Abstract

College students, as a dynamic group developing their identity, are often the first to adopt new habits and styles. Therefore, it is important to know how students assess halal products and to what extent students avoid banned products. This research aims to determine students' knowledge about halal literacy and preferences for boycotted products. The results of the research show that the majority of KH University students. A. Wahab Hasbullah understands halal literacy, students look at halal products before consuming them and the majority of students are in the category of rarely consuming products that are considered boycotted. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods.

Abstract

Teamwork is a fundamental factor in social, organizational, and educational life, because in essence humans are social creatures that require the interaction and involvement of other individuals to meet their needs and achieve life goals. In the context of work, teamwork can be defined as the result of coordinated individual efforts that are able to produce higher performance than if work is done individually, or as a group of individuals working collectively to achieve common goals that are easier to achieve through collaboration. The implementation of teamwork plays an important role in accelerating job completion, improving individual and organizational performance, and being able to prevent overlapping tasks through good synchronization. Through intensive interaction, teamwork can have a positive impact on the overall performance of the group and also improve individual abilities through the process of knowledge and experience transfer between employees. The dimension of teamwork includes active member contributions, interaction and communication, consistency in maintaining focus on goals, quality of work results, and relevance of team members' knowledge and skills. Therefore, the effectiveness of teamwork is seen as the most important competitive advantage in an organization, making it a major factor that influences the increase in work productivity.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini mengangkat topik utama analisis SWOT pada pembiayaan murabahah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di BMT NU Cabang Peterongan, Jombang. Potensi murabahah sangat besar karena merupakan produk unggulan yang mendominasi 60% pembiayaan syariah, memberikan solusi bagi nasabah yang ingin menghindari riba melalui transaksi jual beli yang transparan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan murabahah, mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal melalui analisis SWOT, serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan yang efektif guna meningkatkan pelayanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan fokus analisis SWOT. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan murabahah dilakukan melalui tujuh indikator utama, termasuk akad wakalah pra-murabahah dan transparansi margin. Faktor kekuatan utama meliputi kepatuhan syariah yang ketat dan dukungan komunitas NU, sedangkan kelemahannya adalah rendahnya literasi nasabah dan promosi yang terbatas. Peluang berasal dari pasar masyarakat menengah bawah, sementara ancamannya adalah persaingan fintech. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengukur dampak strategi terhadap kepuasan nasabah secara statistik dan membandingkan efektivitas murabahah dengan akad lainnya. Saran untuk BMT Peterongan yaitu mengintensifkan promosi digital edukatif, meningkatkan fasilitas fisik kantor, serta menerapkan konseling keuangan pra-akad wajib untuk memitigasi risiko pembiayaan bermasalah Kata Kunci: Analisis SWOT, Pelayanan,  Pembiayaan Murabahah.   Abstract This study focuses on a SWOT analysis of murabahah financing to improve service quality at BMT NU, Peterongan Branch, Jombang. Murabahah has significant potential as it is a leading product that dominates 60% of Islamic financing, providing a solution for customers seeking to avoid usury through transparent transactions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of murabahah, identify internal and external factors through SWOT analysis, and formulate effective development strategies to improve service. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with a focus on SWOT analysis. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of murabahah is carried out through seven main indicators, including the pre-murabahah wakalah contract and margin transparency. Key strengths include strict sharia compliance and support from the NU community, while weaknesses include low customer literacy and limited promotion. Opportunities come from the lower-middle class market, while the threat is fintech competition. Recommendations for further research include using a quantitative approach to statistically measure the impact of strategies on customer satisfaction and comparing the effectiveness of murabahah with other contracts. Suggestions for BMT Petrongan include intensifying educational digital promotions, improving physical office facilities, and implementing mandatory pre-contract financial counseling to mitigate the risk of problematic financing.
