Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in shaping the character and quality of a nation's human resources. This community service program addresses the challenges of numeracy literacy at SDN Kedungdoro V Surabaya and involves the implementation of the Edugame program as an effort to enhance students' interest and understanding of numeracy literacy. The program evaluation reveals several significant findings, indicating the need to improve students' understanding of numeracy literacy. Nevertheless, the program successfully increased student participation, strengthened collaboration within groups, and created an enjoyable learning atmosphere. The in-depth evaluation involves analyzing student involvement, numeracy literacy understanding, and the achievement of learning goals. Challenges in organizing students, the lack of parental attention, and students' difficulties in understanding numeracy literacy concepts are identified as obstacles in the community service process. The conclusion emphasizes that collaboration between educational institutions, students, and parents is key to strengthening numeracy literacy, with a commitment to continuously improve the program for optimal results.

Abstract

. his investigate points to assess the execution of open administrations in Asemrowo Area with a center on accomplishing great administration. Through subjective clear strategies, information is collected through interviews, documentation and observation. Evaluation of employee performance is carried out to ensure service quality meets established standards and achieves good governance. The research results show that public services in Asemrowo District are running well, supported by fast responses and the implementation of an online-based service system. Supporting factors include clear regulations and employee discipline, while inhibiting factors include low human resource competency and limited number of employees. Suggestions for improving public services include increasing awareness of performance evaluation, developing HR competencies, and increasing the number of employees as needed.

Abstract

Violence in children is a problem that often occurs in units of education. To solve this problem, the government made new policies, namely the Children's Friendly School policy. The policy aims to protect all the rights of children in Indonesia created by the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Child-Friendly School Program (SRA) at SDN Kedungdoro V Surabaya by focusing on the creation of a free school environment from physical violence and bullying. In the context of Indonesia's education, SRA implementation is considered important to ensure children's rights that are guaranteed and protected, and are protected from the discriminatory situation of violence and treatment. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with primary data from interviews and observation results. The results suggested that the SDN Kedungdoro V Surabaya had implemented SRA with reference to the Minister of PPPA Regulation Number 8 of 2014. However, obstacles arise regarding resources, especially in terms of financial resources and time. Although there is a positive increase in the behavior of teachers and students, the incidence of bullying is still happening. The results of this study indicate that resource variables still need improvement in their management. In the coordination variables between the implementing agency have been running well, but it is necessary to improve in terms of optimal time allocation. However, the SRA program in the school has had a positive impact on the school environment and student active participation.
