Abstract

Kemampuan menggambar teknik merupakan kompetensi yang sangat penting bagi para siswa lulusan SMK. Oleh karena itu, para guru SMK diharapkan dapat menguasai kemampuan tersebut. Berdasarkan survei dan wawancara mengenai pembelajaran menggambar teknik di SMK YP Fatahillah 1 Cilegon, didapatkan informasi bahwa diperlukan adanya peningkatan kemampuan dari para guru dalam penguasaan kompetensi tersebut. Berdasarkan keadaan tersebut, Jurusan Teknik Mesin Untirta melaksanakan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelatihan menggambar teknik. Aplikasi yang diajarkan pada pelatihan ini yaitu software komputer berbasis CAD (Computer Aided Design). Peserta pada kegiatan ini adalah para guru dan laboran di SMK YP Fatahillah 1 Cilegon. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama tiga hari. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan penguasaan aplikasi berbasis CAD dari para guru berdasarkan evaluasi yang diberikan. The ability to draw technically is a very important competency for vocational school graduate students. Therefore, vocational school teachers are expected to be able to master these skills. Based on surveys and interviews regarding technical drawing learning at SMK YP Fatahillah 1 Cilegon, information was obtained that it was necessary to increase the abilities of teachers to master these competencies. Based on these conditions, the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Untirta, implemented a community service program through technical drawing training. The application taught in this training is CAD (Computer Aided Design) based computer software. Participants in this activity were teachers and laboratory assistants at SMK YP Fatahillah 1 Cilegon. Activities were carried out for three days. This training activity increases teachers' understanding and mastery of CAD-based applications based on the evaluation carried out.

Abstract

This activity aims to accommodate teenagers' high curiosity about the development of digital technology, especially in creating valuable content for marketing their products on the digital market. For these reasons, UPPA Hamzah held digital competency training for teenagers in RW 02, Cipayung sub-district, Ciputat District. This training activity consists of two sessions: a photography training session and training on using the Canva application to create digital content. This activity was carried out independently and presented three speakers from different backgrounds. Participant participation was identified based on the initial target number of participants, the number of participants who registered and attended the event, and the age range and gender ratio of the participants. In this activity, participants were trained to create digital content from the results of their photography using the Canva application installed on their cell phones. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengakomodir tingginya rasa keingintahuan remaja terhadap perkembangan teknologi digital, terutama dalam pembuatan konten yang bermanfaat untuk memasarkan produk-produk mereka di pasar digital. Berdasarkan alasan tersebut, UPPA Hamzah mengadakan pelatihan kompetensi digital untuk para remaja di RW 02 kelurahan Cipayung Kecamatan Ciputat. Kegiatan pelatihan ini terdiri dari dua sesi, yaitu sesi pelatihan fotografi dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Canva untuk membuat konten digital. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara swadaya dan menghadirkan tiga narasumber dari latar belakang yang berbeda. Partisipasi peserta yang hadir diidentifikasi berdasarkan target awal jumlah peserta dengan banyaknya peserta yang mendaftar dan hadir dalam acara, serta rentang usia dan rasio gender para peserta. Pada kegiatan ini, para peserta dilatih untuk mampu membuat konten digital dari hasil pengambilan fotografi sendiri menggunakan aplikasi Canva yang ditanam pada ponsel mereka.

Abstract

One of the components used in power plants in boilers is the water heater. Of course, it has a very important role in the power plant. Its function is that it is very tight in the steam power plant, making the air heater work 24 hours, so its use is quite important. Knowing the function and usefulness of the Air Heater is important enough to require proper preventive. PT. Indonesia Power Suralaya PGU applies very strict Maintenance because of the losses experienced if the plant has damage which causes the unit to be forced to stop then the loss experienced is also very large. Preventive Maintenance performed on the Air Heater is done by looking at the condition visually and sound as the cornerstone of the repair analysis so that the treatment effort can be done well in terms of tightening, lubricating, and cleaning 32 minutes is the effective time an inspection is carried out whether there is significant damage or not. At the PM in the Air Heater found the effective run time every day is 2 hours 59 minutes when no indication of damage is found.
