Abstract

Currently, the trend of internet use continues to increase, including in Indonesia. The internet is believed to be able to support community empowerment and improve welfare. For this reason, digital technology is required to be able to reflect the needs of all levels of society, including people with disabilities. This is a great opportunity for people with disabilities to benefit from digital information, products and services to live more independent lives. This article discusses how digital technology, especially the internet, is used by people with disabilities, including the obstacles that accompany it. This research uses a literature review method by collecting data through observation and literature study. The research results show that there is a digital gap between people with disabilities and non-disabled people in Indonesia. The main obstacles in creating an inclusive digital space are awareness, motivation, access to ownership, access to use, access to affordability of digital technology, digital skills, adaptive technology, certainty of digital protection & security as well as policy and regulatory support. However, efforts were also found to implement good digital inclusion practices by reducing the digital divide through policy support, infrastructure improvements, empowerment activities and increasing public awareness. Keywords: people with disabilities; digital inclusion; digital divide; digital technology

Abstract

Psychological tests are assessments designed to measure various psychological aspects of an individual. These tests can take the form of written, projective, or verbal evaluations. In this research, the development of a psychological test model is centered around Android-based technology due to its robust security efficiency. This is substantiated by the growing number of internet transactions conducted via Android smartphones. Android-based psychological testing is a system developed to enhance an individual's psychological testing capabilities using an Android smartphone. The primary objective of this research is to serve as a platform for training individuals in psychological testing skills, enabling them to readily undergo various psychological assessments when applying for jobs, all facilitated through the use of an Android smartphone. This approach is expected to provide an alternative means of simplifying and streamlining the psychological testing process, making it more efficient. The system was created using the Eclipse Indigo application as a Java programming language editor, and database management was accomplished using MySQL. Abstract

South Sulawesi possesses significant potential in the horticultural sector, particularly for leading fruit commodities such as jackfruit, mango, and duku, capable of meeting both domestic and international market demands. However, the scattered nature ofproduction data across various districts hinders effective analysis and strategic decision-making. This project develops an integrated system, comprising a data warehouse and a Web API, to present fruit production data systematically, structurally, and accessibly. The data warehouse is designed using a star schema, with a fruit production fact table that includes calculations like dominance percentages and annual growth. Dimension tables consist of time, location, fruit type, and sub-district, all supporting in-depth analysis. A Web API is developed to provide real-time and standardized access to analysis results. This system is expected to support data-driven decision-making for government agencies, researchers, and horticultural industry players in optimizing the sector's potential.
