Abstract

Education as a foundation for character building and increasing the potential of human resources requires an innovative approach in the learning process. One approach that is developing is multidisciplinary learning, which aims to integrate various disciplines in one learning framework. This study evaluates the effectiveness of applying multidisciplinary learning methods in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islam Terpadu (MIIT) Nurul Imam Punung, focusing on improving academic achievement and developing students' skills holistically.

Abstract

This article explores the pattern of Islamic leadership by Muhammad Al-Fatih, the conqueror of Constantinople and Rome (1432-1481 CE). The success of the Ottoman Empire, particularly Muhammad Al-Fatih, reflects the struggle for Islamic educational values. The impact and legacy of Sultan Al-Fatih in the development of Islamic education are discussed, as well as leadership values relevant to the modern educational context. Muhammad Al-Fatih, an influential leader, demonstrated excellence and the fight for Islamic educational values. This article also highlights the need for learning from history, especially in the context of Islamic education amidst the moral decline of youth and current educational challenges. Through a qualitative research method of historical literature review study, this article discusses Muhammad Al-Fatih. His contribution to the understanding of Islamic leadership values opens up insights for designing a holistic and progressive education system, expected to have a positive impact on the development of education in our country.

Abstract

In the context of education in Indonesia, the integration of the Islamic religious education curriculum with the concept of the Independent Curriculum has become a focus of attention in efforts to build a holistic education system that is responsive to the needs of students and society. In this context, the integration of the Islamic Religious Education Curriculum is an important concern to achieve holistic education that is responsive to the needs of students. This article discusses the steps that can be taken in integrating the Islamic Religious Education Curriculum with the Independent Curriculum Concept. The first step in this integration is a deep understanding of the principles of the Independent Curriculum and the essence of Islamic Religious Education. The second step involves developing learning methods that integrate aspects of the Islamic Religious Education Curriculum with an approach that is responsive to the social context and needs of students. The final step is continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of this integration in achieving holistic educational goals.
