Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has positively impacted various aspects of society. The increasing interest in utilizing information technology advancements by individuals and organizations has become a helpful tool facilitating daily activities. In the context of education, educational institutions have diverse needs in running and managing their operations. One of these needs is to provide access to data and information obtained through the processes of collection, recording, processing, duplication, storage, and transmission until the information is received by decision-makers. If such activities are done manually, efficiency is likely to be compromised. Therefore, school/madrasah leaders need to have a deep understanding of the concepts of big data, analytics, and related technologies to optimize timely and accurate decision-making processes. In this context, leadership and management of schools/madrasahs based on information technology also present new challenges. The data collection for this research employs library research, and content analysis is used as a data analysis technique to examine and understand the content of literature materials. This study aims to address IT-based leadership in the educational context, emphasizing that it goes beyond the ability to operate software or hardware. It focuses on the capacity to leverage IT to design relevant learning strategies and the ability to influence, encourage, guide, direct, and mobilize the entire school community to engage in the development of learning in the digital era. By understanding and applying information technology-based management concepts, school leaders can lead their institutions toward better educational effectiveness and quality.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the use and utilization of facilities and infrastructure in supporting the non-academic achievements of students who enter and become members of Mapala Unisco. This research will discuss about: a) how the facilities and infrastructure of Mapala Unisco; b) how to utilize the facilities and infrastructure of Mapala Unisco; and c) how the impact of Mapala Unisco facilities and infrastructure in improving non-academic achievement. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The facilities and infrastructure owned by Mapala Unisco are used to carry out four divisions: rock climbing, rafting, caving, and mountain forest. The lack of complete tools is owned, making the maximum achievement obtained by Mapala Unisco.

Abstract

Biografi Khalifah Usman bin Affan memainkan peran sentral dalam sejarah Islam. Dikenal karena kontribusinya dalam masyarakat Islam awal dan masa kepemimpinannya sebagai khalifah ketiga, Usman memperlihatkan kebaikan hati, dedikasi dalam menyebarkan Islam dan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pengembangan peradaban Islam. Artikel ini menguraikan kehidupan, pemikiran, serta kebijakan Usman, menggaris bawahi inspirasi dan pembelajaran bagi umat Islam dan masyarakat global. Usman menonjolkan kepemimpinan adil berbasis ajaran Islam, memandu pembentukan hukum yang mengutamakan keadilan sosial dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Konsistensi beliau dalam menjalankan prinsip-prinsip moralitas dan kesederhanaan memengaruhi pandangan umat Islam saat itu serta memberikan teladan kepada generasi berikutnya tentang kepemimpinan yang berakar pada moralitas dan keadilan. Usman memanifestasikan kesetiaannya terhadap ajaran Islam melalui kebijakan yang mendorong keadilan, ilmu pengetahuan dan kesejahteraan kolektif. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengulas secara mendalam peran Khalifah Usman bin Affan sebagai benchmark, mengkaji pencapaian, pemikiran, serta kebijakan yang membentuk pilar penting dalam sejarah Islam. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian studi pustaka peneliti menganalisis biografi yang komprehensif agar memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam terhadap nilai-nilai keislaman yang diperjuangkan oleh Usman bin Affan serta menarik inspirasi bagi konteks masa kini. Kata Kunci: Biografi, Kepemimpinan, Benchmarking
