Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan suatu jenjang pendidikan yang merupakan upaya pembinaan untuk ditujukan bagi anak sejak lahir sampai usia 6 tahun. Keterampilan motorik kasar (gross motor skill) merupakan keterampilan gerak yang menggunakan otot besar, hal ini bertujuan untuk merangsang kecepatan gerak. Motorik kasar meliputi gerakan melompat, melempar, berjalan, meloncat maupun senam. Perkembangan motorik kasar dapat dirangsang melalui proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dengan model-model permainan gerak, salah satunya yaitu perkembangan motorik kasar. Hasil penelitian tentang analisis perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia dini melalui senam irama di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 2 Aimas dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kegiatan senam irama dapat meningkatkan perkembangan motorik kasar anak di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 2 Aimas. Kata kunci: perkembangan motorik, senam irama, Tk Aisyiyah Busnatul Atfhal Aimas. Early childhood education is a level of education which is a coaching effort aimed at children from birth to 6 years of age. Gross motor skills are movement skills that use large muscles, this aims to stimulate movement speed. Gross motor skills include jumping, throwing, walking, skipping and gymnastics movements. Gross motor development can be stimulated through the physical education learning process with movement game models, one of which is gross motor development. From the results of research on the analysis of gross motoric development of young children through rhythmic gymnastics at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 2 Aimas Kindergarten, it can be concluded that rhythmic gymnastics activities can improve children's gross motoric development at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 2 Aimas Kindergarten.
