Abstract

Stunting is a condition where toddlers fail to grow and develop due to malnutrition when they are in the womb until they are born into the world, but the condition of stunting is visible after the baby is 2 years old. Nutritional problems in toddlers, especially stunting experienced by toddlers, have the risk of hampering the growth and development of toddlers, especially if the stunting condition turns into stunting. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the implementation of regulations to accelerate integrated stunting reduction as an effort to reduce stunting rates in Gondang sub-district. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The research findings show that in implementing the Mojokerto Regent's regulatory policy No. 66 of 2021 concerning the acceleration of integrated stunting reduction, the district government has collaborated with the sub-district government, village government and the community effectively.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Collaborative Governance between the Technical Implementation Unit for Women's and Children's Protection (UPT.PPA) and the Children's Protection Agency (LPA) in handling child abuse cases in East Java Province. With the high incidence of child abuse in this region, child protection has become an urgent priority. The aim of this research is to identify the forms of collaboration undertaken, the challenges faced, and the strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the collaboration. The findings indicate that the collaboration between UPT.PPA and LPA involves case referrals and joint handling that require mediation or special interventions by certified experts. Challenges include policy differences, limited resources and budgets, and uncertainties due to changes in government policies. This study recommends the drafting of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), strengthening resources and budgets, utilizing information technology to improve coordination, and public awareness campaigns on the importance of reporting child abuse cases. This research contributes to the understanding of the importance of structured collaboration and strategies to overcome obstacles in efforts to protect children from abuse.

Abstract

Gresik district is experiencing problems with subsidized fertilizer from the government. The scarcity of fertilizer in Gresik district is not only caused by a lack of fertilizer availability, but can also be caused by delays in distribution. Finally, there is a risk of excessive fertilizer use. The purpose of this study is to determine the availability and needs of subsidized fertilizers, evaluate the implementation of fertilizer distribution, and provide recommendations for developing effective and efficient fertilizer distribution in Gresik Regency. This research uses a qualitative method. This research refers to the evaluation theory according to William N Dunn which consists of 6 indicators, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and permanence. The result of this research is that the distribution of subsidized fertilizers has been effective, but there are still a few obstacles to scanning ID cards for the T-PUBRES application. Based on data from the Gresik Regency Agriculture Office, there is no shortage of subsidized fertilizer in Gresik Regency, but indeed the Gresik Regency subsidized fertilizer allocation from the Ministry of Agriculture is only part of the e-allocation. The delivery of subsidized fertilizer to kiosks is also good where the distribution is also in accordance with the policy. The implication of this research is that the Gresik Regency Agriculture Office needs to collaborate with the Gresik Regency Population and Civil Registry Office to improve the KTP of farmers so that it can be read by the REKAN KIOS application to make it easier for farmers to get subsidized fertilizer.
