Abstract

Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat membentuk kemandirian, salah satunya yaitu lingkungan pendidikan yaitu sekolah berasrama. Sekolah berasrama merupakan sistem pendidikan yang menyediakan asrama untuk menjadi tempat tinggal siswa dengan melakukan berbagai kegiatan sehari-hari terpisah jauh dari keluarga. Tidak hanya aspek akademis, sekolah berasrama juga memberikan pemahaman dan melatih berbagai kemampuan yang bermanfaat untuk kehidupan siswa dengan aturan, sistem dan jadwal yang padat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji aspek-aspek apa saja dari lingkungan asrama yang berkontribusi dalam pengembangan kemandirian siswa serta bagaimana siswa merespons dan beradaptasi dengan kehidupan asrama. Melalui metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam kepada para alumni Asrama Bina Siswa SMA Plus Cisarua Kab. Bandung Barat mengenai bagaimana perubahan perilaku kemandirian pada siswa setelah masuk asrama, mengidentifikasi aspek lingkungan asrama dalam membentuk kemandirian siswa, penguat kemandirian pada siswa dan bagaimana siswa dalam beradaptasi terhadap kehidupan asrama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa lingkungan boarding school memiliki pengaruh akan perubahan perilaku terutama perilaku mandiri, baik kemandirian ekonomi, sosial, emosi dan intelektual. There are several factors that can form independence, one of which is the educational environment, namely boarding schools. Boarding schools are an educational system that provides dormitories to become a place for students to live by carrying out various daily activities away from their families. Not only the academic aspect, boarding schools also provide an understanding and practice of various skills that are beneficial for students' lives with rules, systems and tight schedules. This study aims to examine what aspects of the dormitory environment contribute to the development of student independence and how students respond and adapt to dormitory life. Through a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews with alumni of the Bina Siswa Dormitory of SMA Plus Cisarua, West Bandung Regency regarding how independence behaviour changes in students after entering the dormitory, identifying aspects of the dormitory environment in shaping student independence, strengthening independence in students and how students adapt to dormitory life. The results of the study show that the boarding school environment influences behaviour changes, especially independent behaviour, both economic, social, emotional and intellectual independence.

Abstract

Bullying is an act of violence and intimidation to scare others. Bullying has a significant impact on someone's psychological and social development. If it continues to happen, victims can experience negative effects physically, mentally, and even in their way of thinking. Therefore, it is essential for the community, especially the authorities, to prevent and address bullying to make victims feel safe. there was a social service activity at the Farhan Farouq Orphanage in Batam, where an anti-bullying workshop was held. The purpose of this activity was to teach the children at the orphanage to be more proactive in preventing and dealing with bullying around them. As a result, the children started to feel brave enough to speak up about the bullying they experienced and received proper solutions. Additionally, they learned ways to protect themselves and their friends from bullying. It is hoped that through this activity, the children can grow up in a safer and more supportive environment, and develop strong self-confidence to face a future challenges.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of housewives with upper secondary education in managing family finances in Aek Torop Barat Hamlet KM 6, Asam Jawa Village, South Labuhan Batu Regency. This research use desciptive qualitative approach . The research site is located in Aek Torop Barat Hamlet KM 6 Asam Jawa Village, South Labuhan Batu Regency. Research time from May 2023 to November 2023. Primary data on field activities directly through interviews, asking questions and answers to informants. For the data taken, there were 2 (two) housewives who met the criteria determined by the author from 80 housewives. who work, have a monthly income, and have a secondary education or above (Bachelor's degree). Techniques used by researchers in this research survey is in form interview ( Interview ) For make it easier in the research. Interview is a communication process or an interaction which aims to collect something information Which appear through ask answer between a researcher with an informant or research subject (if the subject is man). so researcher do analysis data with the aim of making the data that has been obtained easier to use understood. This analysis uses theories related to The topic of this discussion is an attempt to observe the role of housewives in managing household finances. The research results show that housewives play an important role in financial planning, financial decision making, savings and investment. They face challenges in the form of unexpected expenses and inflation. Education influences financial understanding. Educated housewives are able to manage finances more planned and invest For period long Housewife households strive to increase financial literacy, use digital financial applications, and participate in financial development programs to overcome challenges. Despite facing various challenges, educated housewives have a significant role in managing household finances. With the knowledge of household financial management, the implementation and impact on day-to-day life will enable her to better manage her expenses, save for educational needs and have a much better financial life.
