Abstract

This study aims to: 1). This study aims to determine the effect of the promotional mix on the interest in tourist visits to Air Belanda in Saleman Village. 2). To find out the effect of sales promotion on the interest in tourist visits to the Air Belanda tourist attraction, Saleman Village. 3). To find out the development of the promotion mix on the interest of tourist visits to Air Belanda, Saleman Village. This type of research uses qualitative and quantitative research approaches. This research was carried out at the Air Belanda tourist attraction, Saleman Village, Central Maluku district. The objects in this study are tourists who visit and have not visited the Air Belanda tourist attraction in Saleman Village. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was taken through direct observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to managers and visitors totaling 25 respondents. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of editing, classification, scoring and scoring, tabulation and conclusions. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing, in managing data using SPSS 25 for windows auxiliary software. The results of the analysis obtained based on this study are the Promotional Mix Variables have a significant effect on the interest of tourist visits, where it is known that the advertising sig value affects the interest in tourist visits is 0.245> 0.05 and the T count value is 1.196 < T table 2.079 and the sales promotion sig value has an effect the interest in tourist visits is 0.735 > 0.05 and the T arithmetic value is 0.343 > T table 2.079 while the public relations sig value does not affect the interest in tourist visits seen from the sig value of 0.001 < 0.05 and the calculated T value is 3.884 > T table 2.079. The conclusion of the research shows that the promotion mix (advertising, sales promotion, and public relations) has an effect on the interest in tourist visits.

Abstract

Managerial tool called human resource management. Employees are important assets of the company, the main driving force in carrying out company operations so that they should be developed, motivated to be more creative and independent in carrying out company activities. Work motivation is important for employees to improve and develop employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT Cahaya Bintang Manise, Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency. This research is a quantitative research. Collecting data using questionnaires, interviews and observations. The population of this research is 30 employees of PT. Cahaya Bintang Manise and all of them are used as research samples. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with SPSS software. From the results of calculations using the SPSS 24 program, it can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained is 0.868. The influence of motivation on the performance of PT. Cahaya Bintang Manise employees is 86.8% while the remaining 13.2% is influenced by factors or variables. others that were not investigated in this study. The results of this study prove that motivation has an effect on employee performance. Employees who have high motivation will have high performance at PT Cahaya Bintang Manise, Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency.

Abstract

Negeri Amet is one of the villages in Central Maluku Regency in Nusa Laut District. Service to the community is the main task that must be carried out by the staff of the Ameth government. In carrying out community service activities, good human resources are needed by preparing the staff of the Ameth Government to help people in need. People usually come to the office of the Ameth government to take care of population administration. The Ameth Country Management Information System was created to answer the problems that exist in Ameth Country related to population administration. In addition, this system is used to view the Ameth Country Citizen Profile Data. The purpose of this study is to conduct an analysis to produce an integrated state administration information system that can be accessed in real time. The study used to support this study uses the Waterfall model with stages such as: 1. System planning, planning related to resource requirements that will be used in the study 2. System analysis is a stage regarding the proposed framework of the system to be built 3. System design, talking about the design of the system to be built 4. System implementation is a stage where the system has been created and is ready to run 5. System maintenance talks about how to maintain applications that have been built, so as to produce a reliable State Ameth Management Information System that can support the service process for the people of the state of Ameth.
