Abstract

Kemungkinan terjadinya suatu peristiwa yang dapat mengakibatkan kerugian bank dikenal sebagai resiko. Pada dasarnya, semua kegiatan operasional bank mengandung resiko. Mengejar potensi yang terbuka dapat mendorong terjadinya kecelakaan bagi bank sementara mungkin tidak dikenali dan diperiksa dengan tepat. Oleh karena itu, bank harus memahami resiko yang muncul dalam mengarahkan bisnis mereka. Titik fokus dari eksplorasi ini adalah cara eksekusi pertaruhan pendukung para eksekutif dalam pemberian pembiayaan murabahah di PT. BPRS Puduarta Insani. Eksplorasi ini menggunakan strategi subjektif. Eksplorasi ini menggunakan informasi yang bersifat esensial (pokok) dan informasi yang bersifat tambahan (pendukung). Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supporting gamble para eksekutif di PT. BPRS Puduarta Insani sangat baik. Pelaksanaan supporting gamble para eksekutif membawa PT. BPRS Puduarta Insani pada sistem pendanaan dengan pedoman yang telah ditetapkan. Dengan pencapaian yang baik dalam menjalankan resiko dewan, PT. BPRS Puduarta Insani melengkapi cara yang paling umum dalam menjalankan resiko dewan, ada empat siklus dalam menjalankan resiko dewan yang dilakukan oleh PT. BPRS Puduarta Insani, lebih spesifiknya adalah pembuktian pembedaan resiko, estimasi resiko, pengamatan resiko, dan pengendalian resiko. Selanjutnya, penyelesaian masalah pembiayaan murabahah dilakukan dengan ide 3R, yaitu: rescheduling, reconditioning, rebuilding.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of customer value and shariah compliance on customer loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable on customers at Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Karya Medan. Research II quantitative wear. Bank customers become polluting in the study. This study used the technique of accidental sampling. The sample size was 40 respondents.Using primary data that is the spread of questionnaires directly. Using data analysis data quality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, F test (simultaneous) and path analysis test using SPSS version 23.0. The results of this study indicate that (i) customer value has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (ii) shariah compliance has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (iii) satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (iv) customer value does not affect loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable (v) shariah compliance does not affect loyalty through customer satisfaction customer loyalty.

Abstract

The existence of small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in developing countries can be said to be the backbone of a country's economy. The success of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) has proven to be able to move the wheels of the nation's economy and reduce the number of unemployed in the country. In this study, researchers see the phenomenon that personal skills and social skills in business actors in the Petisah market is very minimal. In addition, there are also some efforts that look forward and crowded and some vice versa. This study aims to determine how the influence of personal skills and social skills on the success of businesses in the shopping center petisah medan market with respondents totaling 91 businesses selected through a simple random sampling technique. This study is an associative quantitative research. The variables of this study are personal skills and social skills and business success which consists of 7 dimensions, namely capital increase, production, number of customers, business expansion, expansion of marketing areas, improvement of physical facilities and business income. The research Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and the results showed R^2 = 0.602 ; F = 66.521p_1= 0.573 p_2 = 0.932 the skills of business actors contributed 60.2% to the success of the business, personal skills and social skills have a positive and significant effect on business success. The results of this study are expected to provide an understanding of self-regulation and good communication skills and affect the success of the business so that business actors and prospective business actors can further develop it for the sake of a successful business undertaken.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the potential of Bolu Kemojo as a tourist attraction in Pekanbaru, and (2) the implementation of SWOT analysis to the potential of Bolu Kemojo as traditional food to attracts tourists in Pekanbaru. This study used  qualitative approach. The research subjects in this study were the owners of traditional Bolu Kemojo food shops and it’s consumers. Data collection techniques in this study using the interview method, observation, and documentation. This study uses SWOT Analysis as data analysis technique. The results of the study stated that Bolu Kemojo has great potential as a tourist attraction in Pekanbaru, by reason of Bolu Kemojo is a traditional Malay food that is still dense of culture and becomes a culinary tourism destination in the traditional culinary category. The results of the IE (Internal-External) matrix for the Bolu Kemojo business in Pekanbaru are located in cell number 1, namely concentration through vertical Integration which indicates that the cake is in a strong condition. The results of the SWOT obtained are in quadrant I, namely a position that indicates a growing organization (growth). From the analysis that has been carried out, it is recommended that the Bolu Kemojo  Business in Pekanbaru carry out an aggressive strategy, namely by optimizing Strengths and taking advantage of large Opportunities for business development.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Customs and Excise Service Supervision and Excise Office Type B Medan Customs on Jl. Suwondo No. 1, Like Peace, Kec. Medan Polonia, Medan City, North Sumatra 20167. In this study the author uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The purpose of this paper is to determine the factors that affect the performance of employees at the Office of Supervision and Customs and Excise Services for Intermediate Types of Customs B Medan. Based on the results of research and interviews that have been carried out by the author, information is obtained regarding the factors that affect the performance of employees at the Customs and Excise Office of Intermediate Type B Customs Supervision and Service Medan, namely as follows: 1) Company Leaders; 2) Office Facilities; 3) Work Environment; 4) Job Training.

