Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to analyze drug supply control at Pharmacy A using the Always Better Control (ABC) method to determine drug procurement priorities based on usage and cost guidelines, making it easier to share data regarding relevant matters and budgets for decision-making and separate items that are small in quantity but have great value. Economic order quantity (EOQ) was used to estimate the inventory that will be used, the existence of safety stock, and the time to reorder inventory. Data on drug supplies, drug unit prices, and drug use from January to December 2021 were collected and analyzed using Microsoft Excel. Medicines are classified into three groups based on their investment value. The results showed that group A had the highest investment value (80%) with 41 types of drugs, group B had a medium investment value (15%) with 24 types of drugs, and group C had the lowest investment value (5%) with 19 types of drugs. Group A's EOQ value varies from 9 item to 3170 items. This research recommends that Pharmacy A use the ABC and EOQ methods in managing drug supplies to make it more efficient, effective, and economical. Abstract

Persediaan bahan baku sangat diperlukan untuk menjamin kelancaran proses produksi, dikarenakan sebagai sumber penting dalam menghasilkan produk untuk didistribusikan kepada konsumen. Gypsum merupakan salah satu bahan aditif dalam pembuatan semen. Gypsum berguna untuk menjaga waktu kekuatan semen saat dicampur air kecepatannya tidak terlalu cepat. Masalah yang sering terjadi seperti adanya kelebihan atau kekurangan persediaan sehingga penting dalam menentukan kebutuhan bahan baku yang optimum. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah menentukan nilai safety stock bahan baku gypsum. Metode yang digunakan teknik peramalan dan perhitungan safety stock. Adapun pola data yang diperoleh sebelum melakukan peramalan berdasarkan pemakaian gypsum tersebut adalah tren cenderung naik. Hasil perhitungan peramalan dengan membandingkan dua teknik peramalan yaitu weight moving average dan single exponensial smoothing. Dari perbandingan kedua teknik tersebut, teknik yang tepat digunakan adalah teknik single exponensial smoothing karena memiliki hasil yang paling kecil yaitu nilai MSE sebesar 26,625,700.56 dan MAD sebesar 4,107.55. Kemudian untuk persediaan pengaman (safety stock) bahan baku gypsum selama satu tahun berdasarkan hasil perhitungan sebesar 6,886.84 ton

Abstract

The objective of this study is to identify and examine potential risk factors that could disrupt the production process at the Makassar poultry slaughterhouse. In the monthly risk evaluation, RPA currently conducts monthly risk assessments without identifying the root causes of issues. By applying the Current Reality Tree (CRT) and House of Risk (HOR) methods, 28 risk events and 23 risk agents have been successfully identified. After calculations using the HOR model, 12 risk agents were selected, contributing 80% of the total cumulative Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) as priorities for handling. Thirteen action items have been ranked based on Expected Time to Danger (ETD) using HOR phase 2. As a recommendation, it is advised to implement the findings of this research and focus on departments relevant to the investigated risks. With an innovative and data-driven approach, it is expected that MPS can optimize its operations and enhance business sustainability in facing existing risk challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan pelayanan terhadap kepuasan petani ubi jalar yang bermitra dengan pabrik pengolahan PT. ABC di Kabupaten Gowa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Sampel diambil secara jenuh dari seluruh populasi petani mitra. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan petani, sementara pelayanan tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 62% menunjukkan bahwa harga dan pelayanan secara bersama-sama menjelaskan sebagian besar variasi kepuasan petani. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kebijakan penetapan harga yang adil untuk meningkatkan loyalitas dan keberlanjutan kemitraan antara petani dan pabrik pengolahan.
