Abstract

This study is aimed at finding out (1)  the effect of STAD and Jigsaw cooperatives learning toward economics learning achievement; (2) the effect of high and low motivations toward economics learning achievement; (3) the interaction between motivation and teaching learning, STAD and Jigsaw types toward economics learning achievement. This study was quantitative research by using experiment method. The population of the study was all students of tenth grade of SMA Negeri 1 Keruak Lombok Timur, in the academic year 2012/2013, the sample was determined by using cluster random sampling and got 2 classes. The teaching learning model in the first experimental class used STAD of XB consisting of 36 students while in the second experimental class used Jigsaw of XF consisting of 35 students.The techniques of collecting data were test for economics achievement, questionnaires for students’ motivation, and documentation. To analyze the hypothesis, the researcher used two-way analysis of variance with a 2x2 factorial design and the significant level was 5%.  The prerequisite test of normality and homogeneity were analyzed by using SPSS 17 software.  From the analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) there is effect of STAD and Jigsaw cooperatives learning toward economics learning achievement; (2) there is effect of high and low motivations toward economics learning achievement; (3) there is no interaction between motivation and teaching learning types STAD and Jigsaw toward economics learning achievement.

Abstract

Children are the next generation for the family, nation, and religion, thus children need to receive good parenting from their parents, so that when they grow and develop into adults, they will become humans who have strong personalities and have various kinds of useful abilities and skills. This study aims to determine the parenting pattern in shaping children's character and the implications of parenting patterns on children's character in Class IV MI NW Keruak. This type of research is qualitative research, a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. This research was conducted by collecting data in a reasonable state, using a systematic, directed, and accountable working method, so that it does not lose its scientific nature or a series of activities or processes of collecting data/information that is reasonable. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation methods, and documentation methods. The research analysis results show that the formation of children's character tends to be influenced by the form of parenting patterns at home. Parenting patterns can be defined as patterns of interaction between children and parents which include providing physical needs (such as eating, drinking, and others) and psychological needs (such as a sense of security, affection, and others), as well as socialization of norms that apply in society so that children can live in harmony with their environment. In other words, parenting patterns also include patterns of interaction between parents and children in the context of children's character education. It can be concluded and understood that the parenting pattern of parents towards the character formation of grade IV MI Keruak children has been done well. This is proven by the fact that children have begun to be able to speak politely and behave well to everyone, are not selfish, respect others, and are disciplined in everyday life.

Abstract

The principal of the madrasah as a leader of institution education must be responsible for answers to all madrasa activities. He has authority and responsibility answer full for organizing all activity education in the madrasa environment he leads. Goals the study is to know the role and strategy of the madrasa head in creating culture-inclusive learning for students at MTs NW Senyiur. The research methods used are qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques use technique interviews, observations, and documentation. Data is analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal conclusion. Research results show that the head of the madrasa runs his role in creating culture-inclusive learning for students that is as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator through application values. Conclusions of study These are 1) students' attitude reception themselves and be accepted into the madrasa, 2) students have a sense of trust in themselves at the madrasa, 3) students grow to become characters who are caring, empathetic, and mutual help, 4) students own ability for express opinion in a way constructive 5) students trained and have ability cooperate and respect.

Abstract

Education is something that everyone must follow. With adequate education, a person will be able to answer global challenges in life. With this education, a person's honor and dignity will be raised, the lower a person's level of education, the more dignity in their environment will also be. This research aims to determine the improvement in learning outcomes and problem-solving abilities through the application of thorough learning in Class X MAS NW Penendem students. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of two cycles and each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The object of this research was determined by taking class X, totaling 23 students. The instruments used for data collection in this research were observation sheets and teacher and student tests. The results of this research were obtained in the first cycle, of the 23 students who took the evaluation test for learning outcomes, 17 students completed it and 6 students did not complete it with an average score of 71 ≤ 75. Meanwhile, for the classical percentage it was 73.91% ≤ 85 %, this means that for evaluating learning outcomes using a KKM of 75 and a KKM of 85%, it can be said to be incomplete and for problem-solving in cycle I the average score is 73.04 with a completion percentage of 60%. This value does not meet the classical learning completeness requirements, namely 85%. 16 students got a score ≥ 75, including the completed study category, and 7 students got a score ≤ 75, including the incomplete learning category. From the second cycle analysis, of the 23 students who took the evaluation test, the average evaluation score was 81.30 with a percentage of 95%. This result shows that the requirements for learning completeness have been achieved, namely 85%, 22 students got a learning result score ≥ 75 Meanwhile, for problem-solving abilities, the average student score is 83 with the percentage of many students completing 96%, and included in the complete learning category.

Abstract

Village Enterprises (BUMDes) are legal entities and are not Again business entities where BUMDes in a way independently manage asset villages, manage efforts, and can weave partnerships with wide companies and institutions private others with the objective can increasing sumder power man in give birth to creative and innovative ideas for develop potentials village. This research aims to determine the implementation of management in business entities owned by Tanjung Luar Village to increase the village's original income and also to what extent these business entities owned by Tanjung Luar Village play a role in increasing the village's original income. In research this, the researcher used method qualitative with method descriptive as well as analysis. Next, the data is taken with technique data collection via observation, interviews, and documentation that the subject study researcher is the head of Tanjung Luar village, chairman of BUMDes, and related people with BUMDes Tanjung Luar village. From the results of the research obtained, implementation management in Tanjung Luar village does not walk with Good so the impact role of BUMDes in adding income original village is no good. For That needs to be implemented implementation management with OK, OK That planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Abstract

Education is one activity that is universal in the life of humans, anywhere There is society, there is also education. Many countries recognize that problem education Is a complicated issue, however, everything feels that education is the State's very duty petting, a nation that wants to progress, build, and try to improve circumstances in society and the world, of course, the state that education is key, and without key business, they will fail. This research is a type of experiment that aims to determine the effect of using an integrated learning model on student learning achievement. Subject study This is student Class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Jerowaru, totaling 68, were selected sample. Class experiment 35 people and classes control 33 people. Data collection techniques use observation and tests. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests using the t-test formula. The research results obtained an average value for the class experiment = 61.37. Whereas For class control average value = 43.12, there is a difference or difference in average value between class experiments and classes control equal to = 18.25 and results from hypothesis testing using t-test formula = 4.62 of results study can conclude that the learning model integrated (integrated) effective to performance Study student.

