Abstract

Tangerang Regency is a district located in Banten Province, Indonesia. Tangerang Regency is divided into 29 sub-districts, 28 sub-districts and 246 villages. The Tangerang Regency Opendata Portal is a DKAN-based platform, which is a community-based, free and open-source open data platform that provides freedom for organizations and individuals to publish and consume structured information. The Tangerang Regency opendata portal provides datasets that are useful for local communities to find out various types of information such as economic, social, educational, health, population and so on. So that this data can be processed into valuable information, tools are needed to visualize these data so that they can display information about population datasets, these tools include Business Intelligence (BI) software. This research aims to provide a clear picture or visualization of population data for the Tangerang Regency area from 2019 to 2021. This research was conducted using the Microsoft Power BI application with stages of data collection, data entry, data modeling and data visualization. The results of this research are in the form of a dashboard/summary report and detailed reports regarding population data for Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

Villas are one of the important lodging entities in the tourism sector, where villas are needed as a place to rest. A good villa cannot be separated from good service. The purpose of this writing is to improve user experience and user efficiency in the villa reservation process. The Design Thinking method is used as a creative approach in designing user experiences that meet user needs and expectations. The stages of Design Thinking, starting from understanding the problem to implementing the solution. In the UI/UX design process, data is collected through observation, interviews and analysis of user needs. The results are used to identify areas of improvement and guide prototype development. This writing contributes to the development of the UI/UX of the Rima Villa Ciwidey reservation website by applying a Design Thinking approach and utilizing SUS metrics to measure the quality of user experience. The use of the System Usability Scale (SUS) is used as a tool for measuring UI/UX performance, with a resulting value of 70.05. These results show a good level of user satisfaction and are also included in the prototype design which is user friendly, that is, easy for the user to use.

Abstract

As a business develops, the volume of data generated also increases. With the amount of data that continues to grow, it is necessary to process data that can support the improvement of the quality of business processes. Data processing on Wish can be done by implementing the Extract, Transform, Load process in the data warehouse using Pentaho and visualizing business intelligence with a dashboard using Metabase. The data used in this research is Wish transaction data for the period 2020-2023. The results of this study are a data warehouse using a PostgreSQL database and a dashboard to display Wish's sales performance. The results of the analysis of Wish's sales performance show that during 2020-2023 sales have increased, but most of these sales only come from one country, namely the United States. Therefore, Wish needs to make new innovations to attract customers from other countries.
