Abstract

The quality of learning services is synthesized as an activity to achieve customer expectations standards in improving academic and non-academic services that create value and provide benefits systematically and have good service to continue to improve quality and needs that create satisfaction in the utilization of all the potential inherent in the resources owned optimally and demands the organization to be better, more competitive in achieving organizational goals and able to compete against the times. This study aims to explain 1) the infrastructure available at SMA Negeri 1 Ciampea Bogor. 2) the quality of learning services available at SMA Negeri 1 Ciampea Bogor. 3) the contribution of infrastructure management to the quality of learning services at SMA Negeri 1 Ciampea Bogor. This study involved 40 teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Ciampea Bogor, the sample was obtained by non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample. The research method used is a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale and the data analysis technique used was simple linear regression. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, the management of infrastructure has a positive and significant effect on the quality of learning services. This shows that the stronger the contribution of infrastructure management, the higher the quality of learning services produced by teachers. Therefore, to foster the quality of learning services, teachers are expected to pay more attention to the management of infrastructure in these school institutions.

Abstract

Education is something that is inherent in human life and is the hope for a world of education so that it can give birth to generations of quality, morality, innovation, creativity and ability to compete in the future. The birth of this quality generation must of course be supported by professional competence and supporting school facilities so if everything is fulfilled then a success in the quality of the learning process will be achieved. This study aims to determine the effect of professional competence and learning facilities on the quality of the learning process in public elementary school education units in Cibatok village. This research is a type of quantitative research with survey research methods to determine the effect of variables and to test several hypotheses. The data collection techniques in this study used non-test techniques, namely to obtain information or data needed by researchers. With primary data collection techniques and secondary data, for example, such as distributing questionnaire instruments. The results of this study state that professional competence and learning facilities have a significant effect on the quality of the learning process. This is evidenced by the probability value of Sig. obtained by 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the variables of professional competence (X1) and learning facilities (X2) together on the quality of the learning process (Y). So it can be interpreted that these two factors can improve the quality of the learning process.
