Abstract

In the implementation of the SMP N 7 Bukittinggi Development project, there was a delay in implementation which resulted in a minus deviation of work. Project success can usually be seen from the completion time and costs incurred without reducing the quality of the results. So it is necessary to conduct a Time and Cost Review research using the Earned Value Method on the SMP N 7 Bukittinggi Development Project. This research is quantitative research using Earned Value Analysis. The results of this study are the cumulative Schedule Variance (SV) value in week 1 is positive value of Rp. 11,816,608.92 this shows the performance of the project implementation in that week was carried out ahead of schedule. The cumulative SPI (Schedule Performance Index) in week 1 is worth 1 of 0.85, so the performance of project implementation is slower than planning. The estimated project completion time reviewed in week 10 obtained an EAS value of 309 days while the plan time was 180 days. This shows that the completion time is 129 days faster than planned if the project performance is in accordance with the plan or more than the plan. The estimated total project completion time is calculated based on the EAS value of 175 days while the plan time is 180 days. This shows that the completion time is 5 days faster than planned. Keywords: Time Schedule, Earned Value Analysis, SPI, ETS, EAS

Abstract

Implementation of construction work using heavy equipment requires accurate planning so that a project can be achieved with optimal cost and implementation time. One of the important works in the Road Reconstruction Project in the Tapus – Muaro Sungai Lolo Section is Earthworks and Embankment Works. For this reason, it is necessary to select the right heavy equipment for the implementation of these jobs. Allocation, scheduling, and selection of equipment for each type of work is very important so that its operational capabilities can be optimal and mutually supportive of other equipment, bearing in mind that heavy equipment is very expensive and has a dominant contribution to the project, efficiency measures are urgently needed by utilizing the tool's resources. . This research was conducted by calculating the production capacity of each heavy equipment, in order to obtain its productivity value and the allocation of heavy equipment needed for the projects under review. This research was conducted using field observation methods and literature studies with reference to existing primary and secondary data. The number of heavy equipment needed in the Excavation and Stockpiling Project on Jalan Tapus – Muaro Sungai Lolo Section for Excavators is used 1 unit, Dump Trucks are used 6 units, Motor Graders are used 1 unit, Vibratory Rollers are used 1 unit. The total operational cost of using heavy equipment in the Excavation and Piling Project for the Tapus – Muaro Sungai Lolo Section is IDR.168,158,000, - With details for Excavators IDR.90,828,000, - Productivity 127,613 m3/hour, Dump Trucks IDR.38,860,000 ,- Productivity 103.32 m3/hour , Motor Grader IDR.22,150,000,- Overlay 96 m3/hour, Vibratory Roller IDR. 16,320,000,- Compaction 60.95 m3/hour. Abstract

Abstract

During project implementation, several obstacles occurred, one of which was work delays. Delays in construction projects can be interpreted as failure to meet the completion time for construction work as stated in the contract. This research aims to determine the use of the concept of the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method and to determine the control and causes of delays on projects. The results of the research show that the work that experienced delays in the UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi Lecture Building (SBSN) construction project was work in weeks 2, 11, 12, 13, and 21. This was also influenced by several things such as weather factors. , lack of workers, lack of experts, ordering materials that are difficult to obtain, delays in architectural work, and inefficient division of labor. The conclusion of this research is to pay attention to delay factors in construction implementation to anticipate possible delays. Keywords: Delay; Project; Fault Tree Analysis; Controlling.

Abstract

Reflected by the many stages in a project life cycle or Project Life Cycle. Of all these stages, the implementation (construction) stage is the stage that needs serious attention, because this stage must be achieved on time, at the right cost and at the right quality or what is often referred to as the triple constraint. For this reason, a good project management system is needed, such as that offered by Construction Management Consultants (KMK). This research aims to identify and create an instrument for measuring KMK performance at the implementation stage. There are 5 (five) performance indicators which have been developed into 22 (twenty two) variables used to measure KMK performance on government and private projects. Next, analysis was carried out using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. From the results of the analysis and calculation of the measured KMK performance, the CSI value for KMK performance on government projects was 52.51% (quite satisfied) and the CSI for KMK performance on private projects was 85.88% (very satisfied). Keywords: Construction Management Consultant System, indicators, variables, customer satisfaction index.

Abstract

Building Planning The Community Empowerment Agency and Nagari is one of the government buildings, the planned building is a 3-storey office building located in the West Pasaman earthquake area. so planning is needed that leads to being resistant to earthquake shocks, this is one of the basics for planners to plan the Community and Nagari Empowerment Agency Building. From the results of this structural analysis, the reinforcement structure is obtained based on the author's analysis. The results obtained that the material used is steel fy = 420 MPa and concrete quality fc' = 24.9 MPa, for plate reinforcement in the direction of x = 10 – 150, while the direction of y = 10 – 150. Column planning uses quality fy = 420 and concrete quality fc' = 24.9 Mpa for a 40cm x 40cm column with the main reinforcement used, namely 8D – 16 and a 30cm x 30cm column with the main reinforcement used 6D – 16. While the beam design uses steel quality fy = 420 Mpa and muru concrete fc' = 24.9 MPa for beams measuring 50cm x 30cm with reinforcement used 6D – 16 16 for tensile reinforcement and 3D – 16 for compression reinforcement, steel quality fy = 420 and concrete quality fc' = 20.75 for beam size 45cm x 25cm with reinforcement used 4D – 13 for tensile reinforcement and 3D – 13 for compression reinforcement, while for beams using steel quality fy = 400 and quality beron fc' = 20.75 for size 30cm x 20cm with the main reinforcement used 3D – 12 for tensile reinforcement and 2D – 12 for compression reinforcement.reinforcement.
