Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of responsiveness of services to BPJS patients at Padamukti Community Health Center and identify factors influencing this responsiveness. The background of this study is based on the discrepancy between negative online reviews from the public and field findings that indicate high patient satisfaction with healthcare services. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection methods including interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted thematically based on responsiveness indicators such as speed of service, empathy, staff attitude, and effectiveness of service flow. The results showed that responsiveness of services at Padamukti Community Health Center was assessed as good by patients, supported by training of healthcare workers, the implementation of a queuing system, and more humanistic communication. These findings are expected to serve as evaluation material and a reference for improving service quality at first-level healthcare facilities (FKTP).

Abstract

Continuing professional development is a continuous process to improve the abilities, knowledge, and skills of midwives in providing quality services. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Informants included primary midwives, assistant midwives, doctors, midwife assistants, patients, administration, and cleaning staff. Interviews focused on their perceptions and experiences regarding the implementation of continuous professional development and its impact on midwifery practice. The results showed that continuous professional development had a positive impact on improving knowledge, skills, confidence, and professional attitudes in managing various childbirth situations. Midwife Widiarti actively participated in training, seminars, and routine evaluation activities. This had a positive impact on patient satisfaction, the safety of medical procedures, and collaboration among staff. However, it was found that aspects of family planning (FP) services still needed improvement in terms of access and availability. Overall, Midwife Widiarti's practice has demonstrated a concrete effort in building a sustainable professional work culture and can serve as an example for other midwifery practices.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the level of effectiveness and obstacles faced in the use of RME. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach that aims to describe in depth the effectiveness and obstacles in the use of RME at the Baleendah Health Center. Data collection techniques were carried out through triangulation, namely, observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study consisted of three people, namely the Head of the Puskesmas, medical records officer, and a doctor. Overall, the results showed that the implementation of RME at the Puskesmas received full support from the management, including aspects of funding, training, technology, and regular evaluation of the problems faced. RME has become the main focus because it is considered more effective and efficient than manual systems, especially in accelerating and improving the accuracy of services. However, the implementation still encountered a number of obstacles, such as internet network disruptions in the early stages, which have now been resolved by adding devices at certain points. The limited number of IT experts is also an obstacle because it slows down the handling of technical problems. In addition, server disruptions still occur because data storage is centralized at Diskominfo along with 62 other Puskesmas in Bandung Regency, which causes delays in data access.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti implementasi dari pelatihan dan pengembangan terhadap guru yang mampu mempengaruhi motivasi siswa di SD Negeri Cihaliwung, Desa Sukatani, Kecamatan Ngamprah, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Dengan berfokus pada hasil pelatihan dan pengembangan yang mempengaruhi kemampuan guru, gamparan pelatihan dan pengembangan serta dampak dari hasil implementasi pelatihan dan pengembangan yang dilakukan guru terhadap siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara dengan semua lapisan yang berhubungan sekolah, baik itu kepala sekolah, guru dan orangtua sebagai informan sebagai salah satu cara untuk mengumpulkan data berupa pengalaman, sudut pandang serta persepsi yang dimiliki para infroman terkait implementasi pelatihan dan pengembangan. Hasil temuan menunjukan bahwa para guru berhasil dalam implementasi pelatihan dan pengembangan dalam mempengaruhi motivasi siswa dinilai dari peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan, perilaku, kinerja serta manfaat dan hasil pelatihan. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pengembangan telah memberikan dampak postif bagi efektivitas pembelajaran, manajemen SDM juga dalam membangun kemampuan para guru yang memberi hasil peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa di SD Negeri Cihaliwung. Penelitian ini menekankan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan sangat bermanfaat bagi tenaga pendidik sebagi bentuk dukungan lingkungan sekolah agar mampu memenuhi kebutuhan individu guru serta mampu meningkatkan prestasi, kualitas dan kemampuan siswa.
