Abstract

One of the problems facing change in organizations is trying to match change models with practical experience. The change model will be related to the change process. One of the famous batik industries is in the city of Surakarta, namely the Laweyan batik village. The objectives of this research are as follows: (1) Identify the causes of organizational changes occurring in the batik industry. (2) Identifying the impact of organizational change on the Batik Industry (3) Analyzing the ongoing organizational change process in the batik industry. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a case study approach. The data needed for this research are primary data and secondary data

Abstract

Poverty is a major problem for countries throughout the world, developing countries themselves have a lot of poverty among their people. Poverty is a condition where a person cannot fulfill their basic needs such as clothing, food, shelter, health and education. One of the benchmarks for assessing the success of socio-economic development is poverty itself (Priseptian & Primandhana, 2022). The portrait of poverty in Indonesia's big cities is marked by the mushrooming of semi-permanent houses on riverbanks and along railway tracks. The portrait of poverty in post-reform Indonesia is at least reflected in the 2014 Human Development Index (HDI) data released by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). The causes of poverty in Indonesia after the reform era are caused by internal and external factors. From the causes of poverty, a) unemployment, b) crime, c) dropping out of school, d) poor health, e) the next generation will emerge.

Abstract

The research findings indicate that industrial patterns have a significant impact on companies, both positively and negatively. This study is expected to provide a better understanding for companies in facing changes in industrial patterns, thereby enhancing performance and competitiveness in fluctuating markets. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh net ekspor dan investasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia pada periode 2019-2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa net ekspor memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sedangkan investasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Investasi berkontribusi langsung terhadap peningkatan kapasitas produksi nasional dan Produk Domestik Bruto. Penelitian ini memberikan panduan kepada pemangku kebijakan dan pelaku usaha dalam mengelola strategi perdagangan dan investasi untuk mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions for artificial flower products, marketing strategies used, and challenges in production and distribution. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied through a case study on the Fake Flower Plastic business. Data were collected via interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. The results indicate that product quality, aesthetics, pricing, and social media influence significantly affect consumer decisions. Digital marketing via social media and influencer collaboration proved effective in reaching target consumers. Production challenges include raw material efficiency and sustainability, while distribution is hindered by logistics and packaging issues. The study recommends improving product quality, design innovation, and strengthening marketing and distribution strategies to support sustainable business growth.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the effect of Return On Equity (ROE) on stock prices at PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk during the 2021–2024 period. The background of this research emphasizes the importance of the capital market as a means of investment and a source of corporate funding, as well as the need for financial ratio analysis in investment decision-making. This research employs a quantitative approach using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression methods. The data analyzed includes the company's annual ROE and stock price values. The results indicate fluctuations in both ROE and stock prices over the period. Although ROE declined in 2022, it showed a subsequent upward trend. The drop in ROE during 2022 coincided with a sharp decline in stock prices, presumably due to unmet investor expectations. The main finding reveals a positive relationship between ROE and stock prices, where an increase in ROE tends to be followed by a rise in stock prices. This suggests that ROE is a crucial indicator for investors in evaluating company performance and investment prospects. The study concludes that improving capital utilization efficiency through a high ROE can enhance the attractiveness of a company's stock in the capital market.
