Abstract

RSUD Raden Mattaher Provinsi Jambi is a hospital owned by the Jambi Provincial Government located in the city of Jambi, established in 1948 with type C and joined with the Dinas Kesehatan Tentara (DKT). On November 19, 1972 it was moved to Jl. Lt. Gen. Suprapto No. 31 Telanaipura Jambi. This hospital was built on a land area of + 75,000 M2 with a building area of + 41,590 M2. Jaminan Kesehatan Provinsi (JAMKESPROV) is a health care effort whose financing is managed in an integrated manner. In addition, JAMKESPROV is a guarantee program for the payment of health care costs provided by the Jambi Provincial Government to the people of Jambi. The target of the Jamkesda Program is all people of Jambi Province who do not have health insurance in the form of Jamkesmas, ASKES and other health insurance. The Jambi Province Health Insurance program has weaknesses, among others, participant data is still not accurate, socialization is not optimal, and there are fees for getting cards. In addition, other problems are that there are participants who do not use the card when seeking treatment, the presence of Jamkesmas patients who incur costs, and the poor quality of service for Jamkesmas patients. To solve the problems that occur the authors conduct research and design a Decision Support System for Determining Acceptance of Public Health Insurance in the Health Sector with the SAW method. It is hoped that it can provide input and speed up the requirements process in supporting the decision of the recipient of the Public Health Insurance at RSUD Raden Mattaher Provinsi Jambi. And an alternative is to improve the Public Health Insurance service in determining who is entitled to Health Insurance at Raden Mattaher Hospital, Jambi Province. In this study, the UML (Unified Modeling Language) system modeling method includes Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams.

Abstract

AJB. Bumiputera 1912 is one of the national companies engaged in insurance. Improving the quality of Human Resources, one of which is through the assessment of the best employees, is a non-negotiable priority if the company wants to get maximum business results and loyal employees. So far, the employee performance appraisal process is based on the assessment of the criteria for the last one year that has been determined based on the decision letter of the board of directors and contained in the Work Assessment Sheet (LPK) and the assessment is limited to the basis for determining periodic salary increases. This results in employees not being motivated to give their best and career stagnation. Based on these conditions, a decision support system for selecting the best employees is needed that can help managers determine the best employees based on existing criteria. So the final result of this research is the design of a decision support system for selecting the best employees with the SMART method which aims to facilitate decision makers in determining the best employees accurately and consistently.

Abstract

Icha Mobilindo is a company engaged in the sale of used cars and has several branches in the city of Jambi. And now there is a problem, namely the process of selecting the best used car, there is no computerized system and not yet using a decision support system method so that the selection of the best used car cannot be measured, and due to the large number of available car choices, consumers are confused about choosing based on the criteria they want. Therefore, this study aims to provide a solution to the problems that occur by offering a decision support system for the selection of used cars using the analytical hierarchy process method. The author develops the system with the prototype method and uses a unified model language system model approach using use case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. The new system produces output that can display existing used car data, admin data, criteria data, alternative data, used car assessment data and used car ranking results with the analytical hierarchy process method that contributes to the company to increase sales.

Abstract

BLK is a government institution that provides free training to the community to improve the quality of human resources. In the running system there are obstacles in the process of selecting prospective students where parties must be able to select participants who are deemed worthy of training with specified criteria such as last education, age, economic background, and basic abilities of participants regarding the basic abilities of students. vocational they take through the results of the vocational examinations that are held. Based on these problems, a decision support system for the selection of training participants is needed so that it can assist BLK Muaro Bungo in producing accurate information so that it can be used in making education and training student admission selection decisions. The purpose of this study was to design a prototype for a student selection training decision support system using the SAW method and the UML system modeling tool. The result of this research is a prototype design of a decision support system for the student training selection process using SAW calculations so that it can become information that can be used in decision making by BLK Muaro Bungo.

Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Program Scholarship Program (PIP) aims to provide access to academic potential to economically or economically disadvantaged communities to higher education to break the poverty chain. The program follows the receiver's pick-up philosophy. The selection process of prospective PIP scholarship recipients is based on criteria set by the Ministry of Research and Technology and Sma Negeri 1 Sungai Penuh. There are various steps in the decision support system, one of which is the profile matching procedure. The basic concept of the profile matching method assumes that the subject studied has an ideal level of predictor that must be met, and there is no minimum level that needs to be met or skipped. Checking is done using student data of prospective recipients of alternative scholarships standardized according to the type of criteria attribute. The calculation process provides the final result, i.e. the number of matrices normalized using weights per criterion. It shows the alternative ratings of grantees. The results of this study are expected to help decision-making in identifying poor grantees.
