Abstract

Education is a conscious effort to change character, morals, morals and also fosters creativity in thinking. Creative in thinking is something that is very urgent in life. Education has value to be able to solve problems precisely and quickly. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the Collaborative Role of Creative Problem Solving and the Quiz Team Method played a role in increasing creative thinking. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analytical approach, which is one of the approaches used in qualitative research to understand phenomena in detail and depth. Researchers collect data through interview techniques, observation, case studies, or document analysis. Researchers used the class action research method (CAR). CAR involves iterative cycles of planning, action, observation, and reflection in order to achieve continuous improvement in student learning and achievement. The results showed that learning Creative Problem Solving (CPS) and quiz teams can improve students' creative thinking and this method is very good to use because students feel happy and not bored.

Abstract

The problem of population density is still problematic for the government because of the unequal distribution of the population and social and economic conditions that have not changed. Then the government created a transmigration program that could be used for socio-economic change and progress that could be felt by the community later. Transmigration is a government policy that exists in Indonesia with the aim of distributing the population evenly in various regions, especially outside Java. The problem in this research is the legal regulations related to the transmigration program and the impact of transmigration on socio-economic progress. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative where the reference sources are based on books and literature studies. After conducting research, researchers came to the conclusion that the problem of population density can be overcome with this transmigration program, then the impact that can be felt from transmigration is one of the community's economy which is now starting to improve.

Abstract

Open High School is a subsystem of education at the secondary education level that prioritizes independent learning activities of students with limited guidance from others. Open High School is one of the alternative education service models at the secondary level and is not a new institution or UPT that stands on its own, but is based on an existing regular high school. This research aims to describe the concept of Open High School and its role in fulfilling learning obligations. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. The qualitative research method according to Sugiyono is a research method based on the philosophy used to research on scientific conditions (experiments) where the researcher is an instrument, while qualitative data collection and analysis techniques emphasize meaning. The results showed that the Open High School in Cianjur Subdistrict is a school attached to Pasundan 2 Cianjur High School, the curriculum used is not much different from the curriculum used in the Parent High School, only the learning process is different. Open High School has a very important role in fulfilling learning obligations for those who are constrained or have limitations to attend regular education.

Abstract

The study discussed in this study is a library study that seeks to present descriptively with methods of qualitative and library research, i.e. library-based research, in the process of data collection, researchers conduct research and analyze library sources obtained from the theories of literary books. (library research). The result of the study of the library obtained there was a gap between the desired idealism and the reality in its implementation; 1) Islamic law idealism offers principles that are fair, fair, and based on Islamic moral values. However, in the reality of its implementation, there are challenges that result in the gap between such idealism and reality. Factors such as varied social, political, cultural, and interpretation of Islamic teachings affect the gap between idealism and the reality of the Islamic law. These factors can hinder the implementation that corresponds to the desired idealism. 3) The impact of the gap between idealism and the reality of Islamic law is visible in societies, where there is sometimes an inconsistency between public expectations of fair implementation and realities that do not meet those expectations. This can lead to dissatisfaction, injustice, and social tension. 4) To overcome this gap, efforts involving various parties are needed, including religious leaders, Islamic law scholars, legal practitioners, and the general public. In this regard, a deeper understanding of Islamic teachings, the strengthening of justice institutions, the involvement of society in the process of law-making, and the promotion of dialogue and understanding between groups can be effective measures. Building understanding and cooperation between religious leaders, Islamic law scholars, and legal practitioners with the general public is key in strengthening the implementation of Islamic Law in accordance with desired idealism. It is essential for the implementation of Islamic law to justice, sustainability, and well-being for society.

Abstract

Managerial supervision at school is a necessary measure to ensure that the various teaching activities, administrative aspects, and management of the school can run well. In this context, managerial oversight at school becomes very important because it has several benefits. Managing supervision is an activity designed to improve the management and administrative systems at school. In that way, managing oversight can help improve the quality of education. The aim of this research is to obtain information about the role of managerial supervision in the quality of schools. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with techniques of data collection of interviews, observations and documentation studies. The results of the research concluded that the role of managerial supervision in improving the quality of School in SDN Ibu Dewi 3 Cianjur is the awareness of the administrative staff to improve their quality. School leadership is an important factor in creating a good quality school. A good headmaster can lead and direct teachers, students, and staff well. This can be seen from the headmaster's actions in motivating teachers and staff, improving school management systems, to making good decisions for the good of the school. All these aspects must be taken into account and focused on achieving good quality schools. Then managerial supervision should be done as an attempt to build a quality school.

Abstract

The background about the truth of educators and learners in the philosophy of Islamic education is based on the fundamental principles of Islam and its philosophical views. The Islamic philosophy of education emphasizes the importance of education as a means of achieving the ultimate goal of mankind, which is to approach God, to attain wisdom, and to build a just and moral society. The extent of the Quran in the concept of education has prompted the author to dig one of these concepts, for that in this study the author will try to expose a little about one of the concepts such, that is, that relates to the subject of education in the hope of being able to better understand how subjects of education according to the Quran. (library research). One of the important elements in the educational process is the educator. In general, educators are those who have the responsibility to educate. While in particular, the educators in the perspective of Islamic education are the people who are responsible for the development of pupils by seeking to develop all potential pupils, both affective, cognitive, and psychomotor potential in accordance with the values of the teachings of Islam. While pupils are subjects and objects of education that require guidance of others (educators) to help direct and develop the potential that they have. The relationship between the teacher and the student gives each other inseparable roles, the task of the educator is to help the student to be able to adapt to himself and the various challenges of his life, while the role of the pedagogue is as a leader and educator in a society and at the same time as a member of the community, so that the teacher or educators are required in improving their duties and roles. In order to advance education and Islamic needs to be a balance between Islamic and general insight. For that, educators and pupils really must perform their duties and duties well.

Abstract

Dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat hutang piutang masih sering terjadi, namun kurangnya informasi membuat sekelompok masyarakat tidak mengetahui pentingnya suatu perjanjian dalam hutang piutang yang dimana didalamnya terdapat suatu hak dan kewajiban bagi pihak kreditur dan debitur. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat mengenai perjanjian hutang piutang ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan agar dapat mengimplementasikan perjanjian tertulis dalam hutang piutang tersebut. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat mengenai perjanjian hutang piutang dengan target sasaran kepada Ibu-ibu PKK Desa Bakulan dapat dilakukan melalui pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif yang meliputi studi pendahuluan, penyusunan materi edukasi, sosialisasi, pelatihan, diskusi kelompok, bantuan dalam pembuatan surat perjanjian, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Tahap observasi dilakukan untuk memahami tingkat pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat Desa Bakulan tentang perjanjian hutang piutang. Tahap sosialisasi dilakukan untuk menyampaikan pentingnya surat perjanjian dalam kegiatan hutang piutang. Selanjutnya, dilakukan tahap pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan surat perjanjian hutang piutang. Dengan menerapkan metode ini, diharapkan masyarakat Desa Bakulan dapat memahami pentingnya perjanjian tertulis dalam kegiatan hutang piutang dan mampu melindungi diri mereka secara hukum.
