Abstract

egiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat memiliki tujuan untuk memperluas wawasan pengetahuan dan meningkatkan keterampilan kepada anggota Bumdes tentang pentingnya proses pengemasan produk dan untuk mendampingi proses pengemasan produk olahan pangan yang dapat meningkatkan daya beli produk. Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17 Februari 2024 yang difokuskan pada peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat Bumdes Bps Desa Paccellekang, Kecamatan Pattallassang, Kabupaten Gowa. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan yaitu dengan memberikan pelatihan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu penyuluhan dan demostrasi langsung dengan memandu proses pembuatan desain kemasan yang kreatif dan menarik. Selain itu, melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap pemahaman peserta pelatihan  mengenai konsep pembuatan desain kemasan dan mengetahui kendala yang terjadi. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM yang telah dilaksanakan yaitu memberikan dampak positive terhadap Bumdes Bps Desa Paccellekang. Pada peserta pelatihan terjadi peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan terhadap jenis, fungsi, dan langkah-langkah dalam pembuatan kemasan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya hasil olah data kuesioner awal dan akhir dari 20 peserta pelatihan yang menandakan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan terhadap  persyaratan dalam proses pembuatan kemasan, serta mampu memahami langkah-langkah pembuatan kemasan untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to (1) determine the priority risk sources experienced by TIKI Makassar Branch due to the Covid-19 pandemic. (2) identify and design possible handling strategies so as to minimize operational risks experienced by TIKI Makassar Branch.This research was conducted at the TIKI Boulevard Makassar branch using the HOR ( House of Risk ) method approach to find out the priority risk sources based on the ARP ( Aggregate Risk Potential) value and design a risk/mitigation management strategy by measuring the ETD k value ( Effectiveness To Difficulty Ratio ). from the highest to the lowest value. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the highest priority risk sources that become problems and can disrupt the company's operations are human resources who are not careful, data errors from the previous process, package recipients who do not understand the rules, knowledge of the types of goods that are lacking and means of transportation disturbed. There are several handling strategies that can be applied in dealing with priority risk sources, namely tightening supervision of employee activities, maintaining good communication between departments/departments, improving workflows between sections/departments, tightening SOP regulations regarding sanctions, providing training/training for employees, conducting negotiating with partner airlines, and providing explanations to consumers about the workflow of shipping goods. Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to analyze drug supply control at Pharmacy A using the Always Better Control (ABC) method to determine drug procurement priorities based on usage and cost guidelines, making it easier to share data regarding relevant matters and budgets for decision-making and separate items that are small in quantity but have great value. Economic order quantity (EOQ) was used to estimate the inventory that will be used, the existence of safety stock, and the time to reorder inventory. Data on drug supplies, drug unit prices, and drug use from January to December 2021 were collected and analyzed using Microsoft Excel. Medicines are classified into three groups based on their investment value. The results showed that group A had the highest investment value (80%) with 41 types of drugs, group B had a medium investment value (15%) with 24 types of drugs, and group C had the lowest investment value (5%) with 19 types of drugs. Group A's EOQ value varies from 9 item to 3170 items. This research recommends that Pharmacy A use the ABC and EOQ methods in managing drug supplies to make it more efficient, effective, and economical. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bekerjasama dengan UMKM Desa Caramming yang bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi mengenai penyusunan laporan keuangan dan perhitungan harga pokok penjualan kepada para pemilik UMKM yang ada di Desa Caramming. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1 sampai 3 September 2023 dengan menggunakan metode penyuluhan cerama, praktik dan diskusi. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini  mengenai penyusunan laporan keuangan dan perhitungan harga pokok penjualan akan meningkatkan sustainability pada UMKM yang ada di Desa Caramming yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pendanaan. Abstract

The objective of this study is to identify and examine potential risk factors that could disrupt the production process at the Makassar poultry slaughterhouse. In the monthly risk evaluation, RPA currently conducts monthly risk assessments without identifying the root causes of issues. By applying the Current Reality Tree (CRT) and House of Risk (HOR) methods, 28 risk events and 23 risk agents have been successfully identified. After calculations using the HOR model, 12 risk agents were selected, contributing 80% of the total cumulative Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) as priorities for handling. Thirteen action items have been ranked based on Expected Time to Danger (ETD) using HOR phase 2. As a recommendation, it is advised to implement the findings of this research and focus on departments relevant to the investigated risks. With an innovative and data-driven approach, it is expected that MPS can optimize its operations and enhance business sustainability in facing existing risk challenges.