Abstract

MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise)s are one of the businesses that are growing rapidly in society, which, without realizing it, has played a vital role in economic development and growth. Responding to these conditions, the government is making efforts to encourage the development of the digital economy and the digitalization of MSMEs. XYZ Geprek Chicken Business is one of the MSMEs that is also developing in this atmosphere. From the quantitative descriptive research that was conducted, it was shown that this business is in quadrant IV (Diversification) of the SWOT diagram, which means the business is in stable condition but facing serious challenges, so it is estimated that the business will experience difficulties if it only relies on existing strategies. Proposed diversification strategies that can be carried out by this business are: developing seasoning formulas; developing attractive promotions; collaborating with external parties; using technology; using halal, natural or BPOM-licensed ingredients; as well as menu differentiation.UMKM adalah salah satu usaha yang berkembang pesat di tengah masyarakat, yang tanpa disadari telah memainkan peran vital di dalam pembangunan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Menyikapi kondisi tersebut, pemerintah pun tengah melakukan upaya-upaya guna mendorong perkembangan ekonomi digital dan digitalisasi UMKM. Usaha Ayam Geprek XYZ merupakan salah satu UMKM yang turut berkembang di dalam atmosfer tersebut. Penelitan yang dilakukan secara kuantitatif deskriptif, menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini berada di kuadran IV (Diversifikasi) diagram SWOT, yang artinya usaha dalam kondisi mantap namun menghadapi tantangan berat sehingga diperkirakan roda usahanya akan mengalami kesulitan bila hanya bertumpu pada strategi yang ada. Usulan diversifikasi strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh usaha ini yaitu: pengembangan formula bumbu; pengembangan promosi yang menarik; kerja sama dengan pihak eksternal; penggunaan teknologi; penggunaan bahan-bahan yang halal; alami maupun berlisensi BPOM; serta diferensiasi menu.

Abstract

The specter of history lessons as very boring lessons is no longer a secret. Although this subject has a vital role in forming a generation of a cultured, knowledgeable, and highly competitive nation, the proof is that almost everyone gets the same boredom when studying it. Especially if this lesson is delivered with a conventional approach that tends to place the teacher as the center of learning with a one-way communication. Educational tours to museums can actually be the answer to optimizing history learning, where students become more active because they interact directly with their surroundings and the experiences of their personnel. Educational tours to the Pancasila Sakti Museum with a community education method approach are an effort to improve the understanding of national history. It can be concluded that educational tours to museums are able to provide enrichment and exploration of a more holistic understanding of national history. In addition, physical visualization and direct contact with all historical evidence in the museum are also able to create a sense of satisfaction and stability of historical experience that is more interesting, unique, and memorable. On the other hand, embedding additional materials such as Profession and Aspiration Class and Cultural Class is able to enrich the essence of educational tourism so that the orphanage children not only gain an understanding of the nation's history but also gain a strengthening of belief in the importance of aspiring, continuous learning, and building quality personality through ethical Indonesian language culture.

Abstract

Bisnis yang berkelanjutan merupakan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan suatu usaha yang diiringi dengan kian meningkatnya kesadaran maupun pemahaman terhadap tujuanĀ  Pembangunan Berkelanjutan 2030. Dengan kata lain, para pelaku usaha didorong untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya agar senantiasa berada di dalam titik keseimbangan 3P (Three Bottom Line), juga menuju tercapainya 5P (Five Bottom Line). Salah satu tujuan yang diupayakan tercapai dari Agenda Pembangunan Berkelanjutan 2030 adalah terjaminnya ketersediaan dan manajemen air serta sanitasi yang berkelanjutan untuk semua. PT XYZ yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur makanan dan minuman di daerah Tangerang Selatan, Banten, melihat pengelolaan air hujan sebagai peluang untuk perbaikan berkesinambungan Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan perusahaan. Dari hasil penelitian dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan di PT XYZ, diketahui bahwa PT XYZ memiliki luas lahan tertutup sebesar 20.948 m2, sehingga PT XYZ harus membuat biopori sebanyak 2.993 buah, yang akan diselesaikan secara bertahap hingga 5 tahun berjalan dengan biaya pengerjaan sekitar Rp36.748.777,-/tahunnya.Sustainable business is the growth and development of a business accompanied by increasing awareness and understanding of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. In other words, business actors are encouraged to develop their businesses so that they are always on the 3P (Three Bottom Line) balance point, and working towards achieving the 5P (Five Bottom Line). One of the goals that the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development seeks to achieve is ensuring the availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all. PT XYZ, which operates in the food and beverage manufacturing sector in the South Tangerang area, Banten, sees rainwater management as an opportunity for continuous improvement of the company's Environmental Management System. From the quantitative descriptive research method that was conducted at PT XYZ, it was known that PT XYZ had a covered land area of 20,948 m2, so PT XYZ had to make 2,993 biopores, which would be completed in stages up to 5 years running at a construction cost of around 36,748,777 IDR/year.