Abstract

The principal as a leader in an educational institution has a very dominant role in improving the quality of education, therefore a professional principal is needed who is able to manage all school resources so that they can function well, to support the achievement of the expected school goals. This research was conducted to know the planning and implementation of the Principal in increasing the potential for organizing students in Keruak MI NW and how to evaluate The principal in expanding the potential for organizing students in MI NW Keruak. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely data collected in words, and images, not numbers. The research subjects were the principal of MI NW Keruak. This study emphasizes the role of the school principal in improving or developing organizations or extracurricular activities at school. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and documentation methods, then processed with descriptive analysis to describe every data obtained. Based on data analysis in the field can be explained that the planning of the principal in attracting students to be motivated in organizing in MI NW Keruak, namely a principal must be required to be an inspiration, motivator, and collaborator. The process of increasing the potential for organizing students who have committed school principals, namely: good managerial and structural management, student management in increasing interest and organizational potential, management of education and education personnel in expanding the potential for organizing students, management Facilities and infrastructure in increasing the potential of students, financing management in expanding the potential for organizing students and environmental management. The evaluation carried out by the Principal in expanding the potential for organizing students in the MI NW Keruak, which is done through several steps, namely: Monitoring student participation in organizational activities, assessing the effectiveness of extracurricular programs that support the development of student organizational skills, self-assigning regular meetings with students to listen to their input about the needs and expectations related to the organization of students, evaluating the progress of students in achieving the objectives of the organization that have been determined, encouraging student leadership through training and glance and conducting surveys or interviews with students to get feedback about their experience in organizing in school.

Abstract

Teachers are required to be able to understand, master, and be able to use the available tools in an effort to achieve the expected teaching objectives. For that, teachers must have sufficient knowledge and understanding of learning media. This study aims to determine the effect of computer animation learning media on the learning outcomes of class XI students of SMAN 1 Keruak. This study was conducted at SMAN 1 Keruak. The research method used was a quasi-experimental study, involving 58 students of class XI IPS2 and XI IPS3 which were determined by cluster random sampling technique. Class XI IPS2 as the experimental class and XI IPS3 as the control class. The design of this study was a "nonequvalent control group design". The instrument in this study was a learning outcome test. Data were analyzed by t-test. Based on the results of data analysis, the learning outcomes of students in the experimental group were higher (mean 73.84, median 77.49, mode 90.5) than the control group (mean 67.57, median 71.5, mode 73.17) and from the results of the "t" test calculation, the tcount value was 2.15 while the ttable was 2.033 at a significant level of 0.05 or tcount>ttable or (2.15>2.033). So it can be concluded to reject Ho and accept Ha which states that there is a positive and significant influence of the use of computer animation learning media on the economic learning outcomes of class XI students of SMAN 1 Keruak. This shows that learning with computer animation learning media has a positive or significant influence on students' economic learning outcomes.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in creating an intelligent, peaceful, open, and democratic life. Therefore, educational reform must be continuously implemented to improve the quality of national education. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the cooperative learning model of the coop-coop type on the learning outcomes of Economics of class XI students of MA Palapa Nusantara. This study is an experimental study involving 72 students of class XI1 and XI2 of MA Palapa Nusantara who were determined by random sampling technique, namely class XI1 as the experimental class and class XI2 as the control class. The research design used is "nonequivalent control group design". Initial data were collected from the results of semester test scores (pre-test) then the final data were obtained from the results of the final test (post-test). Data were analyzed by t-test. Based on the results of data analysis, the average value of the experimental group was 74.86 and the control group 49.86. While the results of the hypothesis test obtained > namely 6.25 > 1.74. This means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted (Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted), meaning that the Coop-Coop Cooperative Learning Model is Effective on Student Learning Outcomes in the Economics Subject of Class XI MA Palapa Nusantara

Abstract

Study aim for know how field waka planning studentship in enhancement quality of OSIM, implementation of student programs in enhancement OSIM quality and field deputy strategy evaluation studentship in enhancement OSIM quality at MA Palapa Nusantara NW Selebung. Types of research This is qualitative. technique data collection used use method interviews, observation, and documentation. data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal conclusion. whereas checking wetness study uses triangulation, persistence observation, and approach based on forever study. Results of the study show that management deputy head of field Strategy studentship in enhancement OSIM quality at MA Palapa Nusantara NW Selebung namely: 1) Field waka planning studentship in increase the quality of the OSIS at MA Palapa Nusantara NW Selebung with carry out meeting, handover design to Head schools and outreach programs to OSIM member. 2) Implementation of the field waka strategy studentship in enhancement OSIS quality is appropriate with planning beginning. In implementing the OSIM program, the OSIM Advisor and Deputy Head of Student Affairs always guide and supervise the course of the program. 3) Evaluation of Deputy Head of Field Strategy studentship in enhancement OSIM quality at MA Palapa Nusantara NW Selebung held after program implementation.
