Abstract

In the school environment, teaching and learning activities take place. Teaching and learning activities will not run smoothly and the objectives of these activities will not be achieved without learning motivation from students. So it can be concluded that the school environment can influence students' learning motivation. This study aims to determine the significant influence of the school environment on student motivation SMP. The research design used in this study is associative causal (causal), associative causal research is a type of research that aims to determine the relationship of a variable to other variables. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaire, and interview techniques. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, and t-test. The results of the calculation of the validity of the instrument using the SPSS product moment formula obtained the r count results in the Extraction column which is for the school environment with the results of item 1 = 0. 372, so also with the learning motivation for item 1 = 0.401, and so on, rtable for N = 3 9 with a significant level of 5% is 0.3 16, then after a comparison is done and it turns out that r count> rtable are all valid. While the reliability test results using Cronbach Alpha (SPSS formula) it is known that the school environment has an alpha of 0, 833. A variable is said to be reliable if it gives a value greater than 0.60. Based on the results of research and data analysis conducted, obtained values for hypothesis testing using SPSS t count = 1,696 with a significance level of 5% (2-tailed) = 0,000 which is tcount (2-tailed) <t table which means that Ha is accepted and Ho refused. T-test, the results obtained that a value of 1.696 is greater than I ttable = 1.689, with a significance value of 0.005 <0.05, which means that the hypothetical is that there is an influence of the school environment on student motivation is accepted.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in developing the quality of human resources, and it can also support the achievement of national development. Achieving national development through education requires the empowerment of qualified human resources. This study aims to determine the influence of teacher presence on student learning interest. This type of research uses quantitative research using an expostfacto approach. The sample of this study was 66 students of MTS Raudlatul Wathoni Taman Sari consisting of three classes, namely VII, VIII, and IX with a total population of 66 students. In collecting data, researchers used questionnaires and documents as instruments. The data analysis technique used a descriptive data analysis method carried out with the steps of normality testing, homogeneity testing, and hypothesis testing. After collecting and processing the data, researchers found that the hypothesis test showed r count = 1.284 and r table = 0.224. Thus, the initial hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and the alternative hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between teacher presence and student learning interest at MTS Raudlatul Wathoni Taman Sari.

Abstract

Partisipasi pemuda dalam bidang sosial, pendidikan, dan kebudayaan menjadi aspek penting dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang harmonis dan berdaya saing tinggi. Namun, tantangan globalisasi dan modernisasi sering kali menyebabkan pergeseran nilai dan berkurangnya keterlibatan pemuda dalam pelestarian budaya serta kegiatan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi inovatif Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) dalam meningkatkan partisipasi pemuda di bidang sosial, pendidikan, dan kebudayaan di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Partisipasi pemuda yang rendah dalam kegiatan sosial, pendidikan nonformal, dan pelestarian budaya menjadi latar belakang penting yang melandasi penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi untuk mengeksplorasi strategi HMI dalam pemberdayaan pemuda. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pengurus HMI, anggota aktif, tokoh masyarakat, serta pemuda lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa HMI menerapkan strategi inovatif melalui program pelatihan kepemimpinan, kampanye literasi, pelestarian budaya lokal, dan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak. Strategi tersebut terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterlibatan pemuda meskipun dihadapkan pada beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan perubahan gaya hidup generasi muda.

Abstract

Digital information technology has become a digital marketing medium for educational service institutions, in introducing and improving the image of education. This study aims to describe the strategies implemented by MA Ar-Rusdiny NW Segaet to increase the competitiveness and interest of new students in the digital era and identify obstacles and solutions encountered in its implementation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the strategies used by the madrasah to increase the number of students include a socio-religious approach through active participation in community activities, the use of social media by teachers, and the dissemination of personal and emotional information to prospective parents. This strategy is considered effective because it strengthens community trust in the madrasah. Obstacles faced include limited facilities, low digital literacy, teacher discipline, and the economic conditions of the surrounding community. As a solution, the madrasah implemented a discipline reporting system that involves students, provides assistance to underprivileged students, and strengthens the emotional bond between the madrasah and the community. This study concludes that strategies based on socio-religious values ​​and a family-like approach are key to increasing the competitiveness and interest of students in rural areas, especially in the digital era.

Abstract

Education has a very important role for humans, both formal and non-formal, to develop basic abilities, both physical and spiritual, which can be developed as optimally as possible, so that humans can carry out their duties in life in the world. The aim of this research is to find out: what is the role of PAI teachers in efforts to build discipline character, responsibility, and supporting and inhibiting factors in the school. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research subjects were school principals, head of student affairs and students. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the research show that PAI teachers in their efforts to develop disciplined and responsible character demonstrate their roles, namely: the role of educator, the role of model and role model, and the role of motivator. In this effort to build character, there are supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. Supporting factors come from teachers, parents, the environment. Then the inhibiting factor comes from peers.
