Abstract

Impulsive buying is unplaned consumer buyingbehaviorwhich isinfluenced by some factors, such as physical and socialsurrounding stimulus. This research's purpose is to analyzephysicalandsocial surrondingtowards impulsive buying desicion.The research wasconducted inHypermart Ambon City Center Passo-Ambon City consumers. The sample was 97 respondents, and used purposive sampling method.Data was collected by questionnaire, interviews and documentation. Nextthe data was analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple regressionwith SPSS 16.The results show thatphysical and social surroundingssimultaneously and significantly impactimpulsive buying. The results fromthe partial test show that both physical surrounding and socialsurroundingsignificantly impactimpulsive buying.Keyword : Physical Surroundings, Social Surroundings, Impulsive Buying

Abstract

Organization member behavior determinesuccessfulness of hospital. Extra role behavior can increase organization performance by efficiency and effective in organization practice. Basic of extra role behavior is being conceptualized become Organizational Citizenship Behavior/ OCB. Some antecedent that can influence organization members to show the Organizational Citizenship Behavior is job satisfaction and organizational commitment.This research purpose is to analyze job satisfaction and organizational commitment towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The research conduct in RSUD dr. Haulussy Ambon, especially to nurse, the sample consist of 174 people as respondent. Data collected by questionnaire, interview and documentation, next the data in manner by using descriptive analysis and multiple regression.The analyze result show thatjob satisfactionand organizational commitmentsimultaneously significantly impactOrganizational Citizenship Behavior. The results from the partial test shown thatjob satisfaction and organizational commitmentsignificantly impactOrganizational Citizenship Behavior. Implication of this research to RSUD dr. Haulussy Ambon, it is the side of hospital can increased OCB nurse with increasing job satisfaction and nurse organizational commitment.Key Words : Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, OrganizationalCitizenship Behavior (OCB)

Abstract

Corporate culture covers trust, integrity, professionalism, customer focus and exellence. The purpose ofthis research was to know the influence of corporate culture to employee productivity at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Cabang Ambon. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Mandiri with 98 respondents. The data was collected by questionnaire, interview and documentation. It used regression to analyze. The result showed that corporate culture, consist of trust, integrity, professionalism, customer focus and exellence had positive influence simultaneously to employee productivity. Partiality, trust, integrity, professionalism, customer focus and exellence had positive influence to employee productivity. Integrity was a dominant variable which had positive influence to employee productivity.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of workplace spirituality, pela gandong culture and personality on employee performance. Sample in this research was nurses in Regional General Hospital dr. Haulussy Ambon, 131 people. Data were analyzed using the multiple regression with SPSS software. The results show that workplace spirituality, pela gandong culture and personality simultaneously affect performance. Workplace spirituality affects performance, pela gandong culture affects performance and personality affects performance. Workplace spirituality has a dominant affect on performance. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh spiritualitas di tempat kerja, budaya pela gandong dan kepribadian terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sampel penelitian adalah perawat rumah sakit dr. Haulussy Ambon yang berjumlah 131 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi ber- ganda dengan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan spiritualitas di tempat kerja, budaya pela gandong dan kepribadian secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Spiritualitas di tempat kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, budaya pela gandong berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dan kepribadian berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Spiritualitas di tempat kerja berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Abstrak: Credit Union Hati Amboina (CUHA) adalah salah satu koperasi di Maluku yang berdiri sejak tahun 2007 dan telah berbadan hukum. Dalam perkembangannya dan juga terkait pandemi Covid-19, koperasi CUHA mengalami masalah pada semua tingkatan, terutama pada permasalahan pelayanan dan teknologi. Permasalahan pada anggota yaitu kemampuan membayar yang mengalami penurunan, khususnya mereka yang mengandalkan upah harian akibat pembatasan sosial. Untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan ketrampilan anggota dalam menggunkan aplikasi digital, meningkatkan daya saing dari hasil produksi kelompok binaan melalui diklat kewirausahaan. Metode pelaksanaan program yang dilaksanakan terdiri dari serangkaian proses pengembangan teknologi mulai dari indentifikasi kebutuhan kelompok binaan, perancangan dan pembuatan website, pendampingan operasional dan implementasi teknologi. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini anggota sudah dapat menggunakan aplikasi belanja online, memanfaatkan lapak amboina untuk menjual produk, memiliki kemampuan berwirasuaha dan mampu menciptakan produk yang berkualitas.Abstract: Credit Union Hati Amboina (CUHA) is one of the cooperatives in Maluku which was established in 2007 and has been incorporated as a legal entity. In its development and also related to the Covid-19 pandemic, the CUHA cooperative has experienced problems at all levels, especially in terms of service and technology. The problem with members is that their ability to pay has decreased, especially those who rely on daily wages due to social restrictions. To improve the understanding and skills of members in using digital applications, increase the competitiveness of the production results of the assisted groups through entrepreneurship training. The program implementation method consists of a series of technology development processes starting from identifying the needs of the target group, designing and creating websites, operational assistance and technology implementation. With this service activity, members are able to use online shopping applications, take advantage of the Amboina stalls to sell products, have entrepreneurial skills and are able to create quality products.

Abstract

Successfulness and continuance of hospital it is very determined by organization member behavior. Practically, wrong behavior by organization member is an extra role behavior. This extra role behavior can increase organization performance by efficiency and effective in organization practice. Good quality of leadership, fulfilling job satisfaction and high commitment of organization from organization member can create good behavior. This research purpose is to analyze leadership influence, job satisfaction and organizational commitment towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior/OCB. The research conduct in RSUD dr. Haulussy Ambon, especially to nurse, the sample consist of 174 people as respondent. Data collected by questionnaire, interview and documentation, next the data in manner by using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The analysis result show that leadership have significant influence and positive towards OCB, job satisfaction have positive influenced towards OCB and organizational commitment have positive influence towards OCB. The analyze result either proving that leadership have indirect influence and positive towards OCB by job satisfaction, and also leadership have indirect influence and positive towards OCB by organizational commitment. In generally, organizational commitment gives biggest influence towards OCB.
