Abstract

The incidence of non-communicable diseases, especially diabetes mellitus (DM), continues to increase. This condition will have a negative impact on people's health status. Diabetes mellitus that persists for a long time will cause complications that can increase medical costs and reduce the quality of life of diabetes sufferers. There are risk factors that can be known to avoid DM. Health workers at Community Health Centers are expected to be role models in early detection of DM. The research was carried out from September to November 2023 to identify risk factors in health workers at the North Lampung Regional Health Center. The research design was descriptive, with 301 respondents consisting of 16 doctors, 109 nurses, and 176 midwives at 16 community health centers. The measuring tool uses the CANRISK questionnaire. Respondents were interviewed and measured/performed physical examinations related to risk factors for DM, including measuring height and weight, abdominal circumference, and instant blood glucose levels. The measurement results were processed in univariate analysis with the following results: The level of risk factors among health workers in the North Lampung Community Health Center who had high risk was 7 people (2.33%), moderate risk was 40 people (13.29%) and low risk was 254 people (84.39%). For this reason, health workers must change risk factors that can be modified, including BMI, waist circumference, physical activity, consumption of vegetables and fruit, blood pressure, and blood glucose.

Abstract

Filter is one of the spare parts playing an important role in maintaining the quality of aviation fuel. Filter replacement is increasingly being carried out when the frequency of aviation fuel distribution is higher. Therefore, it is necessary to control the filter level of inventory. This research aimed to design filter ordering schemes by Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and to reduce the inventory cost for filter in aircraft filling depot. This research was conducted in one of aircraft filling depot in Indonesia. The data regarding filter demand, lead time, ordering cost, and carrying cost were collected from the depot’s documents. Several steps were conducted to achieve the purposes of the research including classifying filter category by ABC method, calculating optimal order quantity, order frequency, safety stock, reorder point, and inventory cost. The inventory cost calculated by EOQ was then compared to the actual inventory cost incurred in the depot to determine the inventory cost reduction. The implementation of EOQ enabled the depot to reduce its inventory cost by Rp8.348.848,20 or there was a 73,22 percent inventory cost reduction.. The EOQ used in this research was adapted to the difficulties of the depot to predict the demand of filters. The probabilistic EOQ used in this research was expected to be the contribution from this research since this method tended to be used in the uncertainty condition. Based on this method, the safety stock was calculated as a way to reduce the uncertainty demand and the risk of filter shortage.

Abstract

Pertashop adalah inovasi usaha ritel BBM, LPG dan produk PT Pertamina (Persero) yang dikelola bersama sebagai bentuk sinergi antara Kementerian Dalam Negeri dan PT Pertamina (Persero) dalam memeratakan energi hingga ke pelosok negeri, Pertashop merupakan bagian program One Village One Outlet. Nota Kesepahaman antara PT Pertamina (Persero) Nomor 193/1536A/SJ dan Kementerian Dalam Negeri Nomor SD-06/C00000/2020 – SO tentang dukungan Pemerintah dan Masyarakat Desa dalam peningkatan dan pengembangan program Pertashop. Dari Perhitungan Saving Matrix didapatkan penghematan perhitungan Jarak Tree Logic dengan Jarak Saving Matrix. Penghematan jarak diperoleh dari selisih antara penghitungan jarak tree logic dan penghitungan jarak saving matrix, yaitu sebesar 3.771 Km. Penghematan Penghitungan Rute tree Logic sejumlah 21 Rute dan rute saving matrik sejumlah dua rute, yaitu sebesar 19 rute penghematan. Perhitungan penggunaan bahan bakar minyak mobil tangki yang diperoleh dari selisih perhitungan tree logic dengan perhitungan saving matrix adalah sebesar Rp 25.642.800. Dengan perhitungan saving matrix manajemen dapat melakukan upaya efisiensi atau penghematan jumlah mobil tangki yang beroperasi, jarak tempuh distribusi, penghematan rute dan penghematan bahan bakar minyak. Peneliti juga mengharapkan dengan adanya analisis data, penghematan dapat mengurangi emisi gas rumah kaca dan polusi udara, seiring dengan pengurangan pemakaian kendaraan operasional mobil tangki dan konsumsi bahan bakar kendaraan yang bertugas melakukan distribusi. Segenap upaya untuk menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan dalam rantai distribusi bahan bakar minyak perlu terus dilakukan oleh manajemen.
