Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are the oldest educational institutions in Indonesia which still exist today. Although, there are indeed several Islamic boarding schools that used to be very successful but are now starting to decline. One of the reasons for this is that it has been eroded by developments over time and that a mature cadre system has not been prepared to continue managing Islamic boarding schools. One of the Salaf Islamic boarding schools that is still in existence today is PP. Fathul Ulum Kwagean. The aim of this research is to examine in more depth the opportunities and challenges of students at the Salaf Islamic boarding school, namely, the Fathul Ulum Kwagean Kediri Islamic Boarding School in the digital era. This research is descriptive qualitative field research. This research describes, tells and interprets a reality that is occurring in the field today. The results of this research that researchers obtained in the field were several challenges and opportunities that were felt in PP. Fathul Ulum Kwagean includes the use of Maktabah Syamilah as a digital library which is considered credible enough for developing studies, as a medium for preaching through social media so that the reach of preaching carried out by Islamic boarding schools is wider and can be felt by many groups, and several digital-based administrative systems. Meanwhile, the challenges faced by PP. Fathul Ulum Kwagean in this digital era is the beginning of a shift in several Islamic boarding school tendencies, from initially the education and learning process in Islamic boarding schools which was conservative or maintained old learning methods, the spread of negative content that is easily accessible in the digital era, changes in external values and culture that are not appropriate with Islamic boarding school values, and the challenges of adapting for both the community and ustadz.

Abstract

Dalam menerapkan pendidikan dan pembelajaran harus melihat apa yang dibutuhkan oleh objek didik, karena kebutuhan atau minat itu dapat memotivasi siswa, berdasarkan minat dan kebutuhannya pendidikan dibuat secara personal. Dalam suatu pembelajaran perlu didukung oleh adanya suatu teori-teori belajar, agar dalam proses pembelajaran bisa mencapai sesuatu yang diinginkan. Salah satu teori belajar yang sangat penting untuk dikaji yaitu humanistik yang menekankan perlunya sikap saling menghargai dan membantu individu mengatasi masalah-masalah kehidupannya. Perlu kiranya ada paradigma baru dalam proses pembelajaran, Sehingga mampu megubah mindset guru dan peserta didik, bahwa tujuan belajar itu tidak sekedar berorientasi pada kognitif akan tetapi lebih ditekankan pada nilai-nilai humanistik yang terkandung dalam proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini membahas tentang teori belajar Humanistik dalam pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif analisis, melalui studi kepustakaan (library research). Adapaun hasil dari penelitian ini, bahwa teori belajar humanistik dalam pembelajaran PAI digunakan sebagai cara untuk menyampaikan materi PAI. Penarapan teori belajar humanisme dalam materi PAI dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan alasan-alasan rasional terhadap ajaran Islam, memberikan kesempatan siswa untuk berpikir kritis, kreatif terhadap materi PAI yang disampaikan, menghubungkan materi PAI dengan dunia nyata siswa.

Abstract

This study investigated the problems of Islamic religious education (PAI) learning in forming students' character. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques in the study included interviews with PAI teachers and students at SDN Somowinangun and observing the learning process in the classroom. The results of this study found three interrelated things. First, the values ​​of character education are included in PAI learning. Second, there are several main problems, namely poor student behavior, such as lack of politeness when talking to teachers and the lack of role of parents in educating children's character, limited class hours, and weak teacher professionalism. Third, schools program methods for habituating commendable behavior in the school environment, providing guidance and religious guidance to students that are adjusted to the values ​​of character education. The results of this study provide an overview of student character issues and the efforts of PAI teachers and schools to overcome these problems.

Abstract

Manajemen kesiswaan merupakan salah satu faktor penting disebuah sekolah. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pengelolaan siswa akan menentukan tingkat keberhasilan sekolah dalam mendidik para siswanya. Peneliti dalam hal ini melakukan penelitian di MA Unggulan KH. Abd. Wahab Hasbulloh Bahrul Ulum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Perencanaan kesiswaan di MA Unggulan KH. Abd. Wahab Hasbulloh Bahrul Ulum. (2) Pengorganisasian kesiswaan di MA Unggulan KH. Abd. Wahab Hasbulloh Bahrul Ulum. (3) Pelaksanaan pembinaan kesiswaan di MA Unggulan KH. Abd. Wahab Hasbulloh Bahrul Ulum. (4) Evaluasi kesiswaan di MA Unggulan KH. Abd. Wahab Hasbulloh Bahrul Ulum. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan informan kepala madrasah, waka bidang kesiswaan, dan koordinator olimpiade MA Unggulan KH. Abd. Wahab Hasbulloh Bahrul Ulum. Analisi data terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen kesiswaan dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa meliputi empat aspek yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan pembinaan, dan evaluasi. Adapun dalam perencanaan dimulai dengan penyusunan program serta penerimaan peserta didik baru. Pengorganisasiannya yaitu mrliputi pengelompokan peserta didik menjadi beberapa kelompok belajar. Pelaksanaan pembinaan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perencanaan program sebelumnya. Evaluasi dilakukan setelah sebuah kegiatan telah selesai dilaksanakan.
