Abstract

The collection of data plays a crucial role as a source of information and a supervisory tool essential for an organization to carry out various tasks, such as planning, data analysis, development, policy formulation, and decision-making. Ineffectiveness in its management can have a negative impact on the image and reputation of the organization or institution. An example of this can be observed in the management of incoming and outgoing documentations. The Document Archive Information System is developed using the waterfall approach, with the Personal Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language. Visual Studio Code serves as the editor in the design process, while MySQL is integrated as the database system. The expectation is that this system will make a positive contribution to improving the quality of services provided by the Regional Revenue Office of South Sumatra Province to the public.

Abstract

Jaringan wireless memberikan kemudahan akses data yang cepat dan fleksibel tanpa memerlukan kabel fisik. Namun, seiring bertambahnya jumlah perangkat dan volume data yang harus dikelola, PT Sinar Alam Permai Palembang menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga kinerja dan keandalan jaringan. Perusahaan telah menggunakan teknologi wireless modern untuk mendukung kegiatan operasional, salah satunya dengan aplikasi Ekahau Site Survey. Aplikasi ini membantu merencanakan jaringan Wi-Fi, memetakan pancaran sinyal access point, serta mempertimbangkan pengaruh material bangunan terhadap kualitas jaringan. Meskipun jaringan tersebut menawarkan fleksibilitas dan mobilitas tinggi bagi karyawan, masalah seperti kecepatan yang tidak stabil, jangkauan sinyal yang terbatas, dan gangguan koneksi masih sering terjadi. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap infrastruktur jaringan wireless diperlukan guna mengidentifikasi kelemahan yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai kondisi jaringan wireless di PT Sinar Alam Permai dan menemukan solusi efektif guna meningkatkan performa jaringan, sehingga dapat mendukung penerapan teknologi masa depan seperti Internet of Things (IoT) dan sistem berbasis cloud.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis is used to determine the responses or opinions of a group or individual regarding a topic of discussion in the context of the entire document. The Indihome TV application is currently widely used by the public, so that reviews of the Indihome TV application on the Google Play Store are very numerous. The exact number of reviews given by users is not yet known based on their sentiment class. Therefore, a method is needed to facilitate the analysis of these user reviews. The purpose of this study is to determine the polarity of sentiment towards the Indihome TV application and to determine the performance and accuracy resulting from the application of the Support Vector Machine algorithm. The method used to convert unstructured reviews into structured reviews uses the Text Mining method. The results of this study indicate that using the SVM algorithm in sentiment analysis of the Indihome TV application data produces the highest accuracy value at a ratio of 90:10 at 94%. Furthermore, from the results of data visualization, the most frequently appearing words are applications, watch, channel, open, please, good, login, indihome, complete and so on.
