Abstract

Analysis of question items plays an important role in getting good question items to be used as a test tool. students and improve educators' skills in preparing questions. This research was conducted by providing a comprehensive picture of the quality of the questions in the biology summative assessment of environmental change material, as well as the relevance and effectiveness of these questions in measuring student understanding. This research aims to analyze the biology summative assessment questions on environmental change material for class X SMA. This research is quantitative research with descriptive methods. In this study, there were 25 questions given to 36 student respondents and analyzed using Anates ver 4.0. The test results show that the average test score is 18.97 with a standard deviation of 3.70. Based on the validity analysis, the results obtained were 0.67, the reliability was 0.80, which means the question items were declared valid and reliable and there were 4 levels of difficulty of the questions, namely very easy (5 questions), easy (17 questions), medium (2 questions), and difficult (1 question). Based on the discriminative power analysis, the results of the questions were very bad (4 questions), bad (6 questions), fair (7 questions), good (7 questions) and very good (1 question). The results of the item analysis have mostly poor distractor qualities. ABSTRAKAnalisis butir soal memegang peranan penting dalam mendapatkan butir-butir soal yang baik untuk dijadikan perangkat tes. peserta didik dan meningkatkan keterampilan pendidik dalam menyusun soal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang kualitas butir soal dalam asesmen sumatif biologi materi perubahan lingkungan, serta relevansi dan keefektifan soal-soal tersebut dalam mengukur pemahaman siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis butir soal asesmen sumatif biologi materi perubahan lingkungan kelas X SMA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pada penelitian ini, terdapat 25 soal yang diberikan kepada 36 responden siswa dan dianalisis menggunakan Anates ver 4.0. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai tes adalah 18,97 dengan simpangan baku sebesar 3,70. Berdasarkan analisis validitas didapatkan hasil sebesar 0,67, reliabilitas sebesar 0,80 yang berarti butir soal dinyatakan valid dan reliablel serta didapatkan adanya 4 tingkat kesukaran soal, yaitu sangat mudah (5 soal), mudah (17 soal), sedang (2 soal), dan sukar (1 soal). Berdasarkan analisis daya pembeda didapatkan hasil butir soal sangat buruk (4 soal), buruk (6 soal), cukup (7 soal), baik (7 soal) dan sangat baik (1 soal). Hasil analisis butir soal memiliki sebagian besar kualitas pengecoh yang buruk.

Abstract

This research problem focuses on the low learning outcomes of students in the Human Reproductive System material, which the lack of variation in learning strategies and low student independence in learning can cause. This study aims to explore the effect of Blended Problem-Based Learning (PBL) assisted by educator blogs on biology learning outcomes on the topic of the Human Reproductive System and student learning independence. With a 2x2 quasi-experimental research design involving 144 grade XI students, the method of determining the control and experimental classes is by randomly drawing 2 classes by taking a roll of the control and experimental classes. The first is the control class, namely learning with the Expository Method, and the second is the experimental class, namely learning with Blended Problem-based learning Assisted by Educator Blogs. The determination of the sample in this study was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique. The technique used in this sample is saturated sampling. Data were collected through pre-and post-tests and analyzed using Two-Way ANOVA in SPSS 27. The results showed that Blended PBL significantly improved biology learning outcomes, especially in students with high learning independence. This study introduces a practical digital approach combining PBL with educators' online resources, providing insights into technology-based learning strategies that can improve students' academic outcomes according to their level of independence.