Abstract

The purpose of this study: First, to regulate outpatient rehabilitation of drug abuse and the influence of crime rates in Indonesia at the National Narcotics Agency of North Sumatra Province.  Second, to carry out the process of planning and monitoring patients who use narcotics at the National Narcotics Agency of North Sumatra Province.  This type of research is a qualitative approach, which uses interviews and observations conducted by seeking and collecting data related to the management of outpatient rehabilitation.  The results of the study concluded to move patients to reduce the use of rehabilitated narcotics.

Abstract

Understanding different cultures from other countries can be done through cuisine that can be used as a tool to promote international relations and offer someone to visit the place of such international food or buy cultural food sold. This study aims to: 1) Analyze the effect of up selling on the consumer purchasing power of Japanese halal food products at Sushi Tei food retail in North Sumatra. 2) Analyze the effect of gastrodiplomacy on the consumer purchasing power of Japanese halal food products at Sushi Tei food retail in North Sumatra. 3) Analyze the effect of up selling and gastrodiplomacy on the consumer purchasing power of Japanese halal food products at Sushi Tei food retail in North Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method using an associative research strategy. The sampling technique used non-probability and purposive sampling techniques with a total sample of 75 respondents. In this study, the SPSS 25 program was used for data processing. The results of the study show that up selling and gastrodiplomacy significantly affect the purchasing power of consumers of Japanese halal food products at Sushi Tei, North Sumatra.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the implementation of the SLIK OJK system in financing decision-making at Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Kisaran and to evaluate the challenges and opportunities arising from its application. Using a qualitative case study approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews and document analysis. The findings revealed that while the SLIK OJK system helped reduce the Non-Performing Financing (NPF) ratio from 4.1% to 2.8%, it was unable to accommodate prospective clients from the informal sector who had high business potential but were not recorded in formal financial databases. The centralized and algorithm-driven nature of the system demonstrated a bias against social justice and did not permit branch units to exercise discretion in assessing applicants' character, socio-economic conditions, and moral track records. Within the framework of maqasid sharia, this situation created a dissonance between prudential banking principles and the imperative of public welfare. As a solution, this study proposed a hybrid Scoring approach, integrating systematic quantitative analysis with qualitative evaluations by branch units, to establish an inclusive and adaptive Islamic financing mechanism. The findings contributed significantly to the reformulation of risk assessment policies and the enhancement of financing governance rooted in sharia-based values.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly affected all business sectors. Where the Islamic index data illustrates a graph that is very influential on the ups and downs of economic growth at this time. The Islamic economic approach moves human behavior as social beings who have human relationships with their bonds, the Government is very worried about a spike in dynamics that will affect the capital and income of economic actors globally. This impact is felt on the people's economic business, especially in the city of Medan. The number of people's economic efforts in the city of Medan involving various sectors of food, clothing and services. The purpose of this study was to determine the working capital of the people's economic business during the covid 19 pandemic, to find out the people's economic business income was measured by the judgment strategy during the covid 19 pandemic, and to find out the economic growth of the people's economic business was measured by the Islamic index during the covid 19 pandemic. . The method used in this research is a qualitative and quantitative approach to peer analysis content. This type of paper is using qualitative and quantitative data or mixed methods by collecting secondary data, namely articles, research results, and reference books published in the last 5 years. It will be described by analysis and using data testing methods. From the data available, it is clear that the people's economic business has decreased both in terms of the number of existing business sectors and also in income, this has an impact from the covid 19 pandemic. . The low level of human resources owned by the community and the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic have resulted in the community being unable to meet their daily needs and many business sectors have suffered losses. One other factor is the low purchasing power of the people. With the occurrence of the phenomenon because there are still capital, human resources, business sector finance, government policies that are not yet optimal.
