Abstract

This article describes the background to the uneven access and quality of madrasah education, with the condition of the existence of only 5% of public madrasas while most of the rest are private madrasas. This condition reflects the high role of the community in the implementation of madrasa education and the still not optimal management of madrasas by the government. The emergence of a madrasa nationalization policy with the hope that state madrasas could become reference madrasas or model madrasas for other madrasas in their vicinity. The author's goal in compiling this policy paper is to describe the extent to which the madrasah nationalization policy is needed and how the nationalization policy strategy is carried out. In order to ensure that this manuscript is able to answer the above objectives, the authors use a descriptive analysis approach. The madrasa nationalization policy carried out has a significant urgency in improving the quality of madrasah education and has been proven empirically from various studies. In addition, the madrasa nationalization policy also has several benefits. Madrasa nationalization policies can be carried out in tandem with the establishment of madrasas which are organized by the Government or the community with reference to the Regulation of the Minister of Religion Number 90 of 2013 concerning Implementation of Madrasa Education.

Abstract

This literature research examines the role of teachers in building the character of the younger generation in the era of globalization. The main focus of this study is to explore various strategies and methods of character education that can be implied by teachers in the learning process. Apart from that, this research also aims to assess the effectiveness of various character learning approaches adopted in various parts of the world. The method used is literature analysis, where data and information are collected from various sources such as academic journals, textbooks and relevant online articles. From this analysis, it was found that teachers play an important role in forming moral values, integrity, cooperation, social awareness, and interpersonal skills, all of which are essential in developing student character. This research identified several effective techniques used by educators, including project-based learning, interactive class discussions, and implementing a fair reward and punishment system. Apart from that, the integration of character values ​​in all aspects of the curriculum and extracurricular activities is also emphasized as an important aspect of character education. In conclusion, teachers act as facilitators and role models in forming the character of the younger generation. This research recommends that educational institutions strengthen professional development programs for teachers, so that they are equipped with relevant skills, knowledge and methods to effectively support student character formation. Further research is recommended to examine the long-term impact of these approaches on student behavior and academic success.

Abstract

This research is a literature review that aims to understand the practice of managing time resources in Madrasas and the factors that influence it. By collecting data from various sources, this research resulted in a better understanding of the practice of managing time resources in Madrasas, as well as the factors that influence these practices, such as competence, motivation, work environment, and organizational support. This research provides a better understanding for practitioners, especially teachers in Madrasahs, to understand the factors that influence their practice of managing their time resources and develop effective strategies to increase work productivity and effectiveness. Although this research does not produce novelty directly, it provides a strong basis for further research to develop models or strategies that are more effective in managing time resources in Madrasahs. This research is expected to make a positive contribution to the development of time resource management practices in Madrasas.
