Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of occupational safety on work productivity, the influence of occupational health on work productivity, the influence of occupational safety and health simultaneously on work productivity, as well as analyzing the dominant factors that influence the productivity of construction project workers. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees and workers of the UGM FKKMK Microbiology Building Construction Project. The research results show that occupational safety and health have a partial or simultaneous effect on work productivity. The results of the dominant test analysis show that the occupational safety variable is more influential than the occupational health variable, namely 55.9%, while the occupational health variable is 45.9%.

Abstract

Dams are structures in the form of earth embankments, rock embankments, and concrete, which are built in addition to holding and storing water, can also be built to hold and store mining waste, or store mud so that a reservoir is formed. One of the jobs on the dam is plugging work. Plugging is the work of blocking the diversion channel with concrete. The aim is to block the river flow so that the dam is filled with water. Dam construction projects in their implementation methods have characteristics of complicated and complex work, so they are very susceptible to risks in construction implementation. In construction projects, risks cannot be eliminated. The purpose of this study is to determine the risks that may occur in the Tapin Dam Construction project. The method in this study is to use the Severity Index method and interviews. The results of this study were 19 risks in the Tapin Dam Plugging Work project. These risks are divided into three categories, including high risk, medium risk and low risk.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to get the optimum condition of temperature and ideal ratio biopellet made from shell and kernel of rubber seed by using screw oil press machine according to Indonesian National Standards (SNI 8021-2014) which include heating value, ash content, moisture content, volatile matter, and density of biopellet. Comparison of the basic ingredients shell and kernel of rubber seed in this research include 80:20, 70:30, 60:40, 50:50, and 40:60 with varying temperature 200ᵒC and 150ᵒC. The results of the research it is known that the best composition of biopellet is a sample at temperature 200ᵒC, and ratio of shell and kernel of rubber seed 80:20 with calorific value of 5,083.4919 cal/g, moisture content of 4,00%, density 1.6322 gr/ cm3, ash content 1.9802%, volatile matter 77.1881%, and fixed carbon 16.8317%. The calorific value and the proximate analysis have fulfilled the SNI 8021:2014.

Abstract

Proyek kontruksi bendungan merupakan salah satu proyek memiliki tingkat kompleksitas pekerjaan yang tinggi. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan galian menggunakan crawler drill pada batuan keras dirasa kurang menghasilkan angka produktifitas sesuai dengan target. Blasting adalah metode alternatif pada pekerjaan galian yang bekerja dengan cara menghancurkan suatu kesatuan batu yang memiliki volume besar menjadi partikel-partikel yang menjadi lebih kecil. Metode blasting memiliki tingkat produktiftas yang tinggi pada pekerjaan galian, sisi lain dari keunggulan metode ini adalah memiliki risiko-risiko yang dapat membahayakan keselamatan konstruksi. Risk Assessment dibutuhkan untuk memahami tingkat risiko dan mengambil langkah-langkah untuk mengurangi atau mengendalikan dampaknya. Analisa risiko yang digunakan adalah metode probabilitas dan dampak. Perspektif yang digunakan pada penilaian ini adalah berdasarkan sudut pandang kontraktor dan masyarakat, sehingga dapat dilakukan penarikan kesimpulan atau variabel yang beririsan terhadap masing-masing perspektif. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi risiko menurut sudut pandang kontraktor terdiri dari 53 jenis risiko dan menurut sudut pandang masyarakat terdapat 12 jenis risiko. Hasil penilaian risiko menurut perspektif kontraktor menghasilkan 8 risiko berkategori tinggi dan perspektif masyarakat terdapat 3 risiko berkategori tinggi. Prioritas mitigasi risiko dilakukan terhadap risiko-risiko yang berkategori tinggi. Terdapat risiko yang beririsan terhadap pelaksanaan metode blasting antara perspektif kontraktor dan masyarakat yaitu risiko pendengaran terganggu.
