Abstract

This study aims to conduct a phonological analysis on the language acquisition of Rayyanza Malik Ahmad, a 1 year old child. Phonology is a branch of linguistics that studies sound systems in a language. Language acquisition is a process in which a child learns and develops language skills. This research focuses on observing Rayyanza's phonological development, including the sounds he produces, the improvement of his speaking skills, as well as the influence of the environment and social interactions in his language acquisition. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through direct observation of Rayyanza in various daily communicative contexts, such as when interacting with parents, family and the surrounding environment. The phonological analysis was carried out by paying attention to the sounds produced by Rayyanza, such as vowels, consonants, and the pattern of pronunciation of the initial words that were made. The results showed that at the age of 1 year, Rayyanza had shown an early ability in language acquisition. He is able to make several vowel sounds such as /a/, /i/, /u/, as well as several consonants such as /m/, /p/, /n/. However, it should be noted that Rayyanza's sound production is still in its infancy, and there are variations in sound pronunciation that do exist. Environmental factors also play an important role in the acquisition of the Rayyanza language. Interaction with parents, family, and the surrounding environment provides the linguistic stimulus needed for language development. Rayyanza gradually adopted and imitated the sounds she heard around her, as well as trying to say simple words.

Abstract

The legal vacuum (leemten in het recht) surrounding Criminal Economic Law in Indonesia amid the unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic necessitates the formulation of appropriate legal policies to address this novel phenomenon. This study aims to elucidate the existing legal policies pertaining to Criminal Economic Law in Indonesia and to propose policies specifically tailored to mitigate the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Adopting a normative legal research approach with a legislative and conceptual focus, the study examines both substantive and procedural legal aspects. The findings reveal two main categories of policies: those of substantive law and procedural law. These policies strive to strike a balance between providing deterrence against economic crimes while considering the unique challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. In conclusion, the study underscores the importance of formulating legal policies that reflect proportional justice, effectively deterring economic crimes while considering the context of the ongoing public health crisis.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan wawasan masyarakat tentang potensi dan manfaat pengelolaan limbah peternakan. Program ini melibatkan pelatihan pengelolaan limbah peternakan melalui teknik pengomposan, serta pembuatan pupuk kompos berbasis limbah peternakan. Kegiatan ini diadakan di Desa Sipupus, Kecamatan Padang Bolak Julu, Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara, pada tanggal 30 Mei - 1 Juni 2024. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan langsung dalam pembuatan pupuk kompos padat menggunakan komposter, serta evaluasi hasil melalui analisis pre-test dan post-test, wawancara dengan peserta, serta pengukuran kualitas kompos yang dihasilkan. Hasil evaluasi ini akan digunakan untuk menyusun laporan akhir kegiatan dan rekomendasi untuk keberlanjutan program. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kapasitas peternak dalam pengelolaan limbah peternakan secara berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan, serta mendorong peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan limbah peternakan sebagai sumber daya ekonomi dan dapat menjadi katalis bagi transformasi pengelolaan limbah peternakan di daerah sasaran. Dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, ditargetkan masyarakat dapat mengambil peran aktif dalam mengelola limbah peternakan secara berkelanjutan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan kelestarian lingkungan secara simultan.
