Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of educational activities and creative training on community interest and participation in the Taman Mini Indonesia Pavilion. The object of this research is the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah destination. The research location was conducted in East Jakarta City. Data collection was carried out using qualitative methods/interviews with visitors to obtain information regarding community interest and participation in the role of educational activities in TMII

Abstract

Educational tourism research developed within a few years. However, there are still few who provide a global picture of the concept. The purpose of this study is to identify trends in educational tourism as well as other scientific products over time, such as sources, authors, and types of documents. Bibliometric analysis was used to analyze a sample of 183 articles from Google Scholar published in 2023 Educational tourism is the main keyword used in article titles, abstracts, and keywords to obtain metadata retrieved from the Google Scholar bibliographic database, on Thursday, October 19, 2023. The tools used in bibliometric analysis are Microsoft Excel which is used to perform frequency analysis, VoS viewer for data visualization, and Harzing's Publish or Perish, which is used for citation and analysis metrics. This study's results show that most related articles are published in scientific journals, compared to others. Related articles published in scientific journals have obtained the highest citations compared to others. Articles are also found in English. Based on network visualization the most dominant term (often appears) is "education tourism". When viewed from the Overlay Visualization, the topic of "education tourism" shows the latest trends in research related to "rural communities

Abstract

Museum Indonesia is one of the many museums in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. This Indonesian Museum is an anthropology museum where in this museum there is knowledge about culture and humans, especially humans in the archipelago. Cultural tourism is part of tourism as a whole. Cultural tourism deals with a region's culture, lifestyle, history, art, architecture, religion and other elements that makeup residents' way of life in a geographical area. This article will discuss the understanding and interpretation of culture and humans in Nusantara, Indonesia.

Abstract

Dalam dunia perhotelan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan dengan baik, cepat dan tepat dapat berpengaruh pada tingkat kepuasan dari para pelanggan. Suatu pelanggan akan merasa senang dan memiliki kepuasan jika mereka mendapatkan dan merasakan pelayanan yang terbaik oleh suatu hotel. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak kualitas pelayanan front office terhadap kepuasan para pelanggan di Hotel Horison Bekasi. Indikator yang digunakan peneliti untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan front office melalui 5 tahapan penilaian diantaranya 1) reliability, 2) responsiveness, 3) assurance, 4) empathy, 5) tangible, pada Hotel Horison Bekasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan peneliti adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan peneliti dapat dikatakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan terdiri yang dari 5 tahapan yaitu 1) reliability, 2) responsiveness, 3) assurance, 4) empathy, 5) tangible, hal itu cukup berdampak besar pada kepuasan pelanggan selama menggunakan jasa layanan Hotel Horison Bekasi. Kata Kunci: Kualitas pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Front Office, Hotel Horison Bekasi
