Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of elementary school educators in education administration. This research is a qualitative descriptive research using a literature study approach. Sources of research data are journals, google books, and google scholars. The results of this study educators in carrying out their duties and roles as teaching staff are also very important in the administration of educators. Educators as planners, implementers in the teaching and learning process, but broadly educators also function as skilled and professional learning administrators. Educational administration is carried out in collaboration between educators and members (educational staff) such as school principals to facilitate the teaching and learning process. Administration aims to realize the goals of a more systematic and better education

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menentukan apakah kemampuan matematis siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran MASTER (Motivating, Acquiring, Searching, Triggering, Exhibiting, and Reflecting) berbeda dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Yang mana dilakukan dengan penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan model Desain Eksperimen Quasi. Rancangan penelitian digunakan dengan menggunakan Desain Grup Kontrol yang tidak sebanding. Studi ini melibatkan mahasiswa PGMI UINSU semester IV, dan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel probabilitas. Selain lembar observasi, wawancara terstruktur, tindakan pre-test, post-test, dan uji hipotesis; penelitian ini menggunakan uji T. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa siswa pgmi yang menggunakan model MASTER belajar berbeda dari siswa lainnya yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Uji sampel ganda T menunjukkan perbedaan sebesar -0.143 antara pre-test dan post-test kontrol, dan nilai sig. 2 tailed 0,000 < 0,05.
