Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the measurement of the financial performance of the Depok City Government during the 2019-2022 period with value of money measurement indicators using the calculation of three ratios, namely: independence, effectiveness, and efficiency. This research uses descriptive quantitative data analysis method with secondary data processed and obtained from ppid.depok.go.id. The results of this study indicate that Depok City Government finances have a good level of independence, a very effective level of effectiveness but have an inefficient level of efficiency. Financial performance is still inefficient because the amount of expenditure realization is still high and there is no effort to cut expenditure spending each year to improve the efficiency of financial performance.

Abstract

Good governance digambarkan sebagai sistem tata kelola yang baik untuk pemerintah atau bisnis komersial, yang diukur dengan indikator-indikator tertentu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan rencana pada penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governance. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan lima indikator utama: transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsivitas, efektivitas dan efisiensi, dan partisipasi dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan publik di Puskesmas Baktijaya Kota Depok. Studi ini memanfaatkan pendekatan deskriptif dengan desain studi literatur kualitatif guna mengkaji bagaimana penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governance pada kualitas pelayanan publik di Puskesmas Baktijaya Kota Depok, melalui pengumpulan data dari beragam sumber, termasuk jurnal ilmiah, dokumen resmi, dan data statistik. Puskesmas Baktijaya Kota Depok telah cukup mahir dalam mengadopsi konsep Good governance untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa bagaimana penerapan prinsip-prinsip Good governance dapat memperbaiki transparansi informasi, akuntabilitas pelayanan, daya tanggap terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat, efektivitas dan efisiensi pelayanan, serta partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses pemberian pelayanan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dapat menjadi sumber referensi bagi pihak-pihak yang tertarik untuk memperbaiki kualitas pelayanan publik lainnya.

Abstract

Based on the explanation of the findings above, it can be concluded that: Bogor City's financial performance is measured by economic indicators from 2020 to 2022, reaching an average of 68.5%, this figure is included in the economic category because the level of independence ratio is below 100%. Bogor City's financial performance as measured by the level of efficiency ratio in 2020 to 2022 shows an average efficiency level of 101% and the higher the efficiency level, it falls into the non-efficiency category, because it is more than 100%. Bogor City's financial performance is measured by the effectiveness ratio in 2020 to 2022 from the overall average which reached an effective ratio of 110.3% and is included in the effective category because the effective ratio is above 100%.
