Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi keefektifan kegiatan kewirausahaan program Sertifikasi Kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan bakat dan minat wirausaha mahasiswa. Subyek penelitian yaitu mahasiswa yang sudah menempuh Program Sertifikasi Kewirausahaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo berjumlah 60. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluasi CIPP dan temuan di lapangan menunjukkan 1)Context evaluation tujuan Program Sertifikasi Kewirausahaan yaitu salah satunya terkait maindset kewirausahaan. 2)Input evaluation berupa kegiatan action dilapanagan. 3)Process evaluation berupa mentoring bersama. 4)Product evaluation bahwa secara teori mereka mengerti tentang karakter yang dibutuhkan oleh seorang wirausaha. Saran untuk memperbaiki program ini yaitu perlu melakukan perbaikan pola, kurikulum, silabi dalam kegiatan pembejaran secara bertahap, karena di kegiatan ini mahasiswa dilibatkan dalam konteks kehidupan nyata (melihat peluang usaha).Kata Kunci: sertifikasi kewirausahaan, entrepreneur, wirausaha.

Abstract

Trend entrepreneurship sekarang sudah menyentuh diberbagai kalangan, salah satunya sekarang masuk diSekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Pengabdian ini diSMK dengan siswa siswa kelas 12 yang mau lulus, mereka dibekali tentang hard skill dan soft skil bidang kewirausahaan. Dalam hal ini Sisiwa mempunya bakat terkait pembuatan Produk, namun Ketika benading dan packing tidak bisa dikonsep secara baik maka akan berdampak pada penjualan produk. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini diawali dengan kerja sama dengan pihak sekolah, sosilaisasi dan workshop, pendampingan hingga gelar produk siswa.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) is a form of student engagement aimed at addressing local issues through solution-oriented activities. One of the key problems in Dukuh Centhong, Ngadirojo Village, is the underutilization of livestock waste, which in fact holds great potential as organic fertilizer. Excessive use of chemical fertilizers has negative impacts on soil fertility and ecosystems, making environmentally friendly alternatives necessary. This community service activity was carried out by Group 9 of the KKN students from Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo on August 13, 2025, with the aim of providing education and assistance in producing organic fertilizer from livestock waste. The implementation methods included a counseling session on the benefits of organic fertilizer and hands-on practice in fermenting livestock manure using a natural fermentator made from fruit extracts and other supporting materials. The results showed a high level of enthusiasm among residents, who were able to independently apply the organic fertilizer production techniques. This program is expected to help reduce livestock waste, improve soil fertility, and create economic opportunities for the community through the use of organic fertilizer

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education from an early age plays a strategic role in shaping children's independent, creative, and innovative character, especially for immigrant children who face social and economic challenges. This study aims to describe the importance of implementing entrepreneurship education for Malaysian immigrant early childhood children as an effort to create an empowered and independent generation in the future. The methods used include participatory, collaborative, and project-based learning approaches that integrate entrepreneurial values into children's daily activities. The results show that implementing entrepreneurship education can foster self-confidence, responsibility, communication skills, and a strong work ethic in children. Additionally, this program also increases parental involvement in the educational process and strengthens solidarity within the immigrant community. Despite persistent challenges such as limited resources, cultural differences, and limited policy support, entrepreneurship education has proven to be an effective instrument for child and community empowerment. Overall, early childhood entrepreneurship education not only prepares young generations for entrepreneurship but also builds the character and independence needed to face future global challenges.
