Abstract

Anticipation of economic uncertainty needs to be done to avoid the brink of crisis by maintaining the pace of economic growth, investment and savings climate as well as smooth international trade. This study aims to analyze and explore the dynamic relationship interaction between economic growth variables projected as Gross Domestic Product (GDP), investment, gross domestic savings and international trade of the Indonesian state with data in the period 1971-2020 obtained from the worldbank.org website. The research method uses the Vector Auto Regression (VAR) analysis model with the development of Impulse Response Function (IRF) and Variance Decomposition (VDC) analysis to explain the response of a variable to the shock of the variable itself and other variables. The results of the analysis revealed that the one-way relationship for the variables of investing, saving, and trading was influenced by the variable itself with a lag of one. In addition, the results of IRF analysis show that the variable response of economic growth, investment, savings and international trade is dominated by shocks to economic growth variables, and the results of VDC analysis show that economic growth variables most contribute to the variable response of economic growth itself, investment, savings and international trade. The results of this study can be used as a reference for the formulation of anticipatory policies by the government and Bank Indonesia in preventing the risk of economic crisis by maintaining macroeconomic variable stability so that the level of domestic market confidence is maintained in the outlook. Therefore, the policy stages that can be carried out are to control inflation, reduce the current account deficit, maintain fiscal balance and improve in managing foreign debt.

Abstract

Abstract Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of the application of Islamic values, service quality and product excellence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in Islamic Banking Products. Design/methodology/approach: In this study, the author took data from the Langsa City Community which amounted to 100 samples. The analytical tool used in this study is the Structural Equotion Model- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) mediation effect using the Smart PLS 3.00 Application. Findings: The results revealed that the variable t test hypothesis test showed that the application of Islamic values directly positive was not significant and through customer satisfaction was positive and significant. The variable of service quality is directly positive and significant to customer loyalty, while through positive customer satisfaction is not significant, besides that product excellence is directly positive significant, while product excellence through customer satisfaction is positive significant to customer loyalty. Furthermore, customer satisfaction with customer loyalty is positive and insignificant for customer loyalty to Islamic Banking Products. Research limitations/implications: The results of this study can enrich the literature on customer loyalty in Islamic banking by adding insight into how the application of Islamic values, service quality, and product excellence affects customer satisfaction and loyalty. Practical implications: Islamic banking management can use these findings to improve their service and product strategies. Strengthening the application of Islamic values, improving service quality, and introducing superior products can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Penerapan nilai-nilai Islam, Kualitas pelayanan dan Keunggulan produk terhadap Loyalitas nasabah melalui Kepuasan nasabah sebagai variabel intervening pada Produk Perbankan Syariah. Desain/metodologi/pendekatan: Penelitian ini penulis mengambil data Masyarakat Kota Langsa yang berjumlah sebanyak 100 orang sampel. Temuan: Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pada uji hipotesis uji t variabel menujukkan bahwa Penerapan nilai-nilai Islam secara langsung positif tidak signifikan dan melalui Kepuasan nasabah positif dan signifikan.Variabel Kualitas pelayanan secara langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas nasabah, sedangkan melalui Kepuasan nasabah positif tidak signifikan, selain itu Keunggulan produk secara langsung positif signifikan, sedangkan Keunggulan produk melalui Kepuasan nasabah positif signifikan terhadap Loyalitas nasabah. Selanjutnya Kepuasan nasabah terhadap Loyalitas nasabah positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Loyalitas nasabah pada Produk Perbankan Syariah. Keterbatasan / implikasi penelitian: Hasil penelitian ini dapat memperkaya literatur tentang loyalitas nasabah di perbankan syariah dengan menambahkan wawasan tentang bagaimana penerapan nilai-nilai Islam, kualitas pelayanan, dan keunggulan produk mempengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah. Implikasi praktis: Manajemen perbankan syariah dapat menggunakan temuan ini untuk meningkatkan strategi layanan dan produk mereka. Memperkuat penerapan nilai-nilai Islam, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, dan memperkenalkan produk yang unggul dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of Musyarakah Financing, Ijarah Financing, and Qardh Receivables on Net Profit at Bank Aceh Syariah. The unit of analysis in this research is Bank Aceh Syariah for the 2017-2023 period. The sampling technique used was a documentation technique in the form of written data from institutions, and 84 data samples were obtained from Bank Aceh Syariah. The data analysis technique used in this research is to use Multiple Linear Regression Analysis of Time Series Data and the Classical Assumption Test with the help of the Eviews10 program. The results of this research show that partially (t Test) the variable Musyarakah Financing has a significant positive effect on Net Profit and Ijarah Financing has a significant negative effect on Net Profit, while Qardh Receivables has no significant effect on Net Profit. Simultaneously (F Test), the variables Musyarakah Financing, Ijarah Financing, and Qardh Receivables jointly influence the Net Profit of Bank Aceh Syariah. The adjusted R2 value of 0.112 indicates that the independent variable used in this research has explained the variation in the Bank Aceh Syariah Net Profit variable by 10%, while the remaining 90% is explained by other variables outside the regression model.

Abstract

Kelapa sawit banyak digunakan untuk menghasilkan berbagai jenis produk dengan nilai guna yang tinggi. Selain menghasilkan suber energi pemanfaatan kelapa sawit juga menghasilkan limbah kelapa sawit. Lahan perkebunan kelapa sawit yang terletak didesa Paya Rambong Kecamatan Birem Bayeun Kabupaten Aceh Timur merupakan salah satu contoh hasil limbah pelepah sawit yang tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi pada masyarakat didesa tentang pengolahan limbah pelepah sawit menjadi Briket agar limbah tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. The method used is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach by emphasizing empowerment, understanding of the potential and challenges possessed to improve quality individually and in groups. Olahan limbah sawit ini bisa dijadikan briket sebagai sumber pendapatan baru. Olahan limbah kelapa sawit yang dimanfaatkan menjadi briket dapat dijadikan sebuah produk yang dapat menghasilkan nilai jual sebagai pendapatan tambahan bagi masyarakat sekitar. Dengan hasil ini, warga dapat membuat briket dari pelepah kelapa sawit, yang dapat digunakan untuk diri sendiri serta bisa dipasarkan sebagai tambahan pendapatan masyarakat desa. Dengan dilaksanakan pengabdian ini mendukung masyarakat sekitar dalam mengatasi permasalahan limbah pelepah sawit menjadi arang. Dengan hasil ini, warga dapat membuat briket dan memasarkan produk secara baik dan tepat.
