Abstract

The Bible is a series of writings that God has given to man. In the Christian faith, the Bible is the Word of God and through it, the people can know what is in God's heart. However, to understand the Bible, we must use various ways to make the writings in it easy to understand. One village that faces directly from the Indian Ocean Betaet needs to be considered in the development of faith and spirituality. In Betaet village, the composition of the Christian and Muslim populations has gone hand in hand in the last five years. The PkM team took the segment of the youth and youth categories to become a coaching community. Coaching activities are given after first observing what is needed for coaching in Betaet. With the lecture and semi-workshop method, the PkM Team guides teenagers and youth at the GKPM Betaet Church After participating in the coaching, adolescents and young men have a practical, simple, and easy method of understanding the Bible that encourages them to regularly read the Bible in their respective homes. Thirty-six participants who took part in the training felt a change in their lives and were determined to live in faith in Christ Jesus alone. It is hoped that similar activities will be given in Betaet for the category of Mother, Father, and children so that they have a fresh, strong, and agile spiritual life in Christ Jesus every day.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the gap between the Christian Religious Education (PAK) curriculum, which promotes active, participatory, and student-centered learning, and the prevailing classroom practices that remain largely one-way and cognitively oriented. The research aims to analyze the influence of teachers’ pedagogical competence, differentiated instruction strategies, and humanistic approaches on the quality of PAK learning in Christian Theological High Schools (SMTK). A quantitative approach was used with an explanatory survey method involving 129 respondents, consisting of students from SMTKs in Jakarta and Banten. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that all three variables simultaneously have a significant effect on learning quality (F = 125.921; p < 0.001), with a contribution of 75.1%. Partially, the humanistic approach has the most dominant influence (59.6%), followed by pedagogical competence (25.8%), while differentiated instruction was not statistically significant. These findings highlight the importance of responsive and relational teacher professionalism in PAK.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari tulisan Paulus kepada Jemaat Kolose tentang hubungan yang tidak bisa dipisahkan yakni suami-isteri dan orang tua dengan anak (sebaliknya). Penelitian menggunakan berbagai literatur yang berhubungan dengan variable penelitian dengan maksud untuk memperoleh data yang sesuai dan berhubungan langsung. Masing-masing data yang terkumpul akan direduksi secara khusus hanya bagian yang berhubungan langsung dan menjadi jawaban bagi permasalahan penelitian. Elaborasi dari tiap data dan hasil eksegesis Kolose 3 kemudian dijadikan kesimpulan atas penelitian. Penelitian mengajarkan agar anak menghormati orang tua dengan setia. Sedangkan isteri harus tunduk tanpa syarat kepada suami dalam mengerjakan Kebenaran Allah. Sejalan dengan itu suami harus mengasihi isteri sepenuh hati dan tenaga, pikiran bahkan harus rela berkorban untuk keutuhan keluarga.
