Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini tentang  “Kebijakan Pemerintah dalam Peemberdayaan  Industri Rumah Tangga untuk Meningkatkan Kesejahreraan Keluarga” dengan mengambil lokasi penelitian di Kecamatan Langkahan Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kebijakan pemerintah dalam pemberdayaan industri rumah tangga (pisang sale) beserta hambatannya dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga.  Jenis penelitian yang digunakan termasuk dalam pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan  teknik  memperoleh data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data ditempuh melalui koleksi data, mereduksi data, penyajian data dan mengambil kesimpulan (verifikasi). Adapun Informan yang digunakan sebanyak 11 orang yang ditentukan secara purposif  terdiri  dari Camat, tokoh masyarakat, geuchik gampong dan pengelola usaha industri rumahtangga di Kecamatan Langkahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pemerintah dalam memberdayakan industri rumah tangga (pisang sale) diwujudkan melalui tindakan pemberian penyadaran, pemberian kapsitas intelektual (sumberdaya manusia) seperti kemampuan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, fasilitasi modal usaha. Peramasalahannya bahwa  21 industri rumah tangga di Kecamatan Langkahan menghasilkan pendapatan rata-rata Rp.5.000.000 hingga Rp.7.000.000 perbulan. Namun belum mampu mengembangkan usahanya secara maksimal dan kontinyu, karena pemerintah tidak pernah melakukan pemberdayaan. Kesimpulan bahwa kebijakan  pemerintah dalam pemberdayaan industri rumah tangga diwujudkan melalui tindakan pemberian penyadaran, pemberian kapasitas intelekyual  (sumber daya manusia) seperti pengetahuan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan, fasilitasi modal usaha. Kebijakan tersebut belum terwujud secara efektif, karena masih ada berbagai hambatan  seperti rendahnya kesadaran individu, minimnya sumber daya manusia seperti kemampuan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan, terbatasnya modal kerja, minimnya aktivitas pemasaran serta terbatasnya bahan baku. Disarankan agar pemerintah dapat melakukan tindakan pemberdayaan bagi usaha industri rumah tangga, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga, meningkatkan sumber daya manusia, mempermudah akses permodalan, dan memperluas aktivitas pemasaran.

Abstract

This journal investigates the concept of knowledge integration in the context of Islamic education, viewed from the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy.  Using philosophical analysis, this paper explores how science can be integrated holistically in the context of Islamic education.  The approach applied is a qualitative method, focusing on data collection and analysis without the need for statistical calculations.  This journal relies on library literature without involving direct observation or interviews, by utilizing various sources of information such as books, academic journals, magazines, newspapers and related literature.  Based on Islamic educational philosophy, the main aim of this paper is to provide a deeper understanding of how to integrate science in the context of Islamic education in accordance with the views of Islamic educational philosophy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the planning and management strategy of infrastructure fund allocation in Pasar Simpang Tiga Village, Bukit District, Bener Meriah Regency. This research was conducted in Pasar Simpang Tiga Village, Bener Meriah Regency. The research aims to understand the stages of planning and management of the infrastructure budget in Pasar Simpang Tiga Village, Bukit District, Bener Meriah Regency, as well as its impact on infrastructure development in the region. In this study, the researcher applies a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that in Pasar Simpang Tiga Village, Bukit District, Bener Meriah Regency, the planning and management process of village infrastructure funds uses the musrembang method. In this method, planning uses a top-down and bottom-up planning model that refers to the Bener Meriah Regency RPJM, the Bener Meriah Regency RPJMDesa, and the Bener Meriah Regency RTRW. The planning at Simpang Tiga Market was led by a team consisting of eleven members, including village reje, petue, kaur pembangunan , kaur evaluation, imem, and other figures. The results of the village meeting are then submitted to the sub-district to be evaluated and adjusted to the needs of the community. The impact of planning and management of village infrastructure funds in Pasar Simpang Tiga Village, Bukit District, Bener Meriah Regency has accelerated the development process in the village, both physically and non-physically. The positive impact of this is the increase in Village Original Income (PAD) of Pasar Simpang Tiga Village. However, the negative impact is the lack of optimal planning in prioritizing programs that are in accordance with the livelihood of the majority of the residents of Pasar Simpang Tiga Village, most of whom are palawija farmers such as potatoes, kul, carrots, red chilies, and green chilies, so this is not optimal in increasing the PAD of Pasar Simpang Tiga.

Abstract

Custom and Customary Law are basically complementary laws, and are part of the national legal system, in relation to each other subject to laws and regulations and also subject to the provisions of Customary Law. The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of Aceh Qanun Number 9 of 2008 in resolving disputes at the level of Ulee Blang Mane Village, Banda SaktiDistrict, Lhokseumawe City. This study uses a qualitative research method that is descriptive in nature by using techniques to obtain data through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study used 12 informants who were determined purposively consisting of Geuchik, Village Officials, Customary Figures and the parties to the case (household disputes, division of inheritance and disputes between neighbors) in Ulee Blang Mane Village, District, Lhokseumawe City. The results of the study explain that Aceh Qanun Number 9 of 2008 in resolving disputes at the Gampong Jawa Lhokseumawe level, Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City has not been implemented properly.

Abstract

The policy for managing education based on local excellence in coastal areas is a policy regulated in Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning National Education and is revealed in North Aceh Qanun No. 4 of 2012 concerning the implementation of education. The problem under study is how the derivative policies on education based on local excellence and the obstacles in implementing the derivative policies for managing education based on local excellence in the coastal areas of North Aceh Regency are investigated. In this case the author uses research methods through a qualitative approach with descriptive type, data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. and data analysis techniques, namely: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the form of a derivative policy of local excellence-based education management refers to the national education standard (SNP) with the form of a Dual System, Link and Match Policy which is applied to Vocational Schools. The basis for implementing education policies based on local excellence is in the form of Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, Aceh Qanun No. 5 of 2008 concerning the implementation of education, North Aceh Qanun No. 4 of 2012 concerning the implementation of education. The policy direction is a policy that functions of the educational unit in accordance with its nature and in relation to the surrounding environment, namely developing the potential of students in facing their role in the future according to the needs of the surrounding community. The policy direction is the development of facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the National Education Standards (SNP), Curriculum development in accordance with regional potential and in accordance with school needs and conventions from SMA to SMK.
