Abstract

The purpose of the study is to respond to the corruption crimes committed by military officials in Indonesia, secondly, to explain the obligation of military institutions to comply with the Anti-Corruption Criminal Act, third, to clarify the internal rules of the Military Institutions on Anti-Criminal Corruption in Indonesia. The type of research used is normative law research, which refers to positive law and uses secondary data from primary, secondary, and tertiary law material. Data is collected through Library Research and processed with descriptive analysis. Corruption perpetrated by military officials is a violation of the Military Discipline Act and the Indonesian Criminal Code of corruption. The normative jurisprudential aspect of the fight against corruption in Indonesia is carried out with the advancement of the basis of legal certainty based on the Anti-Corruption Act. According to the legislation, the legal status is generally applicable, and the index of perception of corruption in Indonesia is deteriorating and spreading throughout the line of life of the nation and the country, so that all parties, without exception in military instances, are obliged to comply with the Penalties of Corruption. The entire component of the Indonesian nation must advance the suppression of corruption under the law, including the military instance obliged to voluntarily submit and obey the orders of the Tipikor Rebellion Act. The authorities have drawn up regulations relating to the obligations of the Military Institutions in combating criminal offences of corruption in Indonesia.

Abstract

Social and political life has a significant influence on the development of Islamic education, thus requiring in-depth study to find its development construction in the national education map. For this reason, this article will focus its study on how social and political systems affect the development of Islamic education by examining the construction of social and political systems. This research uses a qualitative approach to library research to explore, examine, and identify study topics in the literature. Both primary and secondary data sources are analyzed using text analysis techniques by reading literature data, identifying, and classifying data according to discussion, then discussing and presenting to obtain conclusions based on the focus of the study. The results oh the study show among others1) the political map of education policy in Indonesia provides direction for the development of Islamic education with the development of curriculum substance; 2) social and political systems have a reciprocal impact on the development of Islamic education. On the one hand, the social and political system has a significant impact on education, on the other hand, education shapes the social and political system; 3) the reorientation of Islamic education can balance the lag by answering the challenges of the times, covering the weaknesses of Islamic education, and returning Islamic education to its functional basis

Abstract

Permasalahan korupsi di Indonesia harus ditangani secara serius oleh sebuah lembaga khusus yang independen dan didukung oleh seluruh komponen bangsa. Pada penelitian ini, permasalahan yang akan dibahas berkaitan bagaimana Penegakan Hukum Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi di Denmark dan Finlandia dan juga, bagaimana Kajian Yuridis Terhadap Upaya Penguatan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi Indonesia dengan Menjadikannya Sebagai Lembaga Eksak. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan Penelitian Kepustakaan dan diolah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini, pertama, kelembagaan lembaga antikorupsi di Denmark dan Finlandia bersifat independen dan tidak terikat oleh kekuasaan manapun. Kedua, penguatan lembaga pemberantasan korupsi harus dilakukan secara total dan konsisten, salah satunya dengan menjadikan komisi pemberantasan korupsi sebagai lembaga pemeriksa yang independensinya terjaga dengan baik.