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas proses produksi merupakan hal yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh suatu industri. Namun, hal tersebut tidak akan terjadi jika masih terdapat pemborosan (waste) dalam proses produksinya. Dengan strategi lean manufacturing, perusahaan mampu mengidentifikasi jenis waste yang terjadi dalam proses produksi sehingga waste yang terjadi dapat dihilangkan. Waste diidentifikasi dengan seven waste menggunakan Waste Assessment Model (WAM), kemudian dilakukan pemetaan secara detail dengan Value Stream Analysis Tools (VALSAT) dan dianalisa akar penyebab masalah dengan Fishbone. Hasil penelitian menunjukan waste pada proses produksi adalah waste defect sebesar 16,49%, peringkat kedua yaitu waste transportation sebesar 16,36%, dan peringkat ketiga yaitu waste process sebesar 14,82%. Setalah dilakukan analisis Fishbone maka didapatkan ususlan perbaikan dari masing-masing waste yang dapat mengurangi waste pada proses produksi dari waktu normal 484 menit untuk sekali proses produksi dapat berkurang sebanyak 69 menit.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki maksud dan tujuan untuk: Mengedukasi masyarakat khususnya kelompok UMK Batari Pangkep tentang pentingnya makanan sehat dengan sumber yang bahan baku yang aman dan memberikan informasi cara memanfaatkan dan mengolah sisik ikan bandeng secara tepat. Melalui kegiatan dilakukan inovasi terhadap limbah sisik ikan bandeng dengan diolah menjadi aspic jelly yang dapat menciptakan produk yang bergizi. Kegiatan PKM di UMKM Batari Pangkep Kabupaten Pangkajenne Kepulauan pada bulan Agustus 2024. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan yaitu dengan memberikan sosialisasi serta pelatihan kepada kelompok UMKM Batari Pangkep. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM yang telah dilaksanakan yaitu memberikan dampak positive terhadap UMKM Batari Pangkep. Pada peserta pelatihan terjadi peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya hasil olah data kuesioner awal dan akhir dari peserta pelatihan. Semua responden belum pernah mendapatkan pelatihan pengolahan sisik ikan bandeng dan baru kali ini semua responden mendapatkan pelatihan dan setelah mendapatkan pelatihan semua responden telah mampu mengolah, mampu menjelaskan langkah-langkah prosedur dan mampu mengenal bahan-bahan pada produk aspic jelly dari sisik ikan bandeng.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melakukan evaluasi kinerja sumber daya manusia, menggunakan metode Human Resources Scorecard di PT.Wanxiang Nickel Indonesia. Mengukur kinerja sumber daya manusia di PT. Wanxiang Nickel Indonesia, menggunakan metode Human Resources Scorecard Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Human Resources Scorecard pengukuran kinerja sumber daya manusia dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. berdasarkan hasil Dari hasil analisa dan pembahasan yang terdiri dari empat perspektif. Didapatkan hasil pengukuran tertinggi hingga terendah dari masing-masing perspektif, yaitu perspektif intelektual dengan skor bobot sebesar 1,079, perspektif kerja mendapatkan skor bobot sebesar 0,981, Perspektif emosional dengan skor terbobot sebesar 0,303 dan Perspektif kepribadian mendapatkan skor terbobot sebesar 0,246. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari empat perspektif tersebut yaitu perspektif intelektual sangat berpengaruh penting terhadap kinerja karyawan begitu pula dengan perspektif kerja, dan diantara perspektif emosional dan kepribadian berpengaruh pula namun perlu ditingkatkan agar setiap kinerja dapat memberikan pengaruh positif bagi perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of resilient supply chains in improving the competitiveness and performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Makassar City. The research method used is a mixed method approach involving 100 respondents from various sectors including food and beverages, handicrafts, and textiles. The results show that 75% of the respondents have implemented elements of resilient supply chains, such as supplier diversification and the use of information technology, which contribute to improved operational efficiency. Regression analysis shows a significant positive relationship between the implementation of resilient supply chains and the competitiveness of MSMEs, with a regression coefficient of 0.65 (p < 0.01). In addition, 70% of the respondents reported an increase in sales and customer satisfaction after adopting resilient supply chain strategies. These findings are consistent with the literature that emphasizes the importance of flexibility and adaptability in supply chains. This study recommends that MSMEs in Makassar City continue to adopt best practices in supply chain management and seek support from the government to create an ecosystem conducive to business growth. The results of this research are expected to contribute significantly to the development of supply chain management theory and practice in the small and medium industrial sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study explores the aspects of enhancing distribution logistics services through the optimization of ergonomic concepts, focusing on the critical role of ergonomics in improving employee productivity and safety within the logistics sector. Utilizing a case study methodology, the research identifies key challenges in implementing ergonomic practices, such as high initial costs, resistance to change, and the lack of standardized guidelines. The study proposes actionable solutions for effectively integrating ergonomic concepts into distribution logistics services, aiming to create safer and more comfortable work environments that promote employee satisfaction and efficiency. The findings highlight the potential benefits of ergonomic optimization, including enhanced operational efficiency, reduced workplace injuries, and improved employee well-being, which collectively contribute to a more engaged workforce. This research serves as a foundation for future studies aimed at further enhancing logistics services through ergonomic principles, ultimately contributing to a more sustainable and competitive industry. By prioritizing ergonomics, organizations can foster a culture of safety and well-being that benefits both employees and overall organizational performance. The integration of ergonomic practices not only leads to healthier work environments but also enhances overall productivity, making it a vital consideration for logistics companies striving for excellence in service delivery.
