Abstract

From the information system of the payment administration fee education that runs current payment information is only conveyed to students, then students convey to their parents or guardian and the obstacles most often felt are difficulties Interms of recording and reporting to the leadership and the search for students ' payment data takes a long time because the payment data is recorded in a book so that the officer must search the data one by one. Based on the problems above, the author proposed a payment system for Web-based education and SMS gateways at PondokPesantren Al-Anwar Petanang that can assist in providing solutions to the problems that occur. In this research, the author uses a Unified Modelling Language (UML) modeling tool. This research resulted in a prototype that can be further implemented so as to generate the administrative information system of payment fees for Web-based education and SMS gateways at PondokPesantren Al-Anwar Petanang.

Abstract

AbstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan Dolibarr Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) dalam pengelolaan menu makanan, minuman, serta pemasok pada Warna Warni Resto sebagai salah satu UMKM di sektor kuliner. Sebelum sistem diterapkan, proses pengelolaan menu dan pemasok masih dilakukan secara manual dan terpisah, sehingga sering menimbulkan permasalahan berupa ketidaksesuaian data antara menu dan persediaan bahan baku, keterlambatan dalam pengambilan keputusan, serta potensi kesalahan pencatatan operasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Penerapan Dolibarr ERP difokuskan pada modul Products & Services untuk pengelolaan data menu serta modul Third Parties untuk pengelolaan data pemasok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Dolibarr ERP mampu meningkatkan keteraturan dan keterpaduan data menu dan pemasok, mempermudah pemantauan informasi operasional, serta membantu pemilik usaha dalam mengambil keputusan secara lebih tepat dan berbasis data. Oleh karena itu, Dolibarr ERP dapat menjadi alternatif solusi sistem informasi yang efektif bagi UMKM restoran dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas pengelolaan usaha.Kata Kunci: Dolibarr ERP, UMKM, Menu Makanan dan Minuman, Pemasok, Sistem InformasiAbstractThis study aims to examine the implementation of Dolibarr Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in managing food and beverage menus as well as suppliers at Warna Warni Resto, an MSME in the culinary sector. Prior to the system implementation, menu and supplier management was carried out manually and separately, which often caused problems such as data inconsistencies between menus and raw material inventory, delays in decision-making, and potential errors in operational records. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, with data collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The implementation of Dolibarr ERP focuses on the Products & Services module for menu data management and the Third Parties module for supplier data management. The results indicate that the use of Dolibarr ERP improves data organization and integration of menu and supplier information, facilitates operational monitoring, and assists business owners in making more accurate and data-driven decisions. Therefore, Dolibarr ERP can serve as an effective information system solution for restaurant MSMEs to enhance operational efficiency and business management quality.Keyword: Dolibarr ERP, MSMEs, Food and Beverage Menu, Suppliers, Information System
