The Muaro Jambi District Attorney's Office in processing data for monitoring and evaluating the revenue and expenditure budget still uses the help of Microsoft Excel, there are several obstacles, namely frequent errors in the calculation of the realization of budget absorption every month and the lack of control from the Technical Implementation Officer of Activities in each field in controlling the budget that has been planned in advance, so that there are often delays in budget disbursement and reporting accuracy. The purpose of the research is to analyze and design a prototype of an information system for monitoring and evaluating revenue and expenditure budgets. The research method uses the prototype development method and the unified model language system model using usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The results of the conclusion of the system development can display staff data, division data, revenue type data, revenue budget data, expenditure type data, expenditure budget data and produce reports that can be printed according to their needs. The development of information technology, especially the use of the system allows the data processing become more efficient, faster and accurate than the system that is still done manually. One is the Academic Information System is used to provide ease of data processing. With a design that takes into account the facility and understanding of the human resources that will use this information system is expected to run well if it will be implemented. This study proposes an analysis and design of a prototype of a system of academic information in SMKN 6 Muaro which provides convenience in data processing and obtain information.

Jambi City Yadika High School is a special institution to provide educational knowledge to students under the supervision of teachers located in Jambi City, having its address at Jalan Maya, South Lingkar, South Jambi. The process of processing school financial administration often experiences various obstacles. Constraints that often occur include student payments such as Education Development Donations as well as payment of building fees and school financial reporting. The benefits of the research carried out are improving the quality of service to students, managing student financial administration data to be relatively faster and accurate, and student finance administration can be known simply by accessing a web page, without having to come to the administration section. The purpose of the research is to design the Analysis and Design of a Web-Based Student Financial Administration Information System at Yadika High School Jambi City. The method uses a prototype. The results of the research are data processing applications that have been designed to facilitate data processing and report generation. Suggestions before using the application, it is better for the user to get training first so that it can be operated optimally.

Family planning services are one of the basic health services, so the Ministry of Health has established family planning as one of the mandatory health programs that must be supported. One of the supporting factors for improving the quality of family planning and reproductive health services is the availability of drugs and contraceptives in the family planning warehouse. For this reason, optimal management of drugs and contraceptives is required. The management system for drugs and contraceptives at the Jambi City Population Control and Family Planning Service is still done manually and using Microsoft Office Excel so that the management and reporting of drugs is still not optimal. This research produces a prototype that can be implemented further so as to produce a web-based drug and contraceptive management information system at the Jambi City Population Control and Family Planning Office.

The process of managing student financial administration at ABC Elementary School is currently still manual, that is, it still uses books and is not well computerized. This resulted in problems, namely the administrative process took a long time and all parties could not get financial information quickly and accurately. This study aims to analyze and design a student financial administration information system which is expected to make it easier for all parties in the administrative management process. The method used in this research is prototype. Design tools using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and Adobe XD. This system provides services in the form of a menu login, register, upload transactions, manage transactions and print transactions. It is hoped that the design of this information system can be developed so that it becomes an application that can be used and applied to ABC Elementary School and for further research it can design an overall system that is integrated with other Information Systems that summarizes all business processes in school.

PT Sumber Rejeki Tirta is a company that provides b-one brand drinking water. However, in the process of selling, borrowing, processing and producing gallons, they still use the manual method. The purpose of this study is to design and implement a stock information system that suits the company's needs in managing data on purchases, processes, production, reuse, sales, can repair goods and recalls in order to help companies do better in doing their jobs. The system modeling uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) which consists of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams, with a waterfall design. The research resulted in a stock management information system program that was able to overcome the deficiencies contained in the previous system and was able to maximize the transaction data management process and help facilitate work at PT Sumber Rejeki Tirta

The need for information quickly encourages companies or organizations to create new services in order to obtain information accurately and efficiently. The problem found in the research object of the Kria Yudha Nusantara Foundation is that it has not been able to produce the presentation of accounting reports related to petty cash disbursements quickly, precisely and accurately because the report management process is carried out manually using Microsoft Ecxel 2010 which makes it difficult to find, display and print report data every month. Therefore, a petty cash accounting information system is needed to facilitate the admin of the Kria Yudha Nusantara Foundation in managing petty cash reports. Using an object-oriented approach (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to produce a prototype of a petty cash accounting information system design with a fluctuating method designed to manage adequate petty cash receipts and disbursements in order to monitor and control cash funds small.

The asset management system at SMK Negeri 1 Merangin is still done manually so it has problems such as duplication of asset data in the recording process, the occurrence of damage, and data borrowing as a result of the existing storage media only in the form of archived documents, difficulties in making reports and the possibility of missing reports. that has been made so that it takes more time in its implementation. Based on the existing problems, an asset management information system is needed that can assist in minimizing the existing problems. This study uses modeling tools in the form of Usecase diagrams, Activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The results of this study are in the form of a prototype design of an asset management information system that can be implemented later as a solution to existing problems.

Company Rudi Agung Agralaksana is a company engaged in palm oil, which produces products in the form of Crude Palm Oil (CPO), kernels, shells. These products are Half finished products that must be processed further in order to become products that are ready to be sold to the public. Where the utilization of payroll system technology in Company Rudi Agung Agralaksana is still not good, and has several obstacles such as the storage of different files every month makes financial admins become confused in the payroll and reporting system, Some obstacles also often occur such as misunderstandings between financial admins and employees, sometimes financial admins also often forget to cut employee salaries due to different salary files every month. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design Web-based payroll information systems at company Rudi Agung Agralaksana. From these problems, research is carried out to analyze and design payroll information systems based on WEB using the Prototype method. research is a designof web based Payroll Information System to facilitate the financial admin, personnel and leaders in managing and viewing payroll systems.

Financial management at the Bank Jambi Employee Cooperative still uses a manual system using notebooks and Microsoft Excel. This method is less effective because the savings and loan transactions that occur are getting higher and more complex. With the increase in savings and loan transactions, the manual transaction settlement process takes a long time to validate from the loan application process, registration of new members and presentation of information related to member data, checking the amount of deposits, and loan reports which are carried out directly by visiting the cooperative office, thus causing delays in the management of the savings and loan transaction process stage and the presentation of information or reports produced is less than optimal.â€ The role of the system is to use Unified Modeling Language tools, to explain various functions of the system and produce a prototype of a savings and loan information system at the Bank Jambi Employee Cooperative. The design of this Savings and Loans information system is website-based. This web-based design of the Employee Cooperative Savings and Loans Information System of Bank Jambi can be used to improve the performance of the Bank Jambi Employee Cooperative because with this information system design, the recording of savings and loan transactions becomes faster and more accurate and reporting becomes easier and can also improve services to cooperative members, because members can apply for loans, view data on deposits, loans and installments online without having to come to the Bank Jambi Employee Cooperative office.
