Abstract

Generation successor in possession spiritual values, intelligence, personality, control self, and vital skills in life public formed through role education. Progress technology information and communication has create innovation products and services that meet need man. Study This use method quantitative, namely Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), for test and validate proposed hypothesis. _ Study This use google form for collecting data on vocational school students in the district Jombang. Respondent in study This namely 356 respondents were used object study. Research result show that need for achievement can explain entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention Furthermore need for achievement will give more influence on entrepreneurial intention, if strengthened with entrepreneurial attitude as mediator variable

Abstract

Research Aims: This research aims to explore and improve understanding and competence in business education. With a focus on developing curricula that are relevant to industry needs and technological developments, this research will identify best practices in business teaching and learning. Design/methodology/approach: This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that with rapid changes in technology, global markets, and industrial dynamics, business education must continue to adapt so that students can face complex challenges and opportunities in the future. Research Findings: This research provides an opportunity to identify best practices, integrate the latest industry insights into the curriculum, and improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning methods. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: Thus, it is hoped that the research results can make a significant contribution to strengthening the existence of business education as a support for developing competent and adaptive human resources in a dynamic global context.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the effectiveness of implementing entrepreneurship education at Gudo Vocational School, Jombang in fostering entrepreneurial motivation in students. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews and observations of student participation in entrepreneurial activities. The research results show that entrepreneurship education at Gudo Vocational School has an impact on students' motivation to become entrepreneurs. Factors such as practical learning, coaching by experienced teachers, and stimulation to innovate encourage students to consider an entrepreneurial career. The implications of these findings emphasize the importance of strengthening entrepreneurship education in secondary education institutions, which can provide a strong foundation for students to develop entrepreneurial skills and prepare them to become key drivers in an economy based on creativity and innovation.
