Abstract

Islamic Religious Education is a deliberate and planned effort to prepare students to know, understand, and practice the teachings of Islam in everyday life. This education aims to shape students into human beings who believe and fear Allah SWT, have noble morals, are healthy, intelligent, creative, independent, and responsible. Islamic Religious Education not only teaches knowledge about religion, but also how to direct students to have the qualities of faith, piety, and noble morals. Thus, the target of Islamic Religious Education is the formation of students' personalities so that they have strong faith and piety, and their lives are always decorated with noble morals wherever they are, and in various fields of life. The purpose of this study is to explore and provide an overview of the role of Islamic Religious Education in facing global challenges. This study uses a descriptive research method with a literacy study from various related sources. The results of this study are the discovery of the concept of the role of Islamic Religious Education in facing various global challenges.

Abstract

The Classical Method is a program of SMP Ulul Albab which aims to improve the ability to learn PAI with a good and correct level of understanding. This study aims to determine how the implementation of classical methods in improving PAI learning ability in Ulul Albab Junior High School students. Researchers conducted research at SMP Ulul Albab because of the environment that is full day school and prioritizes religious understanding accompanied by direct practice. Researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach in this study. The results of this study include several things: 1) The implementation of classical methods in improving the learning ability of Islamic religious education (PAI) in students of SMP Ulul Albab can be carried out comprehensively, especially in fiqh-based learning. 2) The application of the classical method is the act of using material, theory, or method simultaneously. 3) Evaluation of learning in the implementation of classical methods can be carried out by practice-based assessment and direct observation in a non-test manner by the teacher.

Abstract

Character education has recently been a highly significant topic in the field of education, particularly in light of the growing phenomena of moral degeneration in society and the government environment. Pancasila and religion are two important components that have a central role in shaping individual and community character. Both work hand in hand in creating quality character. Pancasila is the main pillar that reflects the basic values that should be held by every citizen. Religion also has a significant role as a way of life that guides the actions and moral values of individuals. The deviations regarding attitudes and behavior that appear are actually the result of failure to implement the values contained in Pancasila. On the other hand, religion has not yet become a source of moral inspiration. In fact, morality has not become a guide for the majority of society and also for leaders. Therefore, greater efforts are needed in re-echoing the nation's moral affirmation which is based on belief as the nickname given to the Indonesian nation as a religious nation. This article is to deliver readers with a deep understanding of the harmonization of Pancasila and religious values in shaping character.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari jawaban mengenai bagaimana penerapan metode bervariasi dalam pembelajaran SKI pada peserta didik kelas XI MA Unggulan Amanatul Ummah Surabaya dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui wawancara dengan pendidik SKI dan beberapa peserta didik kelas XI MA Unggulan Amanatul Ummah Surabaya pada tanggal 14 Juni 2023. Setelah data terkumpul, data tersebut kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dalam mata pelajaran SKI kelas XI MA Unggulan Amanatul Ummah menggunakan metode bervariasi karena dalam pelaksanaannya menggunakan berbagai metode pembelajaran, seperti ceramah, kisah, tanya jawab, diskusi, dan video based learning atau cara penyampaian materi dengan menggunakan video. Respon peserta didik terhadap penggunaan variasi metode dalam pembelajaran SKI ini tampak menyenangkan, hal ini terlihat dari semangat belajar mereka ketika materi SKI disampaikan dengan metode yang berbeda-beda. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat kendala yaitu karena terbatasnya waktu pelajaran SKI yang menghambat kemampuan pendidik untuk menyampaikan materi secara luas dan menyeluruh.

Abstract

Abstrak Skills in managing a class are things that must be owned by a teacher, because if the teacher does not master skills in managing a class, then he will not achieve learning objectives, the teacher is the spearhead in successfully managing a class, to achieve this success the teacher must be skilled, carry out tasks and its role as a facilitator, class manager, learning implementer, and curriculum driver. This study aims to find out how the influence of teacher skills in managing classes on the effectiveness of student learning at MTs Nurul Huda Sidoarjo. The method in the research was conducted using qualitative methods, and the research design used was a case study, while the tools for collecting data used observation and interviews. Based on the results of research and discussion conducted by researchers. It is known if classroom learning is carried out by teachers in theory they know their role. However, in practice and especially the role of Al-Quran Hadith subject teachers, there are still obstacles in carrying out their role as it should be in class management. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang kesulitan guru dalam mengelola kelas beserta faktor penyebab dan juga solusi yang bisa dilakukan untuk mengatasi kesulitan dalam pengelolaan kelas di SMK Ihyaul Ulum Gresik. Dalam penelitian ini penulis memilih metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian kali ini adalah seorang guru di SMK Ihyaul Ulum Gresik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data dari Miles dan Huberman untuk analis data seperti reduksi, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan data. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh informasi tentang kesulitan seorang guru dalam menjalankan pengelolaan kelas seperti kesulitan dalam mengatur disiplin siswa, kesulitan mengatur tingkah laku murid, dan kesulitan mengatur sumber dan metode pengajaran. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kesulitan guru dalam mengelola kelas seperti faktor murid, faktor guru dan fasilitas sekolah itu sendiri. Solusi yang bisa diambil untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan memperbaiki metode pengajaran, memberi pendekatan dan juga bimbingan, memilih dan memodifikasi metode serta bahan ajar yang tepat, yang terakhir mengadakan diskusi untuk evaluasi dengan pengajar lain dan juga pimpinan atau kepala sekolah.
