. This study aims to analyze the added value and Cost Volume Profit including Net Income, Break Even Point, Profitability and Degree of Operating Laverage in Sahabat coffee processing business. The method of analysis used is the value added analysis of Hayami method and Cost Volume Profit method. The results showed that the valueadded obtained from the processing of coffee beans to ground coffee 250gr and 1 kgis 9,83% and 12,46%, while durian coffee 200 gr and 30 gr is64,99% and 35,57%.The result of analysis cost profit volume shows that net income obtained by coffee processing business from ground coffee 250 gr and 1 kg is Rp.3.259.902/month and Rp.4.732.781/month, while durian coffee 200 gr and 30 gr is Rp.4.853.798/month and Rp.1.722.111/month.
