Abstract

Penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada proyek kontruksi merupakan upaya menciptakan lingkungan kerja agar lebih aman, sehat, dan sejahtera, bebas dari kecelakaan dan penyakit yang disebabkan akibat kerja. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Lama Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Shift Kerja Terhadap Persepsi Kelelahan Kerja pada Pekerja Rigid di Proyek Tol Cijago Seksi 3. Desain studi cross sectional. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 80 pekerja yang mengalami kelelahan kerja dengan menggunakan sampling total. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner, KAUPK2 yang berupa pernyataan. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrument dan observasi, selanjutnya dilakukan analisis uji univariat untuk melihat gambaran antar variabel independent dan dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel lama kerja sebanyak 76 (95,0%) pekerja Rigid sudah bekerja selama lebih dari 3 tahun. Untuk variabel beban kerja sebanyak 71 (88,8%) pekerja Rigid memiliki beban kerja rendah. Sedangkan, untuk variabel shift kerja sebanyak 50 (62,5%) pekerja Rigid mendapat shift kerja siang yang memiliki risiko kelelahan kerja berat dibanding dengan shift pagi. Bekerja dengan membatasi waktu yang maksimal setiap harinya mampu menurunkan masalah kesehatan, gangguan tidur, ketidakpuasan kerja dan kecelakaan kerja. Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) in construction projects is an effort to create a work environment that is safer, healthier, and more prosperous, free from accidents and illnesses caused by work. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between Length of Work, Work Load and Work Shifts on the Perception of Work Fatigue among Rigid Workers in the Cijago Section 3 Toll Road Project. Cross-sectional study design. The research sample consisted of 80 workers who experienced work fatigue using total sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire, KAUPK2, in the form of a statement. The data in this research used instruments and observations, and then univariate test analysis was carried out to see the picture between the independent and dependent variables. The research results showed that the length of work variable was 76 (95.0%) for rigid workers who had worked for more than 3 years. For the workload variable, 71 (88.8%) rigid workers had a low workload. Meanwhile, for the work shift variable, 50 (62.5%) rigid workers received day work shifts, which had a greater risk of work fatigue compared to the morning shift. Working by limiting the maximum time each day can reduce health problems, sleep disorders, work complaints, and work accidents.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the issues of lighting and noise in the mining company. Insufficient lighting could lead to accidents and eye strain, while noise from heavy machinery could cause health problems and reduce workers' performance. Therefore, this study aimed to identify and map areas with levels of lighting and noise at PT. Pamapersada Nusantara Distrik Baya, as well as to analyze the distribution map based on SNI 16-7062-2004 for lighting and SNI 8427:2017 for noise. The results of the study showed that there was a variation in lighting and noise levels in different areas, caused by factors such as light source obstructions like large parked units in the measured area and working hours. Areas with suboptimal lighting often hindered workers' tasks, while areas with high noise levels posed a risk of hearing loss. The conclusion of this study indicated that the variation in lighting and noise levels in the work areas of PT. Pamapersada Nusantara Distrik Baya was significantly influenced by environmental conditions during working hours. The recommendations provided by PT. Pamapersada Nusantara Distrik Baya to improve employee comfort and performance included the equalization and maintenance of lighting and noise infrastructure.
