Abstract

The province of Aceh holds a special autonomy status, which allows Aceh to possess the jurisdiction to enforce the Islamic law specifically in the realm of the civil law, particularly in matters related to commerce. In Aceh, trading in commodities and financial services must adhere to the principles of the Islamic law, ensuring that only halal goods are involved. Using the Content Analysis Techique, this study adopts a combined approach of the national law and the Islamic law. The data was gathered by literature and document analysis, including an examination of legal statutes, scholarly publications, and relevant books pertaining to the topic being discussed. This study asserts that the trading of halal commodities and financial services are fundamental aspects of the Islamic law, a concept that is unfamiliar in legal frameworks rooted in the Western civil law systems. Consuming food that is not halal and engaging in usury are both forbidden under the Islamic law. Within the framework of sharia, commerce is not just confined to individuals, but can also be subject to public scrutiny if they contravene fiqh, so rendering them impermissible. In order to achieve this legislative objective, the Aceh Province established a regulatory framework in the form of the Aceh Qanun, in line with the authority granted by Article 125 of Law Number 11 of 2006. This model has facilitated the emergence of a trade system that is devoid of any forbidden aspects, and financial services that are free from the practice of charging excessive interest, in accordance with Sharia principles. As a result, it differs from the conventional practices of trading goods and services that are prevalent within Indonesia. It is important to highlight that both Pancasila and National law ensure the freedom of citizens' rights to practice the Islamic law, including engaging in halal trade of commodities and financial services.

A child, in accordance with the direction of Islam, is the basic foundation for the growth of the child in the next phase. The aim of the research is to provide an overview of moral education in social media for children. The methods used in this research is qualittative analysis. Research shows that early education plays an important role for children. A weak moral foundation will make children vulnerable to negative things. The presence of communication technology has had a positive impact on the lives of children in learning and socializing, but not the least negative impact it can have. Since childhood, children have been introduced to communication technology, both as a means of play, entertainment, learning and as a way of communicating with parents, peers, and older people. Islam guides the good in human life through the Quran and the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Good morals are a filter for children in the use of communication technology well. Children tend to imitate the many examples they see, so education plays an important role in providing knowledge, training, accustoming and facilitating good morals in the use of communication technology. It is not only the teacher who is responsible, but also the teacher and his parents.

Abstract

Morals are very important for every person, especially for every Muslim. The formation of morals through moral education needs to be given to every child by parents since childhood. Childhood is the most important period in educating children, so there are not a few children who are educated and not educated properly by their parents. This research explains the urgency of current behavior or morals that have deviated from existing teachings. Therefore, this research aims to find how to rebuild children's moral education, both from educational patterns from parents and educational institutions. This research uses a qualitative approach method, with data derived from secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out with documentation studies. Then, descriptive data analysis was carried out and finally conclusions were drawn. the importance of moral education for children, starting from the role of parents from an early age. Although schools and madrasahs have an important role in shaping character, collaboration with the family environment is often less than optimal. Parents are expected to remain the main pillar in shaping children's morals, although not all children get adequate moral education from their parents. Active collaboration between parents and teachers, especially in madrasah, is needed to instils the values of discipline and honesty in children. In the Islamic context, family education reinforces the importance of religious teachings in daily life. Suggestions to strengthen the role of madrasah as a formal institution that integrates Islamic religious education as a whole, increase collaboration with parents through open communication, and organize training for parents, are expected to increase the effectiveness of children's moral education holistically.
