This study aims to describe the process of implementing ethnoguidance in an effort to develop the social and emotional aspects of early childhood at RA Baitul Ijjah Garut. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques are organizing data, creating categories, determining themes and patterns, finding alternative data explanations, and writing reports. The subjects of this study were 2 educators and 22 students consisting of 12 boys and 10 girls. The results of the study showed development in aspects of children's social and emotional development. Such as the ability to empathize and appreciate differences. In addition, ethnoguidance also contributes to the formation of positive children's characters and is rooted in local cultural values. This study provides empirical evidence regarding the effectiveness of ethnoguidance in supporting children's social and emotional development.
