Abstract

Abstract Hospital outpatient registration services are a phenomenon that refers to the actions or activities of a system within a hospital or health service facility which aims to maintain and improve health, prevent and cure disease and restore health. Outpatient care is a medical service provided to patients not in the form of inpatient care. This study aims to see an overview of outpatient registration services at Santa Elisabeth Hospital, Medan. This research uses a descriptive design with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consisted of 30 patients. In this research, researchers collected data using a questionnaire. This research was conducted in June 2024. The data was analyzed univariably. The research results showed that there were 15 patients who received good and good service (50%), 10 patients received adequate service (33.33%) and 5 patients received poor service (16.66%). In this case, Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan must continue to maintain good and friendly services and improve poor services.

Abstract

Time corruption is a phenomenon that refers to actions or activities that waste or squander time without providing value or useful results. Time corruption is something that is difficult to find, especially in students who are still not good at carrying out their duties well. This research aims to see the picture of corruption during the MIK study program students at STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan. This research uses a descriptive design with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people. In this research, researchers collected data using a questionnaire. This research was conducted in March 2023. Data was analyzed univariably. The research results showed that there were 12 students who had good and good times of corruption (40%), 11 people had sufficient times of corruption (36.67) and 7 people experienced corruption when they were poor (23.33). In this case, MIK students must continue to maintain and implement the time corruption that has been carried out and try to properly improve the time corruption that is still being carried out.

Abstract

Abstract School snacks are one of the issues that need to be addressed by society, especially parents, educators, and school administrators. These snack foods are prepared and sold by street vendors on the streets or in public places and are eaten or consumed immediately. Generally, snack foods are ready-to-eat foods. Healthy snacks are foods that have the following characteristics: Free from flies, ants, cockroaches, and other animals that can carry germs; Free from dirt and dust; Foods that are steamed, boiled, or fried using sufficient heat, meaning not half-cooked; and Served using clean plates that have been washed with clean water beforehand. This research aims to maintain and improve overall body health, especially regarding healthy snacks at ASISI CATHOLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL MEDAN. This research uses an educational design. The research was conducted in April 2025. The results of this study show that almost all elementary school children are aware of what healthy snacks they can consume or eat every day. In this case, ASISI CATHOLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL MEDAN has implemented and carried out healthy snacks by requiring elementary school children to bring food from home.
