Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui studi kasus kantor Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Bojonegoro, Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh yakni sebanyak 52 pegawai. Penelitian ini dikategorikan kuantitatif. Teknik analis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Bojonegoro. Secara parsial Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan; Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan; Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Dan yang berpengaruh dominan adalah Motivasi kerja.

Abstract

The existence of street vendors at the Al-Akbar Mosque in Surabaya City who sell and buy their goods without complying with existing regulations can cause traffic jams for road users, those who are going to the hospital via the toll road or who have business via the toll road will have difficulties, because of the congestion. traders and buyers who park illegally. De to this incident, the Surabaya city government relocated the traders around the Al-Akbar Mosque to move to the Jambangan People's Market which is on the north side of the Al-Akbar Mosque. The purpose of this research is to provide a description and overview and also analyze the implementation of the Surabaya City Regional Regulation No. 9 of 2014 which discusses the provision of space for street vendors, not only to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors contained in the Regional Regulation policy. Surabaya City No. 9 of 2014. In this research, the method used is a research method by conducting observations, interviews and also documentation as evidence. The results of the research show that the implementation of the arrangement for street vendors is considered to be good but there are still inhibiting factors caused by the decline in the economic condition of the vendors after being relocated.

Abstract

. his investigate points to assess the execution of open administrations in Asemrowo Area with a center on accomplishing great administration. Through subjective clear strategies, information is collected through interviews, documentation and observation. Evaluation of employee performance is carried out to ensure service quality meets established standards and achieves good governance. The research results show that public services in Asemrowo District are running well, supported by fast responses and the implementation of an online-based service system. Supporting factors include clear regulations and employee discipline, while inhibiting factors include low human resource competency and limited number of employees. Suggestions for improving public services include increasing awareness of performance evaluation, developing HR competencies, and increasing the number of employees as needed.

Abstract

In an effort to improve the community's economy in Petemon Village, Sawahan Subdistrict, Surabaya City, this research analyzes the empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The results show that although programs to encourage MSMEs exist, their implementation is not optimal. One of the problems found is the lack of coordination between related agencies, the lack of training and capital distributed for MSMEs, and the lack of monitoring the growth of MSMEs. According to this study, although efforts have been made to support the applicable laws, the implementation of the program needs to be improved, especially in terms of fair distribution, effective socialization, and assistance that suits the needs of MSMEs.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas mengenai efektivitas pelayanan perizinan berusaha secara digitalisasi administrasi menggunakan sistem OSS-RBA, namun OSS-RBA masih terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang diadukan masyarakat berkaitan dengan hal pelayanan, kurangnya integrasi system, kompleksitas regulasi, keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, kurangnya kesadaran dan keterampilan pengguna, server sering maintenance, oleh karena itu, perlu adanya upaya kolaboratif antara pemerintah, pengusaha, dan stakeholder terkait untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala ini dan memastikan implementasi OSS dapat berjalan secara efektif dan memberikan manfaat bagi kemudahan berusaha dan investasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pelayanan perizinan melalui Sistem OSS-RBA di Kota Surabaya dinilai cukup efektif berdasarkan hasil temuan peneliti. Meskipun demikian, ketepatan sasaran perizinan belum optimal. Program sosialisasi dari Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Surabaya terhadap OSS-RBA juga belum mencapai standar maksimal. Kendala utama meliputi minimnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap sistem ini serta masalah stabilitas internet dan gangguan pada laman OSS-RBA. Pemerintah Kota Surabaya mengambil langkah-langkah seperti monitoring, evaluasi, peningkatan kompetensi SDM, dan kolaborasi untuk memperbaiki pelayanan perizinan dan meningkatkan sosialisasi melalui media publikasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the policies regarding the organization and empowerment of street vendors (PKL) in Pasar Larangan Sidoarjo. This research was conducted in the PD. Pasar Larangan Sidoarjo area using data collection methods such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The study employs a qualitative approach based on William N. Dunn's policy evaluation theory, which includes six indicators: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. The results indicate that the policy has not been fully maximized, especially in terms of infrastructure improvements such as drainage systems and main roads, which still require attention and enhancement. However, the policy has yielded positive outcomes in several aspects, such as improved cleanliness, aesthetics, and traffic flow in Pasar Larangan. Nonetheless, to achieve optimal effectiveness, adjustments and additional measures are needed to address critical infrastructure issues and ensure that the policy fully meets its established goals.

Abstract

The impact of a policy can occur outside the wishes of the policy formulator or commonly called unexpected impacts. PLTSA Benowo is the result of collaboration between the Surabaya City Government and PT Sumber Organik and is equipped with gasification power plant technology which is regulated in PERPRES No. 35 of 2018. This PLTSA policy is a form of handling the national waste problem, such as eliminating waste and providing socio-economic benefits in the vicinity. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe how the evaluation of the impact that occurred from the PLTSA development policy on the community of Sumberrejo Village, Pakal District, Surabaya City. The research method in this study uses descriptive qualitative methods, for data collection through observation, documentation, and observation. The results of this study show 3 indicators including Individual Impact shows the positive impact of PLTSa for the Community economically, while the negative impact shows that it is not disturbed from the remaining emissions from the waste combustion process released by PLTSa Benowo. Community Impact The positive impact shows that it affects the increase in the economy of the wider community of Sumberrejo Village, while the negative impact is that the community feels an increase in air pollution that disturbs the comfort of the community due to air pollution from PLTSa Benowo. Social System Impact The positive impact shows a change in the social system in the community because there is an increase in economic structure and a reduction in unemployment, while the negative impact shows there is an indication of social inequality such as feelings of envy from people who do not get economic benefits from PLTSa to people who get economic benefits from PLTSa Benowo.

Abstract

The service assistance carried out at the Sidoarjo Public Service Mall is one of the efforts to increase public participation in Sidoarjo city. With the presence of the August 17, 1945 University student internship program at the Public Service Mall, the community can be assisted by the services provided by various government agencies and use the best facilities and infrastructure in providing services. The service assistance carried out by the Public Service Mall has a positive impact on the community, making it easier to manage services both online and offline. This activity aims to provide an understanding to the community about the services provided by the government. The results of the analysis of internship activities carried out at the Public Service Mall provide understanding and service assistance guarantee top quality and class, as well as providing services by providing easy access for the community. Services provided include various offices, such as the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Office, the Population and Civil Registry Office, the Social Service, the Regional Tax Service Agency, and others.

Abstract

Government agencies such as BAPSD East Java are required to produce high employee performance. However, from performance assessment, BAPSD East Java performed Fairly. The aim of research to analyze the impact of Leadership and Competence on Employee Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction. This research was quantitative with the population of the Protocol Section of BAPSD East Java. The sample determination was through the Total Sampling technique so that the number of samples was 37 BAPSD East Java employees. The data collection technique was through a questionnaire with SEM PLS analysis. The results state Leadership and Competence had a significant impact on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. Job Satisfaction mediates the impact Leadership and Competence on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The Procurement Bureau of Goods/Services of the Regional Secretariat of East Java Province is still unable to provide optimal service due to several factors such as Knowledge, Skill and Responsibility. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of Knowledge, Skill and Responsibility on the Performance of East Java BPBJSD Employees. The study used an explanatory quantitative method. The sample population was 35 East Java BPBJSD Employees. Data collection was done through questionnaires. The analysis technique was through SPSS multiple linear regression. The results of the study proved that there was an influence of Knowledge, Skill and Responsibility on the Performance of East Java BPBJSD Employees partially and simultaneously.
